We have been flying to KUL regularly three or four times a year for 30 years but used flights with a stopover for economic reasons and to avoid too long sitting in one seat for 12 hours. However, on 9 August 2016 we flew Malaysia airlines and were very pleasantly astounded. An effortless flight with frequent drinks (of water ) and...

Mulu is a small airport which can only accommodate turboprop planes. They are well known for always being on time for weather or operational reasons. My 13.15 flight was rearranged for 15.35. Operated by Maswings the flights themselves were quick and efficient with just time for sandwiches and a drink.

Well it was a layover flight stopping at Malaysia. Honestly, I was all gaga! over the service but I believe they need to have bigger aircrafts specially for India bound flights to accomodate more luxury to passengers. This is definitely going to get balanced out by the ever increasing travellers to this region from India. Keep it up!

Have enjoyed Flying with Malaysian twice now.....great service, wonderful food and a great price! Although we found the seat belts are obviously designed on smaller bodies.....seriously we found them compared to other airlines to be ridiculously short. As we like to keep them on the entire flight it was not very comfortable at all!

MAS is using smaller planes like the Boeing 737-800 for Dhaka KL route, earlier they used the Boeing 777-200 and Airbus A330 wide body. Narrow body planes are not the same compared to wide body ones due to the size, comfort, space etc. Was not happy to see the 737-800s on this route where the flying time is almost 4...

We left at 5am (had to be at the airport 3am). It was a very comfortable flight. We have three kids 14, 12 and 8. They were very occupied with the inflight movies and games provided. The meals were very nice and a good variety. We left on time and arrived half an hour early. The staff were lovely as...

I like flying Malaysian. Service is good and crew are quite obliging(barring a few!!) One fault: the food. Within the same budget the food served could be better designed, more imaginatively put together. And it is about time hey changed that awful "cardboard" Snack pastie they give! 5-6 years I have had it!!! Come on - let's make Malaysian stylish...

I had 4 very good flight with professional and friendly people taking care of the passengers on all the flights. In economy seating my knees are right at the back of the seat in front of me "I'm 6ft tall" I was lucky enough to get exit row seating with more leg room on some of my flights. Most of...

I was very pleasantly surprised with this airline. Cabin crew called us by name (In an A380 that is a lot of names to remember) when travelling from LHR to KL. On the flight from KL to DPS again, we were called by name and the service was amazing. The club seats were obviously a little less spacious on the...

Despite the downsizing exercise, MAS still managed to deliver good service in their flights, especially in their Business Class segment. Check-in is a breeze and given access to the "new" China Airlines Dynasty Lounge in Taipei is certainly an added "plus" which makes the wait at the airport much more comfortable. On board service is detailed and the flight attendant...
