I was nervous about traveling with Precision Air after reading some of the reviews, but our experience with them was very good. Arusha airport is a tiny airport so there wasn't much seating and no boards could be found showing flight times and delays, but that's more a reflection of the airport than the airline. Our flight from Arusha to...

We recently flew from Kilimanjaro airport to Zanzibar. The flight was 1.30 hours late. There are no flight boards to watch! Nor were there any announcements! Everything was rather chaotic. It is a small airport and you take a left for domestic and right fir international departures. The gentleman sitting next to us almost missed his flight as he was sitting...

Was not expecting to have to pay for each of my checked bags upon check-in. The fact that they only took cash made it even more challenging- US Dollars or Tanzanian Schillings only. When my flight from Kilimanjaro stopped in Zanzibar en route Dar es Salaam, I got up to use the restroom and saw my luggage being offloaded. Luckily...

These guys treat you as cattle. The staff is rude and when we wanted to get down in Zanzibar and not board the next flight, they would’t let us. They wouldn’t take money to change our flight as well. I just felt like a prisoner because they followed “procedures”. Will never use this company again when I’ll be back in...

One way from NBO to ZNZ was pretty good. Flight was on time, plane was clean and flight attendants were really friendly and polite. Good price and non stop to Zanzibar was really nice too. I'd use them again in the future.

As a newbie to the Africa, you might be wondering, what airlines to choose for inland flights - there is a plenty of options. We've taken Precision Air and FastJet. Both of them were more or less on time (+- a few minutes), luggage and on-boarding was also flawless. And the flight itself was comfortable and safe.

Was an efficient, no frills service. All on time, free soft drink and sandwich on the flight. Was pleasantly surprised overall. Nothing to do with the airline, however beware if you are flying into Zanzibar airport, the ground staff and taxi operators outside are very pushy.
