Royal Brunei staff in Denpasar, Bali and in Jakarta were exceptional when I missed my flight to Brunei. The lady in the Bali office went out of her way to find me an alternative route with another airline in time for my connecting flight to London, even though all the systems were saying there weren't any available (due to there...

I had travel 4 times in RBA. All the 4 times it was delay!!! I had to ask the same staff for a blanket about four times after which he finally gave me one. I had to ask about three times for coffee as well which eventually didn’t get made because I presume he forgot as usual. I didn’t bother...

For an expensive airline, major improvements required in terms of service, quality of the food and grasping the concept of standby system. It is rather backwards to have an airline to charge penalty and takes 3 days to reply for a standby mode request. The air pressure stabilisation is poor, my kids had a hard time during take off and...

In the past, i have flown by Emirates however chose royal brunei as they were flying my preferred time and day to destination. Good flight - easy take off and landing. The food was good compared to what i had from Emirates economy class. I also liked that there was a little prayer at the beginning of each flight. Would...

this airline misrepresents their service and should be sued for it. Their website states they offer a premium service. However it is a nasty cut rate service with disgusting food and low rent entertainment. Make sure you take a device for entertainment. It is also l dry service no alcohol which is fine but they hide that fact until your...

I found Royal Brunei to be an excellent airline, one of the best I have flown with in a very, very long time. The checkin experience was utterly painless and smooth, all baggage arrived on time and the courtesy of the ground staff was second to none. Onboard, the cabin staff were just extraordinarily attentive and friendly. I don't ever...

We have read some negative reviews about this airline and I can only comment on the business class service. It's a hidden gem. The flight to and from Melbourne to Brunei is great the seating and food is excellent. I will always use this airline whenever I can staff are great and so helpful. Great work Royal Brunei.

This is the first time we have flown on Royal Brunei's Dreamliner and it was great. No alcohol, but who cares? Food was good, staff attentive and legroom above average. Much better than the old 777 that used to fly this route. Massively let down by the appalling airport in Brunei. Terrible transfer queues, lousy toilets and worthless shops. One...

Flew Royal Brunei London to Manila return. Hadn't used them before for this route, however found the airline to be superb!! Economy plenty of legroom, flights on time and good selection of films and entertainment to watch. Food more or less what to expect in economy and good service from flight attendants. On way out I purchased wine in duty...
