It was about 13 hour long flight. For the ticket price we paid I am satisfied with the service. You get what you pay for. This bunch of cabin crew was not very friendly but did their job. The flight left the gate almost 1hour and 45 minute late. There was no announcement for the cause of delay. When it finally...

Advantages: 1. New airplane. 2. Short layover and the flight itself is only 8 hours. 3.comparing to other companies- cheap. Disadvatages: 1. The food on the flight to BKK was not so tasty. On the way back it was better. 2. Less indulging than Turkish Airlines. All in all- it was nice flying with them.

RJ uses their 787 fleet for this route. Despite of only 2 hour of flight they still provide blanket and pillow for pax. The pricing is affordable as well as compared to other airlines that fly from KUL to BKK. The cabin crew service was okay for this duration of flight.

Flying from Chicago to Amman is a direct flight by Jordanian Air and was very convenient. Air ticket cost was very reasonable. You can get visa upon arrival in Amman. Leave at 7 pm and arrive next day at 2:30 pm. Food was about average, but the ease of getting to Amman was well worth it.

Boeing 787, seat are ok, short flight. What amaze or rather shock me is upon arrived at Bangkok, they actually block the gate just after exiting the plane. Reason is to "catch" and "screen" through those transiting passengers, by using a manual name list, matching the boarding pass, one by one!! This create a long queing line.... -.- Those exiting...

We flew several times with Royal Jordanian this holiday and it was an extremely comfortable and well attended experience. The cabin crew were very personable and the food on board was quite delicious ,as most know is rare. We would fly again with this airline it was a pleasure.
