Good airline as efficient and its clean however be prepared to pay a lot extra for every little thing. Carry on luggage, check in luggage, better seat, coffee, water anything you can think of its extra so take that into consideration when you buy your flight. As they have great prices but it adds up quickly. Carry on baggage cost...

We had a great experience with Spirit. I read the negative reviews and decided to "take a risk". The risk was null because everything about the flight was super!

I planned our vacation to take our daughter to Seattle (then Vancouver) on a trip where I wanted her to experience flight-car-boat-train travel and Spirit made it possible without breaking the bank. Our family of 3 flew for less than $500, including two checked in bags on gong-returning flights, and the overall experience was great. I was concerned about the...

I did not expect much from this airline and boy did it meet that expectation. The seats are ok and I do like the fact that people cannot lean back on it. The flight was ok except for the horrible air quality on the aircraft that smelled bad and was probably recycled too many times. Other than that the flight...

Had heard lots about the 'comfort', costs and addons with Spirit. In the end, I would have to say a very pleasant flying experience. My only complaint would have been the seats did not recline. No issues with legroom from my standpoint and overall had a great experience. We did pay for the package upgrade, just simpler from our standpoint...

App and phone customer service is horrible. Plus it nickel and dimes you to death. Buyer beware. If you prepay for check in luggage, be aware that the 40 bucks only gets you 40 lbs....not the typical 50 lbs. Bags 40 to 50 lbs cost an additional 40.bucks. On the positive side, the ticket and gate agents were friendly and...

I knew in advance Spirit is a bare fare airline, so everything was just as expected. I brought on one personal item, my own snack and water. The flight was early, fast boarding, friendly staff and clean planes. I don't have any complaints and will fly Spirit many more times.

I find Spirit economical and efficient. I have had far worse experiences with other airlines being delayed or cancelled. I have received email updates regarding upcoming flights and Spirit has been accurate and friendly every time. I am flying rather regularly this year and will continue using Spirit because it's the most direct and inexpensive! I wish they would add...

Well, our pilot MIA for an extended peruod of time. after making us rush to the gate (we had 15 minutes to go through customs, get luggage, and get to a new terminal) the crew informed us they had no idea where the pilot was and when we would take off... eventually we found a pilot and made it... but...

Wasn't sure what to expect reading all the bad reviews but you pay for what you get. Sure, there is a charge for luggage, refreshments but that is to be expected on this type of flight. If you are looking for first class this is not the airline for you but if you want to save money on your family...
