The economy class has considerable legroom. The entertainment on board is poor. the movie offer is not updated. sometimes the screen does not work. The meal is reasonable

TAAG want to get their footing in the international air travel route but they need to review the way their airport handles transit passengers as hand luggage are vigorously re-scrutinized by security, items purchased at previous destinations are taken away and this causes passengers to argue and become extremely aggressive. It further contributes to frustration in the already long queues...

I will definitely fly with them again. Of all 4 flights, there was just one that could improve a little. Just a hint, please ensure you have eye masks for over night flights and maybe have a look at the tv screens I had one with a broken remote. Other than that the service and food is great.

We flew first class from Johannesburg to Rio via Luanda. Comparatively from a space perspective it was a very good business class (when compared to other lines) and from a service and food perspective is was a OK business class. Definitely not 1st class in the true sense as the whole service package is more business class standard.

Not bad at all. Leg room in economy was better than most other airlines. Both to and from Luanda the flight was not busy so plenty of room to sleep. Will recommend.

TAAG flights are never disappointing. The hospitality is lovely, the crew are friendly and the flights are smooth and the food served is of very high quality. There is nothing more one needs on the perfect flight. Obrigado TAAG!

We have flow Taag Airways a few times over the last few years - what has become apparent is there appears to be little or no maintenance internally on their aircraft. Our last flight two of the toilets where out of order, none of the USB ports worked in our row of seating, the headphone supplied did not fit the...

I booked tickets on TAAG airline from Cape Town to Porto (return). Reading the reviews about TAAG I was extremely anxious about the airline but the tickets were relatively cheap and I thought it is only 13 hours including lay over in Luanda. The staff of TAAG at Cape Town Int were very pleasant and helpfull. The flight to Luanda...

If I could rate this airline a zero I would. Just don't fly TAAG. Don't!!! What an awful experience we had, however I do believe you get what you pay for. We're our tickets dirt cheap compared to other airlines? Yes. But we quickly learned why. Your TAAG flight will not board or take off per the flight times and...
