As in previous trips with this carrier, it was a pleasure to travel with them. There were complimentary snack as well as Brazilian beer. The aircraft was a clean Airbus A320. The crew was courteous and efficient. The flight departed on time and arrived on time. Seats were comfortable and new entertainment system using WIFI was available. Check in was...

Changing airports in San Paulo from San Paulo to Campino is over 2 hours. $200 taxi as the connecting flight was in 3 hours and on weekends the bus airport to airport was 3 in the entire day. Rip off! No airport er. Did not have $200 to spend is Brasilia, and ruined vacation. Taxi driver pulled over on road...

The tam airlines is one of the best enterprises to fly in the whole world. I have experience with flying with other companies, however I think that this Brazilian brand is in the top. Their crew, aircrafts and all the business around it give pleasure to the travellers.

So very efficient service. Boarding, drink and snack all seemed better than US carriers (this could be because they don't charge you for bags). Snack was actually real food, not just 2oz of nuts. Drinks were only water, orange juice, grape juice, coke, coke zero, guarana and coffee. Leg room sucked but they have really good entertainment on their flights...so...

We were on a tour which booked us on TAM airlines. It was a 4 hour flight and all we were offered by way of food was a Ham and Cheese roll which they served up last time.

This airline is not comfortable. There is hardly any leg room and the seats are tiny and barely recline. The food is better than average, and there is free wine on long flights. Water is not offered regularly enough or in large enough quantities. The staff do not attend to you when you press the bell. Some of the TV...

While traveling in Brazil our travel agent routed us on TAM airlines for every connection. Tam far exceeds our us domestic service and competence. Our boarding and deplaning were smooth at each airport and I highly recommend them if you need to travel inside Brazil.

All was good except- for the first in my life - they ran out of food. They started serving people and they croissants and dodgy cheese sandwiches which you got to choose. Halfway through the aisle they only had sandwiches left, so some people complained and the stewardess said they only get like fifty-fifty of each every time. So there,...

Many years ago, I kind of gave up flying TAM as many other options had arrived in Brazil: Azul, Avianca, Gol, etc. But recently, the company entered in a fusion process with LAN Chile (creating LATAM) and I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunatelly, things have not changed that much. The company is still the biggest in Brazil, but...
