I took Thai Airways from BKK to Koh Samui on economy class. This is premium airline so 30 kg of checked bag is included and meal/ drinks on board are provided. I travelled with my husband and we got someone next to us so I asked cabin crew if it's possible to move. That cabin crew said that there were...

Thai airways international has been observed to be a perfect carrier, aircraft infrastructure was nice, staff was very friendly and well managed. In my experience with Thai I found it bit delayed on schedules but rest services were excellent.

Beautiful aircraft interior on this short flight to Singapore. Food service was good, IFE has a slightly more limited selection compared with other carriers though. I would be more than happy to fly this on a longhaul jaunt - very comfortable. It's a shame Thai Airways inflight offering is so inconsistent though between all the aircraft they operate. The previous...

Check-in, the lounge and the crew service were acceptable. However, on the flight, the Thousand Island prawn cocktail had no sauce or dressing, rendering it quite below par. Not a big deal but you expect more from business class.

The staff on this flight were the only positive and helped when our plane had been delayed leaving Bangkok which meant we missed our connecting flight in Auckland- they were great! The plane itself was tired and seats uncomfortable with poor choices of up to date movies on the flight This seemed like an old plane that needed a refurb...

Have always loved to fly Thai Airways. The service is always good, the stewards are always polite and friendly and very helpful when you are in need. The food is usually very appealing.
