I flew with Turkmenistan from Frankfurt to Bangkok. Overall the experience was half as bad as I had read the worst things online about people smoking during the flight and the crew being outright hostile towards the passengers. That was definitely not the case, the crew were not outstandingly friendly but did their jobs reasonably professional. A few things were...

777 airline, modern aircraft, personal video screen in front of each passenger but no in-flight entertainment. It is a waste of facilities.

Travelled from Bangkok to London with a stopover in Ashgabat. 1) There was no entertainment (TV, movies) throughout the entire flight. No explanation offered. 2) Staff were incredibly grumpy and rude despite my best efforts to be polite. 3) Food was pretty poor. This aurline is a national disgrace.

Travelled every year back home (India)since 2007 by this airlines with no issue at all but yesterday 22/08/2018 had worse experience when for boarding pass at Ashgabat airport we waited 2 hours in a queue holding cabin luggage in our hands, with no time for using wash room or café. Staff to issue boarding pass was very inefficient, inexperienced, extremely...

This is the worst airline I have EVER been on, the service is ridiculous and you definitely don’t get your money’s worth, so I would say that you should rather pay a little extra for a better flight. So they gave me food than smelled like a farm and that was out of date and they always give you very...

departed just a little late. All in all the flight was cheap and not so bad, but it was tiny! It was really hard to put your legs comfortably and the food is just ridiculous. I guess for cheap flights it was okay, but still, the flight time is not short.

Tiny plane for long-haul flight, hardly any space for manouvre, no space for hand luggage as the space was taken by first aid kit. Very veryyy rude staff, would rather pay an extra few quid for a much better flight without dealing with rude staff.

I had return flights Ashgabat-Dashoguz and Ashgabat-Turkmenabat in Economy. All flights (Boeing 737) departed punctual, and each time all seats were taken. Every passenger gets a bottle of water, other soft drinks and chips cost extra. Economy with any airline rarely is comfortable, but for such short flights it is ok. The interior of the plane was clean, the service...
