I've flown multiple times with United for business on this and several other routes and have had a good experience most of the time, and I'm not talking turbulence. Their flight attendants are in general very good and the food offered in their business/first class is tasty with generous portion-size. United has been adding new planes to their fleet which...

It was the longest distance at one go... Flights are good condition... Comparing with other international carriers, they still need improvement in the in flight service. This time I found some improvement in the service quality :)

I don't mind writing negative reviews but to be fair a company is entitled to a good review if they have earned it. United has. Their fare over our 7 flights was $1000 cheaper than "One World" Water tasted off,but I have been warned about this often enough so only took a sip to taste. Food was as good as...

Here is a newer aircraft and no back of the seat entertainment screens. They save money in building the aircraft by having your entertainment linked from your personal device (phone, ipad, computer laptop, etc) and their on board internet service. The only problem is they can never reliably get an internet connection going! You purchase a full flight internet connection...

We flied by United from Orlando to Chicago O`Hare. It`s not Emirates or Qatar airways. It`s difficult to make smth extraordinary for one of the greatest airlines in the world. They should keep the safety, competive level of prices and corresponding level of service. They do it well.

United like all airlines want loyalty from their customers but they continually only think of themselves. They put on a good face and say all the right words but their actions show they do not care. They believe they control the market. My recent flight was delayed getting IAD and thus I missed my connection in Frankfurt. I asked the...
