Dear CEO of United Airlines, I am very disappointed with United Airlines service at Denver Airport. This horrible experience was happened on Sunday, 18 March, 2018 at Denver Airport Gate B32 flight UA143 from Denver to Narita. I carried 1 carry-on, 1 small bacpack, and 1 rolled up college reunion banner it was not even 1 feet high. The person...

Flight was delayed one hour 45 minutes waiting for an available plane to arrive from different part of the country. Had to change terminal 4 times. There was three of us and I wanted to upgrade us to first class. While one of the terminals their website said they had four first class available and the terminal monitor said that...

Bought 3 round trip tickets from Akron canton to Fort Lauderdale Florida. First one they cancelled our flight out which ended up being a favor because they re booked us on Delta. However, we lost an entire day of our vacation. So I paid for a night at our resort and a day of rental car which I didn’t get...

I'm struggling to understand what airlines are trying to do. We went through an agent who booked us economically. This was the "new" economy class where you get ONE carry-on that must fit under the seat in front of you! NO OVERHEAD storage allowed. We also pay $25 for ONE peice of luggage under 50 lbs. Now we get to...

We recently returned from a 3 week holiday in Canada, Alaska and Los Angeles, the flight home is usually when I start to feel a little anxious but everything was really good. We were lucky the plane was not full so we managed to sit with an empty seat between us so we had a bit more room to stretch...

We had assigned seats row 13 or 14 and were seated in the last row of the plane. Don't know how that happened but we were not happy.

My husband is a platinum member on United so we tend to use this airlines when we can. We have access the the Red Carpet club and that is a nice bonus. The flight was full but we had already gotten our seat assignments in advance. It was easy boarding and a sold out flight. Service was fine although the...

This flight into Maui was much better than some past flights into Maui. At first, we were delayed because “they couldn’t pump the fuel”, but we then got to skip the takeoff line. There was plenty of movies to keep me entertained, and a phone holder on the seat-back to watch the movies. The plane was extremely clean, and the...

Interesting that both of our flights (United Express) to Chicago and returning to Dayton a week later experienced lack of cabin air AC. Makes me wonder whether or not it was the same aircraft that still hadn't been repaired. I believe the pilot had the pedal-to the metal on our return to Dayton, enabling all of us to arrive a...

First class flight from Mexico City to New York. We left on time but that was the only positive. Stale heated nuts followed by dinner with dried out chicken, a lump of over cooked tasteless spinach and creamed rice. Staff really not interested and little apparent pride in their work. No head phones even offered.
