Flight was adequate as it was on time and they didn't lose my bag. However, the seats were very uncomfortable and cramped.

I'm proud to say that I have completed just over a year of flying with United. Living in Canada I usually fly on a Canadian carrier, but I must admit, I'm impressed with United. The service and treatment of a guest at check-in and before you depart is very important. United ticks all of those boxes. I experienced a flight...

The employees were either not friendly or down right rude.. 4 flights in total return and not one flight attendant made us feel welcome.. the last leg of the trip home was the worst.. not even a smile during the trip.. friendly hi and blue but in between it felt like we were an inconvenience.. the ones who weren't rude...

We flew basic economy and definitely got what we paid for; had to pay extra to get seats together. Had to fly to Chicago and then on to Fort Myers; REturn trip the same-Fort Myers to Chicago and back to Wilkes-Barre. Lots of turbulence between Fort Myers and Chicago. Flight attendants were very pleasant.

6 years ago I decided to never fly with this company due to several delayed flights in other routes. Today I regretted my decision again in selecting a flight with them. Horrible customer service and there is always an issue.

Ran out of food on the way to Aruba. Flight attendants were not United’s “a” team. The flight home was fantastic. The flight attendants were eexcellent and they restored my faith in United first class.

Better service then with Canadian Airlines. I was truly surprised by this. I have not used American Airlines for years. I thought Canadian flights / service would be comparable. United had very nice staff. Lots of leg room, comfortable seat. Movies were available but you had to download their app - not interested in that. Will consider using in the...

This airline will definitely let the world know that you are traveling on a budget or you cannot afford the luxuries of life. First, it cost for your bags to fly and if you fly economy it cost even MORE with a perfect gimmick that if your bag is deemed unable to be considered a carry-on you are charged DOUBLE...
