Last year i travelled from Rome (Italy) to New Delhi (India) and the flight was great. I've never travelled with this airline before, so i was excited. Everything was good and actually i appreciated the value of the ticket, food and beverage and costumer service. I had good time.

This was the only airline that served direct service between the 2 cities. Food was below average and the cabin crew were so grim. Flight was on schedule and no delay. No photographs allowed on board. IE was available with old movies Russians, Uzbek and English. My neighbor's seat was not working.

The plane was old, I forget which model. Apparently flights from I«Urgench to Tashkent alternate between a new and an old plane, so it was the luck of the draw. The flight crew did little to help people to their seats and one passenger was adamant that my seat was hers until eventually an attendant came and pointed out her...

Is the first time i've used this airline. The flight was great, a new and fantastic plane, the best breakfast possible, even the entertaining service was great. I had read very bad comments about this airline, not my case, maybe they have changed their policy and are trying to get some portion of the passangers of the Gulf Area.

The plane was 737 in good condition. Working personalised video screens but not much options. Comfortable leg space. Horrible miss match food. Only cold drinks & juices. No Spirits / Beer / Wine for economy class. Adamant ground staff of airlines at checkin counters of Tashkent airport. No ground staff present at Tashkent. No guarantee of flight schedule ( both...

Considering this is a state-owned monopoly airline, they know you don't really have a choice especially when you travel within the country. Very often flight attendants are not of the best help. You need to almost beg for pillows and blankets, and very often they say, "We don't have enough!" even when you can see plenty. Prices are expensive as...

UZ Airways offers flights with relatively cheap prices. We traveled with a baby. Though we have confirmed a bassinet in our order, we learned that UZ airways do not provide any only when we arrived to our seat. No on-line checking is available. While check-in, you have to be very clear about what you check in and what you take...

Upgraded to business class as the flight was 7ish hours long. The plane was old. No seat-back screens so 'tablets' handed out with a very limited selection of entertainment. The seats were no more than OK but the food was good. The cabin crew on the way out were surly and uncommunicative but the return was a great improvement. The...
