I can deal with the flight delays, it’s a budget airline. But they made me check my bag and it was tampered with. $250 was stolen, which was hidden pretty well. Only someone with a lot of access to the bag could have stolen it. I believe it had to be the airline staff. Could not get the money back...

I didn't have high expectations; after all Malindo is a low cost airline. Business class is closer to premium economy on full service carriers; however even low cost airlines should be obliged to provide at least a standard level of service. We flew 4 sectors in total CMB-KUL KUL-PER return. All sectors were the same. 1. Flight departure on time...

Embarkation was easy with business class half empty there was plenty of room. It was on time. Again the seats did not work properly and we were offered a change of seats. This time the stewards were attentive and there was inflight entertainment. Food was either vegetarian or chili chicken with rice. In both cases it looked awful but tasted...

If you need to pay yourself the ticket, malindo must be your first choice.Based on my experience, malaysia airlines only offered you orange juice and cookie, twice price beyond malindo.air asia has the same price as malindo. However, malindo charge you cheap price and offered yummy pizza, why donnot you try this one?

For the first time ever I encounterd such a horrible attitude from any air company! Never ever anything like this happened or could happen to me! Until this black day when I met with the personnel of Malindo Air in the airport of Denpasar. Arrogant, heartless cruel people. One girl was shouting at me. Because of their staff in Denpasar...

Short flight from Spore to KL. Plane looked new but interior looks used. Based on Website, there was to be snacks served for flights less than 3hrs but none served. Each seat had a tv screen but no screening of any show during the flight. What made it a hot flight was the absence of cooled air. Initially I thought...

We travelled with malindo air to Cambodia from Perth. It was nice, clean and plenty of leg room. Good entertaining channels also. It’s definitely worth giving it a go

The fare was not cheap but at par with other full board airlines. Whereas the food & refreshments choice was poor. Penang to KL only water was given. KL to Lahore, a tiny box of rice & chicken was given & that's i! There was no full course meal, with appetiser (bun &butter), No salad, No sweet dish, no tea...
