It was a very pleasant experience. The aircraft was well maintained. In-flight entertainment was very good with limited but relevant content. The staff was good and courteous. Their meal service was quick and efficient. The meal portion was just about right for the length of the flight. Overall, a very good experience.

The biggest usp is great legroom in the economy class coupled with around 25 Kg baggage allowance per passenger other than the ATR`s (15 Kg). The company music played at the time of taxi, take off and landing may get irritating sometimes. Quality of meal is decent. Some flights have IFE and some short distance flights do not. Earphones are...

My family often travel to Kuching from KL as my husband is from there. Initially we were reluctant to fly Malindo but did so for the 1st time in 2014 when other flights to Kuching were fully booked during the festival season. And oh boy! We have never flown with other airlines since when going to Kuching. The best thing...

We booked this flight as it was among the most economical options available with a decent layover time. Honestly, I did not have much hope and was mentally prepared to just survive the 8hr odd flight. The 1st leg of the flight was operated by Batik Air. The counters opened 3hrs before the flight and the ground staff was in...

Travelled from Melbourne to Bali and return with this airline and was pleasantly surprised. Included in their ticket was 25kg luggage, plus 7kg carry on, in flight entertainment and food (which is average at best) other than the food i cant really complain about this airline. Both flights actually arrived early, seats were comfortable and selection of movies on board...

Flew Malindo air for the first time. Opted for business class given it was a night flight. Plenty of leg space. Courteous crew members. From dac to kl food chouce was limited and it was ok. Kl to dac was good food. On time departure and arrival. Boarding was fast and effectively handled. Likely to fly again but one major...
