We left on time, but when close to JHB, we circled around for more than 30 mins with no explanation forthcoming and we were 30 mins late. The pilot had VERY little to say during our trip and the few words he did utter could not be heard as the volume was turned right down. Not an enjoyable experience

Flight was very good cabin crew very friendly. When checking in at Mango counter I asked for a seat in row 15 or 16. The attendant said those seats were already booked and not available. On the flight there were 5 seats available in row 15 and 16 which I requested. I had to sit in row 17. On my...

This is the second time that I’m flying from jhb to Durban on mango and this is the second time I have heard the absolutely lame excuses passed to passengers from flight attendants. Honestly it is incredibly unacceptable for passengers to stand in ques for more than an hour to be informed that the flights are indefinitely delayed and there...

Being a regular traveller to OR Tambo from Cape Town, our first flight into Lanseria was a pleasure. Great value, comfortable seating, sadly the seats did not recline. Having booked as a SAA Frequent Flyer we qualified for an 'allowance', so purchased from their comprehensive menu. Delicious croissant and hot coffee. A very attentive and patient crew, well presented. An...

Spacious leg room - seats are comfortable. Flight from Bloemfontein was on time. They offer on-board snacks and drinks (not free). Overall good experience.

It was my friends first flight and he was so scared that we might "hit a storm" :) The flight was so comfortable and the staff, as always, so friendly, he did not even realize that we had bad weather near Cape Town :) I usually book on Mango because there is a lot of flights to choose from and...

Mango airline is very affordable and professional. For people who think traveling is expensive, I would recommend; book your flights with Mango at a nearest Computicket and enjoy their cheapest prices.

So I was here for long enough to see the staff change in and out and I have to say that one the members actually stood out above the rest. It was nice to see a person put in the extra effort and speak not one but three languages and help so many customers like myself with our travels thank...
