Boarding was quite smooth. Seats were fairly comfortable. Splurge a bit and get the 'hot seats' with a little more legroom and first to board service. Punctuality isn't that great. Cabin crew were friendly. One drawback is the announcements from both the cabin crew and aircrew were at times unfathomable. The pilot that came on air mumbled and had a...

I would have rated it with 3 because it is average, but i gave a score of 1 because they are constantly saying worlds best low cost airline, which is a fiction. The equipment very old, seats very dirty and maybe the rudest cabin crew ever(i got punched by a staff member because i was sleeping during landing) Worlds best...?Or maybe not?

For short distance, budget airlines is always the best option. It’s cheap, simple and much flights available. Since it’s budget airlines, so basically just get boarding and off boarding. Don’t expect anything else like comfortable. Their competitive advantage than other normal airlines is just sending to the same region destinations with cheap price. It’s definitely fine because for such short...

A frequent flyer with this airline I have never had a bad experience in all the flights I have had with them which would be in excess of 20. Its an early flight out of Denpasar so usually well away on time. Cabin service well organized and smooth. Announcements as always sometimes hard to hear and understand due to Indonesian...

This was my return journey back to Banding in Indonesia. As preferred, it was on a Malaysian Airasia plane which I always feel has more experienced pilots than other Airasia companies. The flight was smooth and no delays when landing in Bandung. Bandung is surrounded by mountains so landings can be a problem with planes circling until the weather clears...

My route KL-HCM-KL was smooth. The crew was all smiley. No major delays on both departures. The queue system to board the flight was good.

Cheap and economic airline but small room for legs and small seats. Every thing else you should pay for.

good selection of food and beverage choices. is not reasonable, you are allow to bring only 7kg item includes the weight of your luggage. should make it about 10kg as long as the luggage is in cabin size.
