Flights are in good condition but the people who manage airasia are unprofessional and very rowdy sometimes. New rules are created every time i travel by this airline. Air hostesses are very arrogant and not friendly..maybe its only towards Indians...but i have seen them very friendly with the Chinese and European travelers. Person reading this can figure out what is...

We were quite disappointed as we boarded the plane, the first sight we stepped in the cabin, we spotted empty cans lying on the premium seats. One seat scattered with newspapers. Though these were the unethical acts of the passengers, but, at least tidy up job should be done. However, we had a smooth fly with friendly staff. Our arrival...

I was on a flight from Kunming to Koala Lumpur and luckily for me it was with AirAsia. The stewardesses were so attractive and in such beautiful clothes... I wonder if girls have to win a local beauty contest to get a job in AirAsia? it really seems so. The stewards looked handsome, must admit that. Planes were new-looking, clean...

We enjoyed our flight from Lombok to KL. These plans are usually filled with quiet Indonesian guest workers. Friendly staff. The wifi didn't work. Staff were efficient and helpful. The landing was very smooth.

Pretty standard budget airline experience. The flight was ok, but you need to pay SGD20 per return ticket for internet booking which is absurd. Food in flight was OK considering the price.

Great flight. Flew in their Lay Flat / Business Class area. Crew very good at looking after you. Great blankets. Only downside was the food and having to pay for drinks. Over all I would fly again with Air Asia X

First time with AirAsia. Cabin crew and in-flight experience was okay and surprisingly pleasant. Seat pitch on their single aisle A320 a bit tight for the average person, let alone for big and/or tall passengers. Since it is a short flight, it was tolerable. The main issue I have is with the cost. Although AirAsia is deemed as a budget...

I have never enjoyed flying on AirAsia as I have found some of the flight stewardesses to be impersonal, unfriendly and proud. However, on this flight, I was pleasantly surprised. The lead stewardess was very friendly, attended to guests smilingly and explained patiently if a request could not be entertained at that particular moment. I was impressed by her friendly...
