I booked the ticket on line, I wanted to change the date. It was a totally nightmare. Contact ability was not there. If you 100% sure and definite to travel but if to be changed. Then they you really uncomfortable. Never recommend to fly with them

They aren't as economical as they advertise. Air Asia flights are just a few hundreds or a 1000-2000 INR cheaper than other airlines which at-least offer basic facilities. At security the officials did'nt allow us to carry water bottle. After we crossed security we bought another water bottle to keep water handy on board, but the Air Asia guys didn't...

I fly regularly with Air Asia because it is consistently cheaper than competitors .I understand that this is a budget airline and so I hone my expectations accordingly If I am a delicate soul and require a fluffy blanket and a sleep mask then I can pay an extra $ 200 and buy a ticket on a major international carrier...

The flight itself is ok, nothing special. What is annoying is the lack of communication or announcement of delays. It is expected, with Air Asia, that delays are pretty commonplace. It is helpful if ground staff make known to passengers that flight will be delayed for a certain estimated time so people can make the necessary arrangements. In KLIA, ground...

The AA flight was good all the way.... We were only pissed off by the Counter Attendant at the Gold Coast Airport during our checking-in on the early morning of 4 Jan 2019 at 5.30am. Our family of 4 went to the check-in Counter to do our drop baggage check-in where we were all allocated separated seats as we did...

Imagine the early birds catching for a 7:30am flight then suddenly boarding started almost 9am. Would appreciate if they would serve coffee, tea or at least water when a flight is delayed. Limited food choices onboard.

Would appreciate if they would serve coffee, tea or at least water when a flight is delayed. Especially considering flying time to Bali is over three hours and they want you be at the airport three hours in advance. Moreover they know that going through immigration and security at Denpasar is time-consuming as well. In this case the delay was...

This was the return leg of my recent Kota Kinabalu dive weekend, earlier in Jan. A fairly early flight departure time so it was a massive help to be able to print the boarding pass in advance before even leaving Singapore. Some of the other budget airlines are really lacking in this respect, and that's why I personally prefer Air...

This is one of my all time best value flights. Only $100 for a 2.5 hour return flight from Singapore to Kota Kinabalu. Seated up the back, but an empty adjacent seat which made for a very pleasant journey. Operated on an A320 and arrived about 20 mins early. Overall a very good result. No issues with boarding either with...
