Cost effective airline. Comfortable, professional service. Pay for what you want. We managed a 3 hour flight with our own snacks and drinks. Would definitely travel with Air Asia again.

Definitely value for money. I have always been lucky to board the nicer plane I guess, looking clean and comfortable. Professional and good looking flight crews. Food definitely good....

I nabbed a cheap flight from Gold Coast to Penang via KL. First time with AirAsia and I can’t complain. Did not have much interaction with the flight crew as I hopped on a night flight and promptly went to bed. The plane as a whole was modern and clean, but I did feel like the overall noise of the...

Offcourse the airline is doing atits best under low cost airline tag. But basic courtesy need to be extended to it's passengers. Even drinking water you need to buy. This is crazy. If anyone want to have a beer or hard drinks, it's not available for purchase. The low cost tag is treating passengers as detainers. Increase your airfare, but...
