Just flew from Singapore to Penang. The boarding area opened on time, and then nothing happened. Boarding commenced at the time the flight should have departed, but there were no announcements about the delay. Scoot again and again behave without any respect for the passengers who pay for their arrogance. Announcement do not cost anything, but Scoot treats its passengers...

I fly with Tiger many times, now they merge with Scoot. This is one of Low cost carries I like most because of their price even they delay sometimes.

This is a low cost airline and everything costs extra from a blanket to water. They do sell peanuts onboard. We flew down the 29 of December to Hobart. The plane left almost on time and everything went smoothly, except for some turbulence above Melbourne ( I think ) This is an economy airline so nothing is for free - bought some cappuccino in the air which was ok .

About Scoot [previously tigerair Singapore]
Tigerair (TR) was a Singapore-based low cost carrier. As at July 25, 2017, the airline was merged into Scoot - its long-haul low cost sister airline. Tigerair now operates under the Scoot brand name with its short-haul South East Asian network becoming part of the combined Scoot operation.
