We sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours due to a mechanical issue. Despite paying for business class tickets the only thing we were provided with was a half size bottle of water. Nothing else to eat or drink. When we finally got under way they did not have enough breakfast to go around so my husband ended up with...

Flew from Pearson Toronto to Fort Lauderdale. Flight left on time and arrived in time, and staff was very courteous and efficient.

As with any Air Canada Rouge flight, it is very basic. However, the on board staff were very professional and very helpful especially considering that one adult member of our group has a fatal allergy to peanuts. They assured that the food he was ordering was free of any traces of nuts. The flight was pleasant and actually arrived at...

Looking at a lot of reviews it truly still comes down to what is either affordable or what you yourself feels is best for the time you fly from one destination to another. On this particular flight from Toronto to Bogota, Colombia I booked two normal seats in Economy Class - window seat and one next to it. Only two...

I have done my fair share of flying around the world on at least 9 different airline. Usually travelling business class from Montreal or Toronto as only economy is available out of our little city.First let me say that heading to Las Vegas from Saint John New Brunswick connecting through Montreal was a real treat! Both flights were on time,...

I am thankfully a short adult - and I ensure that I check-in 24 hrs ahead to get the best seat that is available to me. Both flights were overbooked - so they asked to take my carry on bag and put it in the hold prior to boarding. Thankfully I took advantage of this - as I was unable...

As soon as I know I'm on a Rouge flight I shudder. The pitch on the seats are squeezed to a degree that someone with my legs (I'm 6'4") will be unable to keep my knees from pressing painfully into the seat in front of me. The least the airline could do is fix it so the seats will not...

We booked business class on Air Canada Rouge having flown Business last year on Air Canada. Business on Air Canada Rouge is classified as Premium Economy. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment of check-in to picking up our priority luggage on return to Toronto. No line up for check-in or clearing customs. Enjoyed the Maple Leaf lounge once again...

I travelled in business on Air Canada Rouge from Port of Spain to Toronto. The check-in lines at Piarco could be better managed. I observed confusion on most persons faces as they approached the line. The customer service agent was planted within the snake line, so you had to actively seek her out and flag her attention if you had...
