    A wow experience!
Japan is the best-kept secret for the most wonderful trip. The experience on the trains is flawless. They DO understand the art of living beautifully. Even the Tokyo station is amazing!

    Excellent
If you’re going to see any city from a height Tokyo is the one. The experience in the Skytree was typical Japanese organisation and the views simple breathtaking.

Great idea, but not enough service ti
I've been on a few hop on/off buses. This is a good idea for the area, as things are pretty spread apart. The downfall is they only stop at each stop every 30 minutes. You miss the bus, you wait another 30 minutes. That was our case most of the time. Also, there are so many stops, and granted it is a ticket for 24 hours, but seeing everything by this method of transportation you can just cross off your list because it would be hard to do with the schedule of the buses. I would pick a few spots and get their via train, as the price to this bus is kind of steep for just completing a few stops.

    Awesome Experience!
First-time visitor to this venue. I was kind of lost trying to get up there. But the elevator ride up to the highest point was truly an awesome one. As you go up the elevator, you get to see an amazing show of lights. It feels like you're traveling into space or something. The views up there were breathtaking; the skyline of Osaka was beautiful. While I was checking out the observatory portion, there were also amazing places to visit inside the building itself. I also like the gift shop as I bought some souvenirs for my friends. All in all, a must-visit when you are in Osaka!

    The sky is the limit
The Tokyo Skytree was designed to make you feel like your on top of the World looking down on the beauty of the City. We went a night, the view was spectacular. The glass floor was small we couldn’t really see down because of it overall it is a must see tour.

We used this service from Narita Airport to the Disney resort area. After a nice ride on a clean bus, my daughter realized she left her AirPods on the bus. The hotel concierge was able to contact the bus company and advised us they had her AirPods. We were very grateful to get them back. I would highly recommend this company.

THE way to go if you have a family or luggage and are any sort of distance from the 2 Narita airport express train lines. $60 for 2 adults+ 2 kids each way. Pretty cool sights, esp at night (Diamond Ferris Wheel, “downtown” Tokyo, Asakusa, right under Skytree) as an added bonus. Took about 2 hours to Hotel East 21,but was the last stop (but on way back, we will get to go directly to airport). Only thing I wished was different would be if the turned off the bright light in the middle, but must be some law/code, because city buses & trains do it too.

I asked to cancel my booking for the limo bus, because there was a change in my itinerary and I no longer needed to transfer between airports. I cancelled the booking as soon as I was made aware of the itinerary change. I have heard nothing from the company or a refund for my booking.

It was so easy to get tickets for the bus at Narita airport. We were told where to go to wait for the bus; and the staff at the pickup point were very friendly and took our suitcases to load onto the bus.
On arrival at Yokohama the cases are offloaded and you present your luggage ticket to prove it is your case for collection.
Very convenient and efficient.

The service provided by Way to Japan booked with Viator for bus transfer from Narita Airport Tokyo to Haneda International Airport in February 2023 was on time as scheduled upon my arrival from USA. The people at the ticket counter was very friendly as well as the driver. Even though there was confusion with my printed email for ticket the staff at Way to Japan was very helpful in issuing a refund. If my travels take me to the area again I would definitely book with them again. Elgie

The staff are very helpful although their English is limited. Price is reasonable and plenty of buses to all parts of Tokyo. They have toliet in the bus too.
