About
It rises in the Murge plateau between the Itria Valley and the gates of Salento, it has origins of the sixteenth century. Its business has four generations that for decades has preserved the traditional spirit of the Apulian farms. The protagonists of this zootechnical reality are the cows. Every day they are milked and their high quality milk, used in the company's dairy, becomes the main source from which it all begins. The commitment of expert hands in the production of latex and cheeses at km0, guarantees our customers freshness and goodness.

What a great tour - so informative and fun! Giuseppe and Wendy (the English interpreter) were wonderful. The cows looked happy and were well taken care of (there were also a couple of sweet, cheese-loving cats hanging around). Learning how cheese is made was fascinating and making mozzarella and burrata was such fun. The cheese is next level delicious! We wish we lived nearby so we can always buy cheese from them!

If you are planning to see how Mozzarella is produced, going to a farm (masseria) is the only way. And if you are going to visit a Mozzarella producing farm - Seppunisi Is The Masseria to visit.
The owners are present living there and We're most welcoming from the initial contact through our arrival and the entire tour. We got to meet the family (including pets a child). We got to interact with the cows, watch production and actually (try to) make the cheese ourselves!
The staff was very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. At the end Of the tour they had prepared a wonderful meal including their cheese, some other cheeses, crackers and some wine.
And they certainly did not push post tour sales.
    What a fantastic experience.

It was a very interesting tour, we got to learn about the history of the farm and the milk production there. It's clear that they take great care of their cows! We got to see mozzarella be made and got a taste platter to eat. It was the best cheese I've ever had in my life, with no exaggeration. Absolutely delicious and I was so happy I went! Both the man holding the tour and our translator were super friendly and engaging.

10 outta 10, that cheese is amazing!
