Go off the beaten path and into Grenada’s lush and hilly countryside on this full-day, guided, culinary tour that features local fare and local farms. Wind your way along the rainforest roads to visit local gardens and farmers and see why they call it Spice Island. See where local fruits grow, tasting and sipping along the way and learn to make the country’s delicious national dish, Oil Down.
What to Expect
After meeting your guide at St George's in Grenada you will board your bus for the day. Before taking off you will take part in a short safety briefing. You will then travel along the lush countryside making a stop to one of Grenada's most beautiful waterfalls so wear walking shoes.
During this tour you will visit local visit local farms and gardens enjoying 10 tastings, bites and sips throughout your journey. Alcohol sips will be a part of this adventure for those of age. Come savor the spice of Grenada with your trusted and well-versed tour guides whose aim is to please your palate. See where the local spices and fruits come from in the rainforest and learn the techniques used to make Grenada’s National Dish “Oil Down”.

Grenada island culinarily tour (“savory spice”)

Loved it Easy pace, delicious food, knowledgeable guides, whole family enjoyed listening to island history, beautiful views and of course food. Loved everything esp. chocolate!

Wonderful day and well worth the time/money. Nezra and Troy were awesome and the entire experience was flawless. The food sampling was great and the country sites were beautiful.
