          Verry verry bad company,
terrible company, didn't even bother to indicate in advance that the tour was cancelled due to lack of participants but did charge the amount to your credit card. Upon arrival at the port, the coordination and handling of the tour was very chaotic, and yes you can blame it on the crowds due to multiple cruise ships, but that is also known in advance and so you can respond to that. in short, if possible don't book anything with Edmund Tours, you can be very disappointed and they keep you on land for more than half an hour in the dark about how, what and where about your tour.

          Great Half Day Tour
Lenny (LJ) from Edmund’s taxi was a great chauffeur and tour guide. We utilized him for a half day experience to the soufriere (mud baths) and botanical gardens. He gave great insight and made sure we were taken care of! Thanks Lenny!

          Tour not as advertised
The tour was not as advertised or detailed in the booking information below. We were supposed to stop at Castries for 10 mins to see the church. We neither stopped nor drove passed it. We drove passed the airport and went into the harbour dock, neither of which interested me. The 10 mins stop would also have been welcomed after sitting in a crowded bus for an hour or so. No explanation was given. We were supposed to stop and visit Anse La Raye Quarter. We didn't. No explanation was given. We were supposed to stop at Canaries and visit the village for 15 mins. We didn't. No explanation was given. At Soufriere we were supposed to have the opportunity of visiting the town. We didn't. When we arrived we were herded of the bus straight onto a speed boat which took us to Sugar Beach. At Sugar Beach we were herded into a very small corner so that some people could go snorkelling. We were there for an hour. There is absolutely no mention of this in the booking itinerary. I went on this tour to "Discover St Lucia" not sit on a beach which I could have done at my hotel or near by. In the tour description you state, "water, sodas, beers and unlimited rum punch" are included. The first time any of these items was offered was at Sugar Beach and then only for the hour we were there. We sat on a bus for over 3 hours to get to Soufriere and I had expected to be offered a bottle of water during that time, from a health and safety aspect if nothing else. In fact, from a H&S aspect we should have been given a bottle of water immediately we got on the bus. Due to your description, I did not take my own water to reduce what I was carrying. We were supposed to visit hummingbird beach. We didn't. I would hazard a guess its name derives from the fact there are humming birds there. It would have been nice to see them. For some unknown reason, we visited a crack in some sea rock to see bats. This was not on the itinerary and we were there barely 3 minutes before being whisked away. Our tour guide Smallie did talk about bats before we got to Soufriere, but it was done in a way to tease the ladies about their make-up. At lunch all we got was a very small cup of juice and water. No beer, sodas or rum punch were available when I requested one. Unlimited, I think not!! The only other time drinks were offered was after bathing in the sulphur springs and then for only 15 or 20 mins. A 15 mins stop at the Pitons was scheduled for after the visit to Soufriere which didn't happen. We went straight to the waterfall and then the sulphur springs. Admittedly we did stop before arriving at Soufriere and got off the bus to take photos of the Pitons, but I don't define that as stopping at the Pitons. Stopping at the Pitons would be similar to what is included in the Hotel Chocolate tour. In fact, in the "ticket" I subsequently was sent, it states entry/admission to the Pitons is included. The Pitons is only a short distance from the sulphur springs, so made sense to visit from there. Your description states that this Excursion covers all the main highlights and attractions of the island by land. There is nothing about going in a boat and a speed boat at that. It also states that it allows us to explore the island at our own pace. Not correct, the pace and places were solely dictated by the driver, including, at least 25 minutes sitting, looking at a cruise liner. Thats time we should have spent visiting the cathedral. You state this is not a crowded tour. The bus was full with about25 people and then we packed another 4 in at Soufriere. I call that crowded.

          Buyer Beware!
Really disappointed. We had hoped to have far more sea time in the land and sea tour. The driver went to seven different resorts to pick everybody up. This meant that the first couple were on a bus for three and a half hours until we finally arrived at the boat segment. This was exacerbated by the driver having to return to one of the resorts because he forgot to pick a couple up. This added half an hour to the outbound journey time. The sea part entailed a five minute boat ride to another beach where we had just over an hour to snorkel. This is when the fabled free bar opened. It was a cool box. It was open for the boat section of the tour only, so approx two hours. Due to a lack of time, the bus driver gleefully pointed out all the beauty spots where we would have stopped had we had time… The lunch was very nice, the waterfall and mud baths great but we had to hurry through both, because of time constraints. All in all, seven or eight hours out of ten on a minibus is not ideal so be prepared. The driver was knowledgeable and passionate but was unclear in his communication. It would have been better had he have told us a broad itinerary from the start and explained what was going on with an element of clarity.

          Beautiful place, unreliable company
Arranged a trip to Pigeon Island through Edmund tours. He arranged a taxi to take us there, we arranged a pick up time to come back, he didn't turn up. We only just got back to the ship on time. Rang him several times and the number given doesn't pick up. He is part of the Carribean you save they benefit group. Who don't like you posting bad reviews. Won't be using them again.

The BEST tour of the island:)
Edmund and his team were amazing. We were down in Vieux Fort and Edmund came himself to pick us up for the tour! The whole experience was 10/10. Booze, food, culture and more. Thank you so much - it really added so much to our holiday!

A great day touring St Lucia
After doing the Land & Sea Tour last week with Edmunds Tours, I inquired if they could provide a private tour. Edmund went above & beyond to make this happen for us. Wycliffe showed up promptly at our resort on time! We spent the day touring the northern part of St Lucia….Dennery, Castries, Marigot Bay, Rodney Bay & Pigeon Island. Wycliffe was very informative and knowledgeable about the island. He shared a lot of the island culture with us. Many thanks to Edmund & Wycliffe for making this happen!

Smalley is the best tour guide 👏
Land & Sea Tour with ‘Smalley’ and he had us entertained from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble for him, we laughed all day long! He shared his local knowledge with us and made the whole excursion so much fun! His main concern throughout the whole trip was that EVERYONE was enjoying themselves. Places we visited during the trip Banana plantation Sugar beach Piton views Toraille Water falls Sulphur springs Amazing day well spent in St Lucia Thank you Smalley :)

Great experience and great tour guide!
We did the land tour and it was a really good way to see the island. We were picked up from our hotel in Rodney Bay and it was quite a long drive to the sulphur springs but Smalley our guide was entertaining and provided interesting facts along the way. We had a great lunch and really enjoyed our time at the springs and the waterfalls. Would thoroughly recommend this tour!

Beautiful Island of St. Lucia with a Beautiful Crew
Placid and Edmund are amazing tour guides. They are knowledgeable of their island, very friendly, outgoing and helpful. We toured both land and sea of St. Lucia with local stops, snorkeling, local food provided, stop at a beautiful waterfall, mud bath and more. The driving is windy but if you take medicine it’s okay. They provided rum punch (yummy) and other drinks such as sprite and Coca Cola, helped everyone get on and off the boat with gentleness. This tour really did make our honeymoon 10x better! We met some great people that also made it a lot of fun. WORTH THE MONEY, you will not regret it!

          Fabulous
We are here and just yesterday went on this “Land and Sea” tour with Edmund Tours they were first class. We were a group of four and joined a young lady and her grandma. We were picked up at our Sandals gate, driven through fish towns, informed about to towns history and many stories of the island. We got on speed boats to see the bat cave, then to base of the Piton’s for snorkeling followed by a mineral mud bath and water fall cool off. Lunch (delicious) was part of the package along with all beverages (water, soda, beer and rum punch) 7hr tour - it was about 1hr 15min drive to the Piton there and back, roads are at times tight and windings. We had no issues and got a thumbs up from our most critical passenger in vehicles. Our group had a young lady with her Grandma and what a blessing to see everyone work to make sure Grandmas experience was enjoyable, she didn’t miss out at all!! Highly Recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Smally, Placide and Edmund were they at all times to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you for making this a fabulous experience- can’t wait to come back and see you again.

          Great day with Wycliffe
Chose Edmund tours based on reviews here and that there “Discover St. Lucia Land Tour” has a max capacity of 2-4 persons as last thing we wanted was to be stuck with a bunch of cruise ship day trippers. Had an exchange of emails with Edmund Bicar, who sorted everything with easy payment via PayPal. Picked up bang on time by Wycliffe, great bloke, learnt a lot from him about St. Lucia, history, lifestyle and how everyone got through the Covid recession. Just the two of us and Wycliffe, visited loads of places including local goods shack where Banana Ketchup is much cheaper than in the airport; stopped at various view points, saw fishing villages, loved the Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens which is defo worth a visit. On to lunch at Michael’s in Soufriere, overlooks the dockside harbour, great location, food and got to meet Edmund who had arranged our trip. Later had a choice of mud baths or Volcano, we chose volcano before another waterfall stop and back to Hotel. (Local hospitality at its finest) Trip total 6 to 7 hours, everything included, admissions, food, drink including sparkling wine & beer. A great day, really couldn’t fault anything, so glad we went!

          Fabulous St Lucia.
Fabulous day of sights and fun. Island tour plus a boat trip to a beautiful island. Our guide was informative but witty with it. Excellent value for money. Thank you Placide you made a good day great!! We had originally thought of doing purely a land tour but Edmund kindly recommended the land and sea as better value for money. Worth every penny. Super sightseeing, plenty of time to enjoy everywhere. Waterfall, volcanic mud baths, snorkelling even a chocolate factory. Excellent lunch and drinks included

          Good company, great driver
We are part of group of 4 couples that visited St Lucia in early February 2023. We used Edmund Tours to transport us to and from our hotel as well as taking us on a personalized day trip of the island. In all cases our driver and guide was Linus .after driving us to the hotel upon arrival, we knew we wanted him to lead us on the day tour, and he did not disappoint. We were particularly impressed by his knowledge of growing bananas. Turns out his family raised bananas. We had a great day in a comfortable air-conditioned bus. We highly recommend Linus and Edmund Tours.

          Great from start to finish!
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Lesser Antilles. St Lucia was on my map for a long time due to its Pitons and scenery and we have discussed with this company the possibility of having a tour of the island including Tet Paul Nature Trail, Sugar Beach and a stop at Hotel Chocolat for The Bean to Bar Experience. Getting to Sugar Beach was by boat, a very powerful one with 600 HP that brought us to the beach in a blink of an eye. The beach is one of the best you will find in St Lucia and it’s located between the 2 pitons. Tet Paul Nature Trail is another experience not to be missed. It’s a 25’ climb to a viewpoint between the 2 pitons and almost everybody can hike the trail. The views from the top are amazing. Last stop was at Hotel Chocolat where we prepared our own chocolate. The tour company proved to be very professional and very reliable. Needless to say who I choose next time when we come back to St Lucia.

While on a cruise stop in St Lucia, we (my dad and I) booked a day with Edmund tours. Once off the ship, they were pretty easy to find as clear instructions had been given, along with a phone number to call them in case of any problems. This is were I struggle a bit with the review as we had to wait around 40 minutes in the bus due to a couple of people not showing up. Personally, I think they left it a little too long but also that it was courteous of them to wait so its an awkward situation.

Once on the way, I found the tour enjoyable. Our guide was Sylvia and she was great, very informative. Her delivery of jokes may not be the best but that made her even more endearing, she gave it a good go. Unfortunately I can't remember the drivers name but he was also very pleasant. Most of the day is indeed spent on the bus but we were happy with that, getting to see as much of the island as we could in a relatively short time. My dad has mobility issues and all the team (including fellow passengers, thanks) were very helpful.

I enjoyed stopping off at a viewing platform where there were stunning views of the islands and few small gift stalls, at least one which took card payments and prices were better than those at cruise terminal.

My favourite though was the stop at sugar beach, it is very rocky and uneven at the part sectioned off for snorkelling but the surrounding are amazing and the fish were so colourful and varied. Would love to return one day.

The sulphur springs were an experience but it just felt a little too rushed and not relaxing. There are stalls here too but didn't really have time for a look around. Still glad it was included and am thankful for the experience.

Waterfall was pretty but as with waterfalls anywhere in the world that are included in tour trips, you don't get to see their true splendour like you would on a lone visit so a little imagination helps here.

This tour really does give you a taste of St Lucia but what it really did for me was to make me want to return for an actual holiday on the island and take things at a slower pace.

Ps. Going by previous reviews, I have a feeling that smally? (sp?) nice as he is, his tour bus was along side ours, may well ask his tourists to leave him a review mentioning his name. Sylvia didn't do this but deserves equal credit so please be happy to have her as your guide.

Edmund picked us up promptly at 9.30 and then we and 3 others had a guided trip from Laborie to Soufriere with Edmund explaining the fishing villages such as Choiseul en-route. Great photo stops with a backround of the amazing Pitons.

The speedboat trip from Soufriere round to Sugar Beach, taking in the Bat Cave and close-up skirting of the Pitons was great fun and the snorkelling looking at the fish, of which there were hundreds of brightly coloured tame examples was much appreciated.

After returning by boat to Soufriere, lunch was provided at a waterfront restaurant.

After this, we joined a group of about a dozen on a larger coach to take in the waterfalls and then the Soufriere sulphur springs, where those so inclined could smother themselves in the volcanic mud.

Frome there, we were returned home by Edmund, who is to be commended for a great day out, well worth the money and we would gladly use Edmund Tours again.

Speedboat ride great fun and Sugar Beach stunning, you didn’t need to snorkel - fish all around you just stood in the water which the kids loved
Not impressed by the waterfall and the water was so hot at sulphur springs I couldn’t even get in
        Lunch was very poor
I don’t feel they should have charged for kids as young as 2 ( we had a 9 month old and 2 year old) as bar seeing the fish and boat ride they got very little out of the day

This Tour Was Amazing! Our Driver/ Tour Guide Was Definitely On Time To Pick Us Up By Our Hotel Lobby. While Driving To The Different Activities, The Driver/Tour Guide Was Extremely Informative. He Gave Us A Whole History Of St Lucia And He Was Also Very Patient With Answering All Of Our Questions. Even Though The Rain Fell A Few Times That Day, It Did Not Stopped The Fun. The Local Lunch Was Pretty Good And The Rum Punch Tasted Amazing, Not Too Strong. During This Tour, We Learned A lot And I Would Definitely Recommend Anyone To Do It.

We started off the day being picked up by Edmund himself in his very comfortable car where he drove us to Soufriere harbour, where we embarked upon a beautiful speed boat and jetted off to Sugar Bay an incredible beach sandwiched inbetween the Pitons. On arrival of Sugar Bay, we donned snorkel gear and saw some incredible fish in the crystal clear waters, amongst them parrot fish and hundreds of tiny little Nemos there was every coloured fish under the sun. It was absolutely stunning at one point we were the only people in the snorkel area. We then went back onto the boat back to Soufriere where we had a delicious St Lucian style lunch at restaurant overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
We then set off and went to the waterfalls where we where we went under the under the power shower, as it was called, and washed away all our cares.
Finally we went to the volcanic mud bath, which can only be described as an memorable and a once in a lifetime experience. My daughter and had a lot of fun. Painting each other with tattoos in the black mud after covering ourselves with the volcanic mud. We then went back into the sulfur springs and my skin has never felt so soft.
We then rewarded finally with a beautiful rum punch, which Edmond made himself containing cinnamon and nutmeg. All I can say is if you don't do this trip, you're crazy, it is the best part of St. Lucian, as they say, if you've not been to Soufriere area, you've not been to St. Lucia. So book it straight away. 10 out of ten, or as trip advisor says, five stars.

Very very disappointed ☹️ We were picked up at 7:30 am. We collected several groups of people along the way. Approximately 16 people including ourselves. I don't believe the amount of people was an issue. Yes, we were travelling by mini bus during rush hours, however it took almost 4 hours to reach Soufriere. We arrived at 11:15 am. The worst part of the "road trip" was that the driver did not stop at ANY of the scenic lookouts except for the one of the Pitons. Other drivers/tour guides were offering to take pictures of their patrons but not ours. He told us that other buses were carrying cruise ship passengers and that they were on a time limit but we were not. Okay. But then why were we RUSHED through every single activity, and did not stop for pictures at lookouts. He was rushing to "beat" traffic and other tour groups. Not only my husband and I but several other couples were very disappointed in the tour and for various reasons. The "sea" portion of the tour was a 10 minute boat ride from the wharf to the snorkeling spot, then a 10 minute boat ride back. Considering I've waited years to be able to visit St. Lucia and see the sights, I feel very "ripped" off. Absolutely everything was rushed to the point of not being enjoyable. I regret not taking the catamaran tour instead because our your was neither a land tour nor a Sea tour. On a positive note, the lunch we had was delicious.

Of course you are on and excursions are definitely great ways to get to know the islands/ areas you are visiting. PLEASE NOTE that this excursion was mostly a land tour with a 5 minute boat ride to and from Sugar Beach. We felt the pictures and description were a little miss leading only because it appeared to look like it was going to be mostly on boat with minimal bus touring (just to mud bath and water fall). Apparently majority of the people that also did this excursion thought the same as us.. but either way we learned are lesson and will just confirm before we book going forward.

It was still a fun tour lots to see and do, friendly staff and great tour guide. I would definitely recommend to people that want a long land tour and don’t like boat rides as much because including island traffic it was over 2 hours EACH WAY by bus around lots of windy and bumpy terrain to get to south side and back. Keep in mind we were all on the North end.

Great day, excellent tour guides! We booked on this tour last minute and immediately we received a message from the tour guide confirming our booking and asking us to meet outside of our resort.
They were on time, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The tour guide was funny, made everyone laugh and like I’ve already said, was able to explain the history of the places we visited.
The rum punch was homemade by our tour guides and there was plenty of this at each stop.
I’d recommend this visit and it’s definitely great value for money and time!!! I’d do this again.

Highly recommend this tour, loved every minute of it,from being in a well air conditioned mini bus getting to travel through the island, stopping at various stops starting with the banana plantation where we were told great information about the history and growing the crop, with no pesticides.Bananas were delicious too. Could purchase relishes etc here too. Smalley, our driver and guide was so informative, fun and helpful. Winding through the rugged roads, which are being improved all the time, we arrived in Souffriere where we were met by more of the Edmund tour guides, to get on a fabulous speed boat to go to Sugar beach, on the way seeing the bat cave from the boat and then snorkelling off the beach to see the most wonderful and spectacular underwater scene of beautiful varieties of fish and sea life. Rum punch, beer or soft drinks were included too. Next off to the volcano and mud bath which was an incredible experience. The mud is very hot but once in it’s fine. There are outdoor showers here where you can rinse most off. Onto the natural waterfall which was also the most amazing experience, so fresh and cool. Certainly crossed a lot off our bucket list. Lunch was an amazing local experience at a bar terrace in Souffriere, fried fish, marlin, or chicken with salads, pasta etc.. with cake. It was delicious. An absolutely fantastic trip with Edmund tours and would definitely do this again. Smalley our guide was fabulous as were all the staff on this tour. Thanks so much and St Lucia was our favourite island. We will be back.

The journey to the actual tour turned out to be a bit lengthy because some guests still had to be collected from more remote hotels and there was also quite a lot of traffic. Smolly, our guide mastered this with a lot of humor and gave us an extra tour of the island. There were great viewpoints and beautiful fishing villages to see, whereby at least at one of the villages a short stay would have been nice instead of just driving through....
A highlight was the snorkel stop in Sugar Bay: You were almost in the aquarium - and from the comfort of the beach.
Also the following lunch buffet right on the beach of Soufriere was very good.
We went strengthened to the waterfall, which invited us to bathe; but there are certainly even more idyllic waterfalls. The Sulphur-Springs were again impressive: While sulphur steam rises from the ground next door, you can bathe in pools of hot mud water.
The subsequent return journey was a bit long again, so we were only back at the hotel about 2 hours later than planned.
Overall a recommended tour where you can see a lot of the island.
