We initially booked our parasailing with key to the sea the day prior in which we were asked to change time from 11 to 12 whichever we agreed. Upon waiting we received a text stating they were running behind and would pick us at 1215. We continued to wait until 1235 were still no one arrived, we canceled and we’re disappointed at this outcome. The company called and were extremely apologetic that this had happened and offered a discount. We kindly appreciated the gesture but were leaving the next day at 130. Key to the Sea stated they would make it happen if we so chose to do so. After thinking about it, we contacted them and stated we would book, they got us a private charter with Miguel and we had a fantastic time. Thank you guys for making it happen and for going the extra mile, it is recognized and appreciated!

I would highly recommend booking a private charter with Key to the Sea Parasailing. Tatiana, Miquel and Joseph are professional, knowledgeable, fun and go above and beyond in every aspect in terms of service they provide to their clients. We spent our time parasailing, snorkeling, touring Iquana Island, visiting an abondened ship wreck and jumping off of it, catching fish and conchs and seeing sea turtles and eagle rays.
Miquel and Joseph provide world class service and make it a point to ensure your entire family/party has a great time. I've been on a lot of tours like this in many locations and everything pales in comparison to the service provided by Key to the Sea Parasailing.
Thank you Tatiana, Miquel and Joseph for all of your help. I hope everyone who reads this has an opportunity to take advantage of what your company has to offer.

So AMAZING!
We had booked a private charter and it was THE best time ever. Imagine being on a fun boat looking back at the most beautiful beach in the world. We wanted to ride around a little bit. We wanted to snorkel a little bit (they have all the equipment you need and it's clean!
It's the right size for your group which makes it more fun to be with people you like rather than random strangers. Definitely highlight of the trip!

Captain Miguel and his first mate went out of their way to ensure the 6 of us had an amazing adventure. My parents (in their late 70s) were unsure if they would go or not but wanted to ride with us. Captain Miguel was so patient and accommodating that they were able to go and have a fantastic time! It was the experience of a lifetime and we are so grateful!!

Awesome experience. Great crew. Very professional and they took a bunch of pictures and video of us. Your up almost 500 ft and get great views of the island! WIll do it again with Key to the Sea when we return!

I would like to Thank Miguel and Sammie for a wonderful experience. Two of the most guys on the island. We had a fun time. Snorkeling my wife and Jacob saw 4 turtles and schools of fish when snorkeling. Parasailing was awesome. Saw Iguana island. I can not say enough good things about them. Lifetime opportunity. This was the highlight of our trip. We received pictures and videos that they took of our excursion. Again, thanks for a wonderful day.
