Really amazing and once-in-a-life-time experience. Staff really nice and friendly, they help you a lot while in the jewellery making process and guide you through step by step. You can join the class either you already have an idea in mind or you do not (do not worry they will help you to choose and design your jewellery). Really recommended experience if you are in Ubud and you would like to make a really memorable experience. 😊

We took three trips with a simple car charter from Genuine Bali Experience, but it’s exceeded our expectations by a long way! The company was flexible and quick to respond via email, though their preferred comms option is WhatsApp, and they made a range of payment options available for our convenience. I Wayan Wardana, our driver was full of advice and very generous with sharing local knowledge. He was flexible, efficient and punctual. He was also a thoughtful companion on trips with our kids, who loved him too! In addition, he has a knack for photography and we have many family photos from some of the most beautiful sites thanks to him. He managed to get us a visit with a family gamelan instruments workshop on request, showed us how to tackle some of the local fruits and was generally a friend to rely on. We have a comparison from another trip we took with a well-recommended guides company and they didn’t even come close to Wayan. I wholly recommend his services.

The jewelry making class was authentic…. The artisans worked very hard to make my ring just the way I wanted. A highly recommended experience.

Excellent agency: reliable, well-organised, friendly and courteous. We used them on two days. On day 1 we took the white water rafting with cultural discovery: a great day full of fun and interest, all the capable hands of our friendly driver Buri. On day we asked for a driver and organised our own visit to the beautiful temples of Taman Ayun and Tanah Lot. We had a fantastic day thanks to our great driver Wayan Wardana.

Amazing experience! Great staff with great English as well, the ring took me about 2 hours one to one. Start is slow but the the L ring comes to shape quickly. Would highly recommend doing this

Amazing jewellery making class, was super hands on and an unforgettable experience to do in Ubud! Instructor was fantastic and explains everything to you and everyone was so lovely! Lovely cafe as well next door!

Definately one of my highlights of Ubud! I am travelling solo and the pickup option was so easy, came straight to my hotel. It took around 3 hours to make the ring and you are paired with someone one on one that helps you every step of the way. I used extra silver and zircons and all worked out to be an additional $15AUD which was very reasonable. Highly recccomend !

Silver class was great. We got to choose our designs and then work with the guide to make the designs come to life. We also got to add some jewels/stones to make the rings more personalized.
