We went out on the last trip of the season and the weather was not great as a winter storm came in. Our guide was awesome though and took us to some other places not on the itinerary just so that we’d be able to see some good sights… and they were great! In the afternoon the weather cleared and we could go to Lake Louise Village and also see Lake Louise. He was informative and fun and we felt in great hands. The highlight of our trip to Banff.

We had a lovely day with Rob exploring the most amazing lakes and sights in Banff, Alberta and beyond. Rob was extremely informative about the places we visited and was wealth of knowledge as a local . He took pictures for everyone and was so engaging that people around us stopped to listen to his stories

Small family-owned business that truly focuses on providing an excellent customer experience. We were picked up right at our hotel at Canmore. They clearly know the area well - just when you think you've seen the best, they take you to another amazing place. Peyto Lake, our last stop, was the least congested and the view was incredible - far more enjoyable than the touristy Lake Louise. Our tour guide/owner, Robbie, led us on the walks at Moraine Lake and Peyto Lake. Would highly recommend the Beyond Banff tour company to anyone.

We just would like to thank Dustin and Denver, our driver and tour guide on this amazing trip. Comfort, safety, knowledge of wildlife and history are just some of their amazing qualities. They prepared some snacks and cold water to drink in between stops and we were able to see a bear munching on berries thanks to Dustin's quick eyes and a bull elk roaming on the highway. They have have good sense of humour too so it is never boring after such a long ride from Lake Louise to Jasper. I highly recommend this trip. 2 thumbs up.

Robbie was an amazing tour guide! We saw a wolf, a bear and some mountain sheep oh my! This was the best way to see as many sites as possible in a one day shot. Parking a car is brutal at Lake Louise and others, so taking the bus and learning about the Rockies and the Banff area made it an incredible experience. We have a family of 5 with 3 young kids and they loved it too. Book this excursion.

An incredible tour. Rob our guide was very informative and had great stories. He interacted with everyone on the tour and answered many questions. We had one family member who was mostly blind but Rob never rushed us as I know we were slower.
Our first trip to Canada and Banff Park and we loved it.
Side personal note: there were several groups dropped off before and none of them gave a tip. I know a tip is a choice, but please consider giving one when your guide puts his best effort into your tour.
Once again just a personal note.

Such a perfect day! Our guide was entertaining and informative, still leaving time to enjoy the company of our group as well. It was a fantastic way to get an overview of the area and hit many sights in one day. Highly recommend. Our group consisted of 50+ yr olds, including two elderly.

Ron, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and professional. He made the full-day experience enjoyable. He took us to several popular "can't miss" spots (such as Lake Louise), but he also took us to lesser known beautiful locations (such as Two Jack Lake, Natural Bridge, and Mt. Norquay). Although he never confessed to making arrangements with the wildlife, he seemed to know exactly where to go so we could experience amazing wildlife sightings. We saw a coyote, a grizzly bear, two black bears, many elk, deer, and mountain goats. It was nice to enjoy the day in a small group with only seven other passengers. We highly recommend this tour!

We took this tour on our first day in Banff. We then knew where we would like to re-visit on our own during the remainer of our trip. Robby and Robert were awesome guides. They gave us all the highlights of each stop and carried on conversations with us while on the bus. We learned so much about the area from this trip. There were 20 of us and we made great friends from many countries. I can't stress enough how wonderful it was to do this the first day. By being on a bus/van you have premium parking and access to all the best attractions. This is a MUST DO for the Canmore/Banff area.

Even though it was foggy and rainy, the views were spectacular. Robbie was a friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable tour guide, we enjoyed talking to him. The pacing was great - some longer stops with accessible hikes, some short photo opp stops, and plenty of time to warm up in between en route. Robbie was prepared with water and coffee for everyone.

I am having trouble reaching this company to cancel our tour scheduled for September. We are Americans and are unable to visit Canada due to Covid 19. Any suggestions on how else to reach them? I have called and emailed several times but they have not responded to my attempts to contact them.
