Thoroughly enjoyed our e-bike adventure. Our guide was very attentive, engaging and informative. Loved Johnston Canyon. Absolutely stunning. Highly recommend it.

What a great tour!!!! My husband and I had never been on E-bikes before, and we were a little nervous, but we absolutely looooved it!!!!! Leah, our guide, was delightful...truly a gem of a person!!!!! She was very knowledgeable, kind, funny+pro!!!!! The trip was full of gorgeous views, and it was easy to bike along the parkway. The Johnston Canyon hike was lots of fun and well worth it 👍👍👍👍

We had a great time, our guide was amazing, so friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The e-bikes made the ride very enjoyable and the canyon was beautiful.

Our guide was Kirsti and she was absolutely incredible from the get go. She made sure everyone was dressed properly so nobody was cold, helped everyone in the group get to know each other a bit and have lots of history and information but didn’t overload. We stayed a good amount of time at each location and kirsti was really good at keeping everyone happy and doing the day at a good pace. The hike was awesome and nice to do something a little away from the main crowd of tourists. Overall the experience was incredible and I feel really glad I did this tour as the experience and knowledge really made the difference. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Had a great private hike with Jak last week! I came to Banff with limited time as a solo traveler and I wasn’t feeling up to the crowds, large bus tours, navigating/parking, et cetera! A private custom hike with White Mountain Adventures was for sure the way to go! I was nervous about the “difficult” rated hike I chose, but with Jak’s encouragement, positive attitude and funny quips, we made it to the top of the trail, no problem! So worth it! I knew he had my back the whole way—he reminded me that a slow and steady pace would work best overall. Jak seemed super knowledgeable—I loved picking his brain about the Banff area, Canadian history, the local flora and fauna and his experiences in the backcountry! I left wishing I had scheduled one more trip with White Mountain Adventures during my stay in Canada. Next time I’m in Banff I’ll be booking again! Thanks Jak!

What a great tour! We had never ridden ebikes before and had so much fun! We were given excellent instruction by our guide Owen. The path to Sundance was paved and smooth, and the hike was beautiful and not too difficult. Owen was full of fun information about Banff and the forest, he was so personable and knowledgeable. It rained during our tour, but there were rain ponchos and gloves packed for us on the bike. White Mtn Adventures is an excellent choice for a tour!

Our Lake Louise/ Moraine Lake tour with May was exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The hike description says Easy, but it can be quite challenging in spots, fortunately she had provided us with walking sticks. Our tour was quite small, only 5 and the guide, and we were able to ask questions and talk to the others in the group easily. The lunch was so good! I would recommend white Mtn adventures and May any day!

Knowledgeable, and all around great guide. The tour itself was breathtaking. Learned so much. Last stop was the brewery which didn’t disappoint! Highly recommend!

Our guide, Paulo, was amazing. He was so informative, remembered everyone's name and looked after all participants no matter how slow they may have been. The scenery was stunning and the sandwich at lunchtime very tasty.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience on our visit to the Canadian Rockies with a visit to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake and an 8k hike to Consolation Lakes. Our guide, May, was very knowledgeable and accommodating, even providing us with hiking poles to allow us all to navigate a rocky section of the trail. The small group (6 of us) allowed for everyone to ask questions and experience a more intimate experience. But the best were the views!

Best guiding company in the Rockies. Dennis is amazing to work with and the guides are exceptional - Christie & Mary are amazing as well as the others we had on our program. Highly recommend if you are looking for a guided hike in the Banff/Lake Louise Area.

We booked the eBike tour and hike to Johnson Canyon. The eBikes were fun and made the ride easy. Scott was our friendly and informative guide and he made sure we had a great time. You bike from Banff to Johnson Canyon and then hike up to the first set of falls in the Canyon. A shuttle brings you back to their shop in Banff. We made frequent stops at overlooks along the way and at one picnic area for a potty stop. We did have a bit of excitement on our trip as we had to detour to the 'high' road when a large black bear was making his way up the 'low' road towards us. Scott stopped and let us all see the bear and then hurried us along so the bear could continue on his way and not have to detour around us. He showed his respect for wildlife. I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time but it made for a great memory for us! A fun time and even though you are on eBikes you actually do get some exercise. These aren't throttle bikes but rather pedal assist bikes. Still pretty easy though and I recommend trying out one of their trips.
