In the cool and quiet evening climate, Jasper’s wildlife comes out in force. Experience Jasper National Park at this special time of day on a 3.5-hour evening wildlife tour led by an expert guide. Travel around the park with ease and visit seasonal spots inhabited by grizzly bears, mountain goats, pocket-sized squirrels, and more. This small-group tour, limited to 15 people, includes hotel pickup and drop-off.
What to Expect
Depending on the time of year, your tour begins with pickup from your Jasper hotel at 5:30pm (May to August) or 4:30pm (September). After boarding a minibus, you’ll meander into the valley and admire views of mountain passes and untouched wilderness.
Your guide provides commentary that details the flora and fauna of Jasper National Park and takes you to seasonal spots inhabited by native wildlife. With luck, you’ll observe grizzly bears, mountain goats, elk, moose, squirrels, and eagles in their natural environment.
Your tour concludes with hotel drop-off.

Kelly was an extremely informative and friendly guide. We learnt a lot about some local environmental challenges, plus viewed two mama grizzlies with cubs, elk, bighorn sheep, coyotes and pups. A good night.
