We all had a fabulous time. Ben was an exemplary host, looking after us in every way. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and above all, very kind. We liked the four wineries we visited: they were each unique in their own way, and that made our afternoon very enjoyable.

We loved Vivid Tours!! Steven was our driver and did an excellent job of taking care of all our needs. He constantly checked in with us, checked in at each winery and gave us excellent infomation about each place. We had such a great day. Ryan and Kevlynn were very organized and helped put together a great, customized day.

Sach was an amazing guide, knowledgeable and fun!!! He knew the area, had a cool background with being a hockey player and was up beat and very chivalrous helping the ladies in and out of the van.

What a great way to be introduced to the lovely wine country in Naramata! Steve was engaging with information, kept us on track, had great part tunes in the bus and stored all purchases for us. The van was comfy. The vineyard locations selected had something unique about each one! We loved our day , weather was perfect for late fall and the rating excellent!

Our group of 6 can highly recommend Vivid Tours. Everything was a top notch experience beginning with our initial booking to the planning of our winery choices and, most of all, with our driver. Sach is a great communicator and was in touch with us the day before departure. Upon our first meeting, he is warm and friendly telling us a bit about himself before we set out on the road. That was really nice! Being assigned to our group might have been a tall order as we are all former Area Representatives for one of Canada's national/private wine clubs- Opimian Club du Vin. There is so much for all of us to learn! It was clear that he has a huge appreciation for the producers in the area and an interest/passion in learning more and more about the ever changing industry. We all do so, it was a perfect match to have him escort us for the day. Sach kept our group on schedule and, as an added bonus, prompted us to have our pictures taken along the way. At the end, he shared them via the cloud with all of us. He is also a pretty darn good photographer! Clearly, he has an exceptional relationship with winery staff and because of this added polish to an already lovely tour. We enjoyed hearing about his history as a professional hockey player and international coach. All the more special, are his beginnings in our home city located in Saskatchewan. Thank you for all of the effort you put into making our day extra special. You are a GEM!

Really well run wine tour. Ben was super friendly and organized. Visited five interesting wineries and had lunch inbetween. Would highly recommend.

First time on a wine tour and it was an amazing experience. It was a very enjoyable experience, well coordinated, good group size. Loved the wineries and the selection. Our tour guide/host (Vicki) was great. She kept us on schedule and answered any questions we had. She did everything to make our experience memorable and fun. I'm a skeptical person when it comes to tour operators, but this tour exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone
