      Great Tour with Beautiful Scenery
Amazing and Beautiful! It was our 1st time visiting Vancouver, so we booked tours hoping to see the most of British Columbia. Whistler was one destination we wanted to visit. Our tour guide Tim did not disappoint, he was so great at providing facts, and dad jokes! We had the best day at Whistler and the Sea to Sky Gondola with some beautiful stops along the way. We came away learning so much, with some amazing photos and memories that we will cherish forever!

Beautiful, scenic, fun tour at a great value
Jorge and I had a fantastic time on the tour. Our guide, Sarah, told us so many interesting facts and her high energy and enthusiasm were infectious. She ran the tour very well and we even got to squeeze in an extra stop. We visited so many scenic locals throughout Vancouver (Granville Island, Stanley Island, the look out, the suspension bridge, etc.) all the stops were very easy to get around and the bus was comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting!

      Touring the Highlights!
We phoned ahead and Tim picked us up at our hotel and went to meet the rest of our group. Kyle was our driver and guide and did a great job of pointing out sights as we drove through the highlights of Vancouver! The views from the Vancouver lookout, Stanley Park and the walk around the trails at the Capilano Suspension bridge and cliff walk were excellent! Lunch at the Capilano Burger Shack was Great too! Awesome way to spend a day in Vancouver!

      Great experience in Vancouver
I had a layover of 2 days in Vancouver, and I wanted to see the best of the city with a tour. I enjoyed the tour, the time was very good planned and I could see everything I wanted in a day. Kyle, the guide, was great. Also appreciated the possibility to have pick up/drop off at the hotel. This tour is totally worth it.

      Awesome trip to Whistler
We went to Whistler with Brent on Tuesday 2nd April, having also been on the City Sightseeing tour with him a few days earlier. Brent is an outstanding guide and this was a really fantastic day trip. The stops at Shannon Falls and the Sea to Sky Gondola on the way and seeing the sea lions at Porteau Cove on the way back made this so much more than just a trip to Whistler. Thank you Brent and keep doing what you're doing!

      Winner at Whistler
This trip was amazing!!! A definite must do. The day we did it the weather was perfect which I think did add to the experience. Byron was our guide, he was great very knowledgeable and really gave everyone a lot of info and help for activities in Whistler. The sea to sky gondola was fabulous. Totally worth going. But whistler was an absolute standout. We did the peak to peak gondola which is extra but so worth it. Having Byron help with your choices in whistler really does help as there is so much to do. Bryon went the extra mile to make sure we got dropped off at the arena so we could get to the hockey game. Absolutely recommend this trip.

      Great tour!
We had a very fun day! The gondola was great, awesome view. The waterfall was great. And Whistler has a lot to see and do, something for everyone. Our guide, Byron, was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. Definitely recommend!

A great way to experience the city
My son and I took this tour and had an amazing time. The tour driver was knowledgeable and gave some good history of the city and how it has evolved over the years. I really enjoyed our stop at Stanley Park, as well as our time on the suspension bridge which I highly recommend

Perfect kickoff to a first time Vancouver visit!
What a perfect way to be introduced to Vancouver! Scheduled this on our first day here so we could make the most of the week. Now we know where we want to go and spend a bit more time and scheduled other plans around it all.

Had 2 tours booked with this company for June 2020: Victoria & Butchart Gardens Tour ($450) and Vancouver Delights Tour w/ Capilano Suspension Bridge ($320). Due to COVID, trips were cancelled. Understandable. Was told they would not refund until one year passed, offering it as a credit for future trips. Year passes. Was told that the company was in a forced sale situation and could not issue refunds. The Guest Service Specialist, Lauren, was optimistic that "the deal would close soon and they would reach out to discuss my refund." Here we are...March 2022...and still no refund. Waiting on my $770...for 2 years now.
*Drop downs (when did I go and who was with me) didn't offer appropriate choices for my situation.

Before booking this tour you really have to do your homework.

The tour delivered on what was promised in Victoria and the Gardens. We saw the city, had High Tea at the Empress and had a wonderful self guided tour of the Gardens. That part of the day was fantastic.

The downside is getting there. We were picked up at our hotel at 7:30 but did not get to Victoria till 11:45. Then we left the Gardens at 5:45 to catch the Ferry back and never got back to our hotel till 11:30’at night. The Ferries were running way off schedule which created a massive back up at the terminal on both sides.

Spending 10 hours on a bus in total for 6 hours of touring is a touch ask.

    I know the tour company does not control the Ferry schedule but if you decide to do this I would suggest the following;

Bring a power charging cord for your phone
Do not plan an early morning event for the following day
    Bring a refillable water bottle
Make advance reservations at the Empress for 12:30-1:00 if you really want to do the High Tea.

I do give credit to Brent our tour guide for making the most of a tough day.

Hello, We're very sorry, this was a highly unusual police incident involving the BC Ferry ship that caused the delay. We are glad to hear though that your tour was otherwise went well, and hope that we see you again in your future visits to our beautiful city. Thank you very much.

The trip was very well planned (pick up on time at the hotel, times of pick up at each place we visited and phone number in case we were lost noted on a map, etc.). The group is not too big so it's very enjoyable. Our guide Brent shared a lot of interesting information about the history of the island and the city. He was very helpful and made everything possible for us to have a great time. It's a long day but we had enough time to explore Victoria and the gardens. I definitely recommend this tour and this company !

If visiting Vancouver definitely a must do! Greg our guide was great, very kind and you can see he loves his country. He was very knowledgeable in many subjects and has amazing driving skills. If your not used to the cold definitely layer especially when you get on the ferry and bring your own bag for all your shopping since Vancouver and Vancouver Island are Eco-friendly. Uber or Lyft if you can, parking is not always free and you don’t want to deal with traffic if your on vacation. Some areas are uphill to walk so wear shoes that your feet will love.

We enjoyed a beautiful day. Pick up was well coordinated, even early arriving at the ferry terminal. Time to get a coffee and souvenirs before taking ferry. This tour is convenient allowing a quick trip to Victoria with all transportation included.
Once in Victoria, Matt was also very helpful and kind to direct us to our way with time on our own to explore.
We chose to visit Fisherman’s wharf for a great lunch on the water. Enough time to walk there and back leisurely and snap some views of the major sights in downtown. This was enough time to visit and also not feel rushed.
Next to the Butchart Gardens, again, really quite good on the timing with an hour and 45 minutes to explore.
Ferry on the way back, we enjoyed sunset views and a comfortable Spirit of Vancouver Island ferry.
Finally, Matt dropped us off and the whole trip he was friendly and a cheerful and fun guide who made the long day really great. Thank you!

An excellent tour. It is a long day but when you are picked up and dropped back to your accommodation it all works seamlessly. Our main driver was Tim and he was excellent as a driver and gave us a very interesting commentary along the way. He was also helpful with suggestions of things to do and where to eat for our stop in Victoria. He also gave us some interesting facts about Butchart Gardens before arriving there in the afternoon which is definitely a great time to visit. It was a great day and I would highly recommend doing it.

Debated between giving this tour 4 or 5 stars. However, any of the negatives were really not the fault of the tour company - they did a great job. Picked us up and dropped us off right according to schedule and our tour guide (Tim) was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They made it a very pleasant experience and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. On the (slightly) negative side, it is a very long day (left at 7:30 am, got back at 9:30 pm) and, frankly, we weren’t as impressed with Victoria as we expected to be - abit more touristy/crowded than we had imagined, but still worth the trip over to check out, if just to see the parliament building and walk through the Empress Hotel. The Butchart Gardens are incredible and definitely not to be missed if visiting Vancouver.

Great trip but long day. Early (7:30am) pick-up and half dozen more hotel pick-ups. With ferry, time in Victoria for lunch, then 2 hours at fabulous Buchart Gardens (best part), ferry back, & drop offs, we didn’t get back to hotel till nearly 10PM. But well worth the excursion.

We had an amazing time with Tim as our driver for the day. He was so informative as he managed to weave in & out of traffic @ the same time. The timing of the trip was excellent as we started with a short tour of Vancouver, loaded onto the ferry, went to downtown Victoria & then on to Butchart bypassing the crowds there by going later in the day. The weather was a huge plus, too. We got everything & more out of this excursion.

The views were amazing. We enjoyed it, but spent more times on the ferry and bus rides to and from, very little time for touring and break for lunch. Our tour guide messed up the Butchart Garden operating hours, we only had 45 minutes instead of 90 as advertised at the garden… very disappointed. Doesn’t worth the time and money!

Hi Katherine, I'm so sorry about your experience at the Butchart Gardens. We understand that is it a long travel with the ferry and the driving time to not have the advertised time that you are paying for! We had just restarted our Victoria Tours for the season and were just getting into the swing of things. Please send us an email at reservations@vancouvertours.com so we can sort that out for you! We hope to hear from you soon! Safe travels, The Landsea Team
