      Over Priced
Been on several foodie tours. Great group of people to tour with and good host. Wait staff was excellent. Only 1 of the 3 restaurants (Ukrainian) served very good food and beverage. Disappointed in the Mexican and pizza place.

Don't do any other foodie tour!!
This was an exceptionally good foodie tour. It was extremely well organised and the guide (Pretty??) was superb. Her local knowledge and her knowledge of Asian food was just amazing. In addition she was pleasant and engaging. The food was to die for!! Exquisite and such generous portions. It was really good value for money. We would absolutely recommend this tour. We have done good tours in many countries and locations. This was by far the best we have ever experienced.

      Suberb eats in Gastown!
Our guide Preethi was excellent! So knowledgeable and easy to talk to. And the 3 restaurants we went to, along with the food and drinks, was amazing. All in all we had a wonderful time!

      Eclectic mix of foods
We thoroughly enjoyed our food trip around Gastown. Enjoyed an eclectic mix of Mexican fusion, Italian and Ukrainian foods. Pryti (my apologies I'm sure I spelled that wrong) did a wonderful job of relating the history of the area and pointing out the things that make it unique. Great place to visit with some wonderful restaurants.

A fun way to see Granville Market.
We had a wonderful two hour tour of Granville Island with the very knowledgeable Michael. There was certainly enough food to satisfy our group - small sample sizes but so many of them that I took the donut home to eat later. We all had favourites and many of us enjoyed everything. Thanks to Michael - and the various vendors - for a great morning.

      Gastronomic Gastown Food Tour
Prethi was an outstanding guide. The venues were exactly right; interesting and tasty food. The margaritas at Monarca were a treat. The pizza at Gastown Gastronomy was very good and we closed out the meal with a special tiaramisu. Prethi's knowledge of Vancouver history and her Vancouver perspective were enjoyable and informative. We are very happy that we took this tour.

      Gastronomic gaslight tour.
Very unique restaurants with great hosting and good times. Highly recommend. Not super plentiful in terms of volume of food and drinks but still enough for a good time. Bronson as our host was very personable and friendly.

      Great girlfriend foodie event!
Was a little more expensive but SOOO worth it! The three restaurants were definitely more upscale, wonderful iconic Gastown locales…. excellent food with great drinks. Our guide Bronson was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, high energy and lots of fun. We’ve done lots of foodie tours and this was definitely one of the best! Highly recommended!

Enjoyable tour, but lacked something to make it special
We enjoyed our afternoon tour with Bronson. The format of the tour was short guided walks around a small part of Gastown, followed by food & drinks in a restaurant - this was repeated 3 times. Whilst we enjoyed the food and drink we were served, we didn't feel that the tour lived up to some other food tours we have done in other cities - it would have been nice to see more restaurants, over a wider area. In particular, half the dishes served are in the final Italian-ish restaurant which, whilst perfectly tasty, didn't feel like anything we couldn't find in every other major city in the world. Overall, we had a good afternoon, which was lifted by our guide's tour style and knowledge of the local area.

A Taste of Richmond's Asian Culinary Gems
We had a great time on the Foodie Tour with our knowledgeable guide, Angela. What stood out was how each element of the tour was carefully selected to give a diverse experience. The food items we sampled were of high quality, reflecting the rich culinary diversity of Richmond. Angela's insights into the local food scene not only made the tour informative but also provided an opportunity to gain valuable insight into the vibrant community of Richmond. Plus, the friendly group of fellow food enthusiasts made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a tour that offers exceptional food and a chance to learn about the local community, the Foodie Tour with Angela is an excellent choice.

I planned a very special trip with childhood friends of 50 years, reuniting from Hawaii, California and Chicago. Booking a Vancouver foodie tour was on the top of my list! I have had the pleasure of taking 2 tours with Lydia with my family pre pandemic, and they were highlight of our trips. I was a little uncertain about booking this tour because it seemed a little pricey for “market tastings” (and I was also spending my friends’ money), but we could not have been more thrilled with the whole experience. Lydia is such a phenomenal guide!! She gave such great background stories about each vendor and explained each tasting with such passion. Every food offering was top of the line and so scrumptious! I loved that it included so many foods I would have never sampled on my own (and that ended up being my favorites) like pad see ew from Sen Pad Thai, honey mustard pickles from Hobbs pickle and chai latte from Granville Island tea company, along with the iconic staples from the market (Oyama charcuterie, Benton brothers cheese, and Lees donuts). I have taken many food tours in other cities since I first tried Vancouver Foodie tours 7 years ago, and I’m always left disappointed. No other tour ever comes close to the food quality and expertise of the guides here. Book with them! The experience will be one of the main highlights of your trip! Thank you Lydia!!! I hope to have as my guide again next time I visit!!

Highly recommend taking time to experience the amazing food of Vancouver with an experienced tour company and guide who can fill you in on the best finds at not only the Granville Market but across the city. Manuela was fantastic! She is truly a gem for the food artisans and restaurant community in Vancouver. Thank you Manuela for making our experience so much fun! We will definitely make this company tours a priority on our next visit.

Book this trip! Been all over the world and done many other tours but this one was the best by far.Ingred was an amazing tour guide. She is very knowledgeable and if you love rescue dogs like I do be prepared to meet many of the dogs she helps on sanoa island . We had the perfect day for weather and the many stops we checked out on the tour were fantastic. This was a smaller speed boat tour which allows you to do much more than the large catamaran boats. The highlight of the tour for myself was the overall service including the morning pickup, the many various stops that were included on the tour and the amazing lunch,( the chicken was better than marybrowns or kfc!) At one point of the trip my wife and I had our own personal photographer shooting photos of us on the beach and the package to purchase them was very reasonably priced. I read many different reviews for many companies before settling on taking this tour and after the amazing day we had it is the best tour you can book.ps- if you like beer like I do ,served at lunch was a beer called #1, great beer! Forget the rest and book the seavis sanoa vip island full day tour,it will be the best day of your holiday and possibly your life!

Four of us joined this food tour and it did not disappoint! Our host, Michael, did an amazing job navigating us through a very crowded market. Well worth the cost of the tour to skip all the crazy lineups and try such a wide variety of food and drinks. The extra historical information as we enjoyed the food was interesting to hear, and we appreciated the discounts offered to tour participants at the places we visited. Highly recommend!

Our tour with Manuela Soto was some of the most fun we had while visiting Vancouver. She was wonderfully charismatic, cheerful, and ready to cater to everyone’s needs. She was well organized and self assured throughout the process and made sure that I got extra pickles to try when it became obvious how much I loved them. She gave wonderful suggestions for where to go next - we went to Kirin for dim sum and Kingyo for izakaya. It was wonderful and inspired us to try as much as we could in the artisan markets both in Vancouver and across the Canadian Rockies. This tour is an absolute must if you want to capture all the flavors of Vancouver in as short a time as possible. Bravo Manuela!

We’d been to Granville Island before in the height of the summer when it was crazy busy, we decided to take a tour this time to enhance our trip.
I’ve forgotten the lady’s name who held the tour but she did a good job with a large group (14 ppl).
I think the fact that the market wasn’t busy and we had good weather to allow us to stand outside as a group worked in our favour.
If you’ve never been to Granville Island before, do consider joining one of these tours, it’s a nice way to meet other people. I appreciate that it’s not cheap but it’s a curated visit to a (often) hectic location, well worth it in my eyes, especially on a weekend.

Honestly, this tour was so fun, so entertaining, and so good. Our tour guide was amazing and she gave as extra facts and showed us the best food places and we tried amazing food all over the public market. She made us laugh and feel comfortable with her. My 3 friends and I were the only ones to sign up for the tour which meant we had a private tour. I definitely recommend splurging for the private tour as it is so much fun and very chill. recommend X1000

The food tour of Granville Island Public Market provided our group with tasty samplings from about 20 different vendors. Our tour guide was Lydia who was very knowledgeable about the individual vendors but also about the food we sampled. The market itself is quite large and offers a diverse array of foods. Lydia was great at keeping our group of about 10 people together as we walked through the market. We sampled cheeses, lemon squares, bread, maple cured salmon, teas, coffee, doughnuts, charcuterie. It was a lovely, fun and filling tour. I would highly recommend it. And save some time to walk around the shops close by the public market. The market is one of the stops on the Hop on Hop off bus route so it’s very easy to get to.

As a first-time visitor to Vancouver, I wanted to make the most of my quick trip! There's no better way to see a place than through its food. Lydia was an amazing tour guide as we weaved through Granville Island to learn the history of the different food stands, have tasty bites, and build community with the rest of the tour group. It was a really fun morning - I would highly recommend anyone doing this tour!

While traveling to Vancouver for business, I booked a private group tour for our team of 16 people of the Granville Island Market and we had the BEST time! Our guide Gina was both personable and knowledgeable about the vendors that we visited. I was really impressed with the accommodations made for the various food allergies and dietary restrictions within our large group. Every snack and beverage that we tasted was absolutely delicious and many of us took advantage of the tour group discount to purchase items we could take with us. I would highly recommend this tour for both visitors and locals alike. We had 2 locals in our group who had been to the market but never on the tour, and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the rest of us. Such a great team-building activity and a great way to support local small businesses. It was also a fun alternative to lunch as we all left with our bellies full. Next time we meet in town again, I hope to take our group for one of the other food tours that this company offers.
