      A must see in Vancouver
So green and beautiful we enjoyed walking around we probably spent 3-4 hours here. We walked across the bridge and a couple other platforms. The shops were very cute and we grabbed lunch her as well. The free shuttle from the hotel zone was very convenient. PS DON’T RUN ON THE BRIDGE

      Capilano Suspension Bridge Paradise!
The Capilano Suspension Bridge offers breathtaking views. The owls experience was amazing, and there was so much to see. Crossing the suspension bridge was an incredible adventure, but the cliff walk was even more challenging. I’m glad we did it!

Third visit and we'll be back!
This was my third visit over the years to the park with my now-teen son. Each time, we arrive about 20 mins before the park opens and head straight to the suspension bridge to get some pics before others arrive. It is a beautiful location for a walk and some fresh air. Lovely trails, nice food options (my son got a kick out of the 'otter balls'), prices in the shop seemed high but some great items (we picked up a banana snail plush!) My favourite spot though, is where kids can compare their own 'wing' span with a falcon/raven etc. I've taken pics of my son in this spot when he was four, six and now fourteen - there is no better souvenir! Tickets are a bit pricey but well worth it!

      Magical Magnificent
WOW what an awesome experience. Beautifully maintained paths and a suspension bridge linking both sides of the gorge, plus the rock face walk. The tree top experience was closed for maintenance when we visited, it was a disappointment but it did not distract from our enjoyment. The company also gave a discount for this, which we thought was a nice gesture. The sun was out as was the numerous guides offering useful information about the history of both the bridge and the local “first nations” it was interesting to see how both the bridge, the land it occupies and these people were all a major part in the development of this area. A nice addition also is the free bus that runs from downtown Vancouver to the main entrance. We spent about 4 hours here and thought it was a very relaxing place. The highlight of the rock wall walk is the 180 degree suspension platform that gives fantastic views to the bottom of the gorge. My wife doesn’t like heights, but she felt safe walking around it, as it is a very stable structure. We had time for a look around the sizeable gift shop and enjoyed a hot chocolate and cakes before heading back to Vancouver. Highly recommended half day tour, as it complemented our Vancouver experience.

      Fantastic place, perfect for relaxing
The scenery is great. There are Indian totem poles not far from the entrance. After crossing the suspension bridge, we arrive at a very dreamy place.

Great day out at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
The whole park area is very scenic and picturesque. Loved the lights strung around. The bridge itself was incredible and we were amazed by the cliff walk. Great day out in the beautiful forest and fresh air. We caught their free shuttle from Canada Place and both drivers were great.

Great views but a short visit
Visited early on a Sunday morning, quiet and a nice walk. Took the free shuttle bus from Vancouver which was easy and on time. We only spent just over an hour here and walked all of the routes so not a big site to walk around.

      Great day out.
This is a beautiful park that is wonderfully managed. We enjoyed the wobbly suspension bridge, cliff top tour and trails. The otter balls might have been the best part! Friendly staff and good facilities

      Enjoyable few hours
Great nature walk. Suspension bridge is a good experience. Don't miss Cliffwalk. Part of the park was under repair. Take a free shuttle from the city.

      Overpriced but worth doing once
This is undoubtedly overpriced for a walk in the woods, but I am glad that I went. It wasn’t crowded at ~4pm on a Monday in March. The bridge wasn’t so excited but the temperate rainforest is a unique and beautiful environment that is not familiar to most parts of the world. Being in the forest and the totem poles were my favorite parts.

Capilano suspension Bridge Park....Beautiful views and fabulous attractions..
I travelled to Vancouver on 3rd December and made it to the Capilano suspension bridge park as part of the day tour. It was a splendid experience... The bridge, tree top hopping, cliff walk...the views were awesome from the top... The park itself was lit in various these waiting to welcome Christmas.. overall, I would say a must to do activity while in Vancouver....

      Cross the bridge.
We went at night to see the lights, I went on the bridge and felt dizzy. 😵 ( plus the fear of heights) most of the attractions were on the other side of the bridge so, we didn’t see anything spectacular 🥲 I guess don’t go if you’re scared of heights. My kid and I just wandered through the shops and had hot chocolate at the cafe which we both enjoyed..

      Worth a visit
Interesting experience, walking across this, it is, I believe, the longest pedestrian bridge of its type in the world and also the highest. Very friendly staff as always, from my experience in Canada. Great views of the river, both from the suspension bridge and the adjacent cliff walk. Well worth a visit if you're in or around Vancouver.

      Beautiful
Great experience! The bridge was fun with pretty views. Nice walking paths, with lights strung all over. Cliffwalk was also another activity for more views.

When the staff at your hotel, people you meet at the bar, or cabbie you might as well go then right! Glad we did! I thought it was gonna be some normal bridge in the woods and very scenic. It was a little more than that. Even though we went during the day time (no lines anywhere) the lights were bright enough to see everywhere. On the trees, above the water, and just everywhere. The bridge was the biggest surprise. I thought it would of been anchored to the ground. Nope, it sways. But does it sway more with more folks waking on it, hmm? We really enjoyed ourselves here and would def come back again at night. Def recommend the shuttle from downtown so you don't have to deal with parking and the lions bridge traffic. Oh and dress appropriately!

It was my second time visiting the park (first time about 6 years ago on summer with friends) this time was with my family (between 10 and 65 yrs old) we all loved it! despite the fact it was raining heavily, buy hey... you are in Raincouver! Too bad we couldn't make it while there was still some daylight because it was too dark we couldn't really appreciate all the nature but the Xmas lights make the entire park look so beautiful.
They also have a free shuttle service from some places in downtown to North Vancouver, which is great because it will make you save some money and time.

If you have the chance to visit it in this time of the year, you should definitely go... you wont regret it!

Make sure you visit during Christmas so you can experience the lights. Done so well!

The insta-pic people are annoying and really slow down the experience and in some cases ruin it. The tree top bridges can get clogged with the insta-pic people and really ruin it. Wish there was some one up there with a plunger pushing them through.

Beautiful with the all of the Christmas lights. Can have massive lines with long waits for attractions. Local streets can't handle the traffic so long tailbacks compounded by Bridge staff regularly walking out into the street to stop traffic. Local residents must be pulling their hair out, I was.

Even the rain couldn’t dampen our spirits with all the festive holiday lights at Capilano Suspension Park! The suspension bridge over the Capilano River was a lot shakier than I expected. The multiple, smaller suspension bridges in the tree adventure were fun and a great place to snap photos. We also enjoyed the archway and tunnel lights that changed colors when you stomped your feet or clapped your hands. The Cliffside Walk offered great views and wasn’t too scary. We spent less time than we expected, but Zi think that was more due to the cold, rainy weather.

While the Winter Wonderland was beautiful and we had an excellent meal at the Cliff House, had to give a low rating for safety. Several adults (along with their kids) were deliberately rocking and jumping on the suspension bridge and treetop adventure (not just a little, I mean A LOT). It was downright unsafe and we'll never go again.

The park is really a very good option to spend some hour in the nature. During the winter the lights made the adventure more enjoiable.

For anyone scared of heights like me it was a big thing to go over the suspension bridge and yes it does sway from side to side and I was terrified and after so time I finally went across and I am so glad I did it was just a magical exploring the other side and the many paths.

Would highly recommend a visit during December/January months when the Christmas Lights are on.

We don't celebreate christmas, so totally appreciate that the display was incredibly beautiful but not overly "christmas-y". The free bus was a pain - lots of waiting around and then the bus doing circles picking people up from different parts of town. Hopefully they will get this figured out soon. It was tough on the suspension bridge - very busy and people just stop and block the way while they take selfies. I don't like heights to getting stuck in the middle of the bridge was rough, but most people don't seem to mind too much. But the actual lights and nature were fantastic.

In a unique outdoor forest and bridge setting, the light displays get better every year. Pricey if you're only going once, but residents get a free year-long pass with their admission (just ask)
