- EKC198300A great tour with Simon! We had a great time doing the Hop On Hop Off tour with Simon! He was exceptional-- we learned so much from him and he was very helpful. We hope to do this again sometime. I would highly recommend this as a great way to start to see what Vancouver has to offer.
- benhC6504SS00Great dayAn amazing day out with a brilliant guide. Peter was very knowledgeable and entertained us throughout the day.
- T8064ZTtinag00Not worth itGot the Hop on Hop Off + Capilano tour but was only able to use the Capilano ticket. Wasted so much time waiting for the Hop on Hop Off bus as the live map wasn't too reliable. At one instance we directly asked the driver what time it would return but we waited 30 minutes together with 2 other groups who all eventually left. So in effect we wasted 120CAD as we never got to use the hop on hop off bus plus spent more on Uber. The information booth on Canada place is closed for the whole month of November so there was no one to talk to, everything is just transacted online and I have not received a reply from the complaint I sent.
- Z5285VJ_00Awful experience.Awful experience. A bus that is actually a school bus from the 1950’s! Noisy, you weren’t sure it would last long. The company has an app to track the buses that are coming. Rarely worked properly. We took ours outside Pinnacle Hotel downtown, was told to rush because it is coming and it came 40 minutes later! We hopped off at Stanley Park and when we decided to hop on again there was no bus nowhere. We waited for 30 minutes along with a family that was already waiting there for 50 minutes! In the cold weather! We finally took a local bus at the park which drove us downtown Vancouver. We have used hop on hop off buses before in London, Dublin and New York and the buses were beautiful, on time and the next bus was always just a few minutes away. Do yourself a favour and avoid it.
- Treker65000Great Location and ExperienceI am afraid of heights but was able to enjoy myself here. I was very hesitant to visit because of my fears but I felt safe, though a little nervous when people would rock the bridge sideways. After my experience here I felt as though I had chipped away a bit at my fear. It was beautiful, especially enjoyed the tree top suspended pathway and the cliff walk.
- kayrD530SR00Sea to sky with outstanding viewsA surprisingly long ride with spectacular views. We did the walk across the Sky bridge and completed 2 walks. The spirit and the Panorama walk. Both well sign posted and easy walking.
- Z1886BKbrettw00Hop on hop offThe bus was realy well timed and our driver Simon was excellent he was very personable and friendly and also very knowledgeable bus was always on time which made everything easy
- Mmoo7300A must do for quick trips through VancouverFabulous Day Trip from Vancouver. I had a very late flight and the day to kill so took the 10 hour tour. Fantastic stops and lots to see. Peter was an amazing and knowledgeable guide and the scenery so beautiful that every picture was a postcard. Can get super cold so make sure you pack the layers! Would definitely recommend.
- srX8390ZY00Hop On Hop OffThe first hop on hop off bus we caught at the Vancouver Public Library was with Tom as our guide and Tony as our driver. They were both exceptional. Tom's commentary was by far the best that we had all day and we hopped on and off several times.
- jenniferbP6638SS00Average tour if VancouverThe bus took a long time to arrive. We waited 40 minutes at the stop for the next bus. The first older bus driver was informative and helpful. The second you get bus driver just played a digital tour over the phone. Due to the Remembrance Day activities, two stops were not included in the tour.
- J7925WKlorit00A Great Guided TourAbsolutely loved the tour with Mary as our guide! It was our first trip to Vancouver, and the guided tour was both informative and fun.
- Martin-nitraM00Safe, fun and convenient on a rainy dayMany thanks to our driver DAN for taking us safely criss cross through Vancouver, and entertaining us with interesting anecdotes and facts along the route.
- ellcanesk00experience"The Butchart Gardens is a 119-year-old internationally-renowned 55-acre display garden located in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia. Created by Jennie Butchart, and still privately owned and operated by the family, The Gardens was designated a National Historic Site of Canada, in 2004 for its one hundredth birthday .These gardens are a must-visit! They are absolutely stunning in layout, variety, plant species and colour! There is a map with arrows indicating a suggested route, as well as a best route to avoid stairs. If time does not allow you to view all of the garden areas, make sure to see the Sunken Garden! Plants are unlabelled to keep the feel of a private garden, however, a detailed "Flower and Plant Guide" is provided, should you wish to identify popular flowers and plants. Wear walking shoes as the gardens are extensive, especially if you want to see them all, right across to Butchart Cove. There are a number of amenities available - toilets, coffee shop, Gelateria, Restaurants, visitor centre and gift store.
- tecaporto00Nice experience !!The drivers was fantastic , specially Dan!! Good city view and the app shows where the bus was!! Nice experience. Recommend it!!
- christinepY4588SO00Convenient way to see VancouverGood way to get an overview of the city. Since it rains a lot here it helps that the bus has a roof for rainy days.

This was a disappointing tour that one could consider a glorified taxi ride to the Capiano Suspension Bridge. While the guide was very nice and super accomodating to us, it didn't make up for the feeling we bought and paid for nothing of much substance. Once we got going from Canada Place, we went directly to the Capilano bridge and spent 2 hours there. After that we were told that, while Granville Island etc was on our tour we would just be driving through since "most things were closing" ... apparently because it was a Monday? We weren't sure. Being at the back of a frigid tour bus only looking at stuff through the windows wasn't exactly what we anticipated. We ended up bailing on the tour in the city, something another family did along with us.
If you're interested in seeing the Capilano Bridge, I'd personally suggest taking an Uber or taxi unless you can be certain the trip itinerary will be fulfilled.

Thank you for your feedback about your tour. It is unfortunate that you did not have a good experience. There is a lot of Vancouver that is still not open to accept visitors which is indeed disappointing. Granville Island is certainly open for visitors but certain locations are temporarily closed or close at different times. Our time spent at Capilano Suspension Bridge is normally around 2 hours to allow visitors to experience as much of the rain forest as possible.
We will address the bus air conditioning feedback with the team. We want to be more cognizant of the weather conditions to ensure our guests are comfortable.
I urge you to contact out office directly if you have any questions or comments at 1-877-451-1777.

Pick-up driver almost left us out. Had we not approched him. The bus driver's dislike towatrds coloured passengers was being obvious though hew was trying his best to hide it. At the end of the tour the pick-up driver rudely advised us to go walking to our hotel telling it is walkable though we were new to city. Our second tour of victoria and buchhaart garden the pick-up driver never responded to our bus driver's repeated call. Ultimately the bus driver dropped us to our hotel. I will not call this a professional service. I

We were meant to be met in our lobby at 11.30 but no one showed up so we went outside and eventually I found the lady who seemed out of her depth. She crossed my name off and said wait here… After 20 minutes I finally spotted her again across the road (she seemed flustered looking for people) finally she walked us to the bus.
Our guide Graham was jolly and pointed out a few places of interest on way to the bridge.
We got there at 1 and had until 3 to enjoy the area.
Walking across the wobbly bridge snd high forest walk ways was fun. We also listened to talks from two bird handlers with an owl and a hawk.
We had to wait 10 minutes for 2 ladies who cane back onto the bus with shopping bags from the gift shop, thanks for keeping 50 people waiting…
Next stop Granville island where we were given an hour. We strolled through the food market and had a mooch in some of the artisan shops. It’s a nice buzzy area.
We got back to the bus and asked Graham what the drill was now and he said bus back and then shuttle buses to hotels…. Needless to say we just ordered an Uber instead..
If we had realised it was going to be a big coach and basically those two stops we would’ve independently visited both sites.
Both are worth visiting but just do it yourself..

No tour guide on the bus which drops us off no explanation at the suspended walkway where they say sorry you have to wait 45 minutes for your group time or pay $50 each to do the walk. We took an Uber and left and as far as we know no one ever notixed we had left the group.
No explanations no tour guide as promised. Waste of time and money

This is a good way to see some of the highlights of Vancouver by Greyline coaches. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to a central point were we joined our 6 hour tour on a comfortable coach with an excellent guide. This primarily provides
- a short tour of Vancouver without any stops but with interesting commentary
- the Capilano Suspension bridge with admission included and where you have about 2 hour free time which is plenty.
- a stop at Granville Island for about 45 mins.
We were dropped off at our hotel at the end.
I found it a bit expense at c£100 Sterling equivalent each but it was the best way to see the suspension bridge and Granville Island.

Many thanks to Westcoast sightseeing and our guide Mark for a fabulous tour of Vancouver yesterday. We saw so much in 5 hours and as it was raining this was a great way to see and do things. The highlights were the Granville Island markets and the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Mark provided an informative commentary with some very corny jokes!! Thanks Mark!

The organisation of the tour was excellent. We were picked up from our hotel on time and taken to join the large bus and our guide Derek. Derek is a local and so was able to give a personal view point to the areas we visited. Often funny but always insightful it made for a very interesting commentary. I also appreciated Derek utilising our time effectively- we made good time due to lighter traffic, so rather than wait at the Capilano car park for our allotted time, we visited the gorge and fisheries further upstream.
The Capilano bridge and tree top tour were excellent.
I found this tour to be a great way to get orientated for the rest of our trip to Vancouver

We really enjoyed this bus tour! The tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging. He took us all around Vancouver, explaining literally every nuance of the city and answered questions from the group. Lots of stop offs to shop. The Capilano Bridge and Grouse Mountain were especially enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Great driver/guide. Keen to please / deliver and help out my elderly mother but didn’t get that much actual touring for $288 for 2. Three hrs of the 5 hr trip is spent at 2 stops so felt the service was great but the value for money not so Such a pity they won’t allow even modern fold up electric scooters on board as that would have transformed my mothers experience. I appreciate they would need this to be pre booked but there is plenty of space on board for 1 or 2
