Oh my, where to begin. I’ve taken hop on/hop off bus tours all over the world and this one was the worst! Late buses which leave you waiting at bus stops longer than necessary, absolutely terrible sound system which sounds like mumbling information about the sights you are seeing, unclean and old buses. Vancouver is a city that you can walk nearly everywhere. I would avoid this tour at all costs. If you want or need to see different parts of the city, just walk, bike, or take an Uber. Better yet, hire a personal tour guide as you’ll get a better bang for your buck!

This tour was fantastic & was a complete day 845a to 930p the driver "Jack" was very nice & exceptional knowledge of the Vancouver & Vancouver Island, he made the whole bus comfortable & was very patient , which made the day go fast & never a dull moment , he shared his knowledge of both cities from school & landmarks housing to shopping as well as current & pass movie stars the love & grew up with Vancouver Always in their hearts to come back, Thank you Jack The Butchart Gardens was spectacular & with many surprises around very corner from sunken garden to Japanese gardens was the first day of October & still brite and cheerful experience Victoria with Empress hotel & Parliament building were breathe taking to see history & glamorous feature surrounded with exquisite foliage the seeing & hearing about the town & growth from Jack was delightful Totally will visit again & stay the night in Victoria thank Ruben Ortiz & Raymond Ritters

What a great way to see the main areas of the city, the HOHO bus was perfect for our last day in Vancouver. The driver commentary was excellent and we were fortunate to get a double decker twice on the trip so we had a higher level view of the architecture and scenery. We hoped off at Canada Place and Stanley Park for coffee and manged to get the first bus that arrived. As it was the Sunday of a holiday weekend we thought it might be busy but it was ok for us.

Beautiful gardens and flowers were amazing. Only wish rose garden was blooming. It had just been cut back for the winter. Huge trees. It was a little misty when we went so smell of flowers was probably minimized.

A ride up Grouse Mountain via the Gondola where there are many compliment activities to do before coming back down and going through the Capilano Suspension Bridge park. The rides up and down were so cramped I could barely move, let alone take pictures (though we did go on a Holiday). But the many things to do up the mountain like the lumberjack show and seeing the grizzle bears was worth it, as long as you kept the time in mind - there were ski lifts to go up even higher to the peak of the mountain, but they're quite slow and can take 15 minutes each way. Capilano Suspension Bridge Park was more of a theme park than a nature reserve with how well maintained the paths were and how decorated it was - I went right as Halloween season started and there were skeletons and pumpkins everywhere! No shortage of things to do with high canopy walks and live birds at the Raptor Retreat. Last stop was an exciting surprise at a Salmonid Hatchery. Learning about how weird salmon are and seeing them go up the fish ladders was exciting. Our guide Jack had been super knowledgeable and helpful, even leading some of our groups around personally on the self-guided portions.

This has been a fantastic day out and a good peek at Victoria. You are shuttled from your hotel to a coach that then takes you onto a ferry over to Victoria, then back again in the evening. Due to the distance and time needed to travel between Vancouver and Victoria, this did not leave much time for exploring; we had just under two hours at both The Butchart Gardens and Downtown Victoria. This was enough time to barely see everything in the Butchart Gardens (without the Gift Shop) and enough for a single stop in Victoria - I went and saw the Miniature World museum which took up 90 minutes. Our tour guide Bobby was lovely and our shuttle busses between our hotels were very helpful. It made me want to come back and explore more of Vancouver Island!

What a great experience! A short distance from Vancouver but a world away!!! The views are like nothing I've ever seen. The gondola ride was fun and I felt quite safe the whole time. Whistler Village is a bustling but serene place. Our guide Alex took this special trip up several notches with his knowledge, wisdom, wit, charm and spot-on suggestions! I'd take any tour that Alex is heading up!! Thank you for this outstanding experience!!!

I was traveling with my mom and we were at the port , trying to figure out where to go . We found Emma , and she gave us multiple tour options and told us what to do with our luggage. She was very patient with us !

Really unfortunate, they simply do not have their act together to meet the demand. We waited in line for 1 1/2 hour to board our first bus! What a way to start your day exploring Vancouver!! We didn't dare to get off, for certain the following buses were so over-booked we'd never get back on. Folks along the route said...'This is the 3rd bus that's left us here'. Great guide, so very entertaining, but she's with the wrong service! Sorry I can't recommend this tour of Vancouver.

David was great! Everything went as planned. The gardens were extraordinary and Victoria was made interesting by David’s knowledge.

From the pick up at our hotel to the seamless transfer to the tour bus, this was a good experience. The first driver told us about buildings nearby and how the city is changing in the 15 minutes we spent with him, very engaging and energetic. Once we boarded the tour bus, we were greeted by the driver,/guide Anthony who showed us how much he cares about the city. He has an excellent narrative style, informing about the history and also current state of many key areas: Chinatown and Gastown, the port of Vancouver, Stanley Park and Granville Island. An excellent host.

I was a bit disappointed in the Grouse Mountain part of this tour. We started the tour early in the day. It was pretty foggy that morning, so the visibility going up was poor. I did like the two shows that we saw once we were at the top, the birds of prey and the lumberjack shows. I loved the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. I could have spent much more time there. If I had known about this part, I would have arranged to get there and go on our own. But of course, that is why we chose the tour, because we were unfamiliar with both. Jason, our tour guide was fun.

Owen Louie was our tour guide and Nasir our driver. They made a great team. We took the buss a couple times on the same day and I’m so glad we did the full tour with Owen. He gave personal tips on places to go and also told so much about the history as well. Great communicator and fantastic attitude. Thanks for making our tour interesting and not just a bus ride.

This was a fantastic day out visiting Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and the Capilano Salmon Hatchery. Our driver/guide for the day was Jack and he was a very informed host telling us some amazing facts about the local area, he was a joy to spend the day with, I would highly recommend this trip if you are in the area, on the way home Jack even dropped you off at some popular city spots if you didn't want dropped off at your hotel, an absolute 1st class tour host and absolute gentleman, thanks again Jack.

First thing to point out is the timings on trip advisor aren’t correct, you get longer at Grouse Mountain than stated (you can go on the tour operators website to see full timings). The tour was well managed and it was a great day out however you can get free buses from Vancouver to both Grouse Mountain and Capilano Bridge park, they departed from Canada Place which was the same place the tour started. It would be good to get the free bus as then you can spend as much time as you want at each stop. Grouse Mountain is great! We had a lovely time walking around and exploring, if we went back we’d book the zip lines as they looked great (you would have enough time to do them even on the tour). Capilano Suspension Bridge park is again a nice attraction however we only had 1.5 hours here and it felt very rushed. Our tour guide was Kevin and he was great.
