All was going well until the second time we got off. We knew exactly when the bus would depart so we timed our activities accordingly. Upon returning to the bus, we were waiting for a green light with the bus across the street when it departed 2 minutes BEFORE the scheduled departure time. We couldn't run across the busy street on a red light. Why would it leave EARLY??? We took a cab to try to catch up with ithe bus but never did. We ended up walking quite a distance to get where we wanted to be. It was very disappointing.

We had a great time doing the Hop On Hop Off tour with Simon! He was exceptional-- we learned so much from him and he was very helpful. We hope to do this again sometime. I would highly recommend this as a great way to start to see what Vancouver has to offer.

Got the Hop on Hop Off + Capilano tour but was only able to use the Capilano ticket. Wasted so much time waiting for the Hop on Hop Off bus as the live map wasn't too reliable. At one instance we directly asked the driver what time it would return but we waited 30 minutes together with 2 other groups who all eventually left. So in effect we wasted 120CAD as we never got to use the hop on hop off bus plus spent more on Uber. The information booth on Canada place is closed for the whole month of November so there was no one to talk to, everything is just transacted online and I have not received a reply from the complaint I sent.

Awful experience. A bus that is actually a school bus from the 1950’s! Noisy, you weren’t sure it would last long. The company has an app to track the buses that are coming. Rarely worked properly. We took ours outside Pinnacle Hotel downtown, was told to rush because it is coming and it came 40 minutes later! We hopped off at Stanley Park and when we decided to hop on again there was no bus nowhere. We waited for 30 minutes along with a family that was already waiting there for 50 minutes! In the cold weather! We finally took a local bus at the park which drove us downtown Vancouver. We have used hop on hop off buses before in London, Dublin and New York and the buses were beautiful, on time and the next bus was always just a few minutes away. Do yourself a favour and avoid it.

I am afraid of heights but was able to enjoy myself here. I was very hesitant to visit because of my fears but I felt safe, though a little nervous when people would rock the bridge sideways. After my experience here I felt as though I had chipped away a bit at my fear. It was beautiful, especially enjoyed the tree top suspended pathway and the cliff walk.

The bus was realy well timed and our driver Simon was excellent he was very personable and friendly and also very knowledgeable bus was always on time which made everything easy

The first hop on hop off bus we caught at the Vancouver Public Library was with Tom as our guide and Tony as our driver. They were both exceptional. Tom's commentary was by far the best that we had all day and we hopped on and off several times.

The bus took a long time to arrive. We waited 40 minutes at the stop for the next bus. The first older bus driver was informative and helpful. The second you get bus driver just played a digital tour over the phone. Due to the Remembrance Day activities, two stops were not included in the tour.

Absolutely loved the tour with Mary as our guide! It was our first trip to Vancouver, and the guided tour was both informative and fun.

"The Butchart Gardens is a 119-year-old internationally-renowned 55-acre display garden located in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia. Created by Jennie Butchart, and still privately owned and operated by the family, The Gardens was designated a National Historic Site of Canada, in 2004 for its one hundredth birthday .These gardens are a must-visit! They are absolutely stunning in layout, variety, plant species and colour! There is a map with arrows indicating a suggested route, as well as a best route to avoid stairs. If time does not allow you to view all of the garden areas, make sure to see the Sunken Garden! Plants are unlabelled to keep the feel of a private garden, however, a detailed "Flower and Plant Guide" is provided, should you wish to identify popular flowers and plants. Wear walking shoes as the gardens are extensive, especially if you want to see them all, right across to Butchart Cove. There are a number of amenities available - toilets, coffee shop, Gelateria, Restaurants, visitor centre and gift store.

The drivers was fantastic , specially Dan!! Good city view and the app shows where the bus was!! Nice experience. Recommend it!!

Good way to get an overview of the city. Since it rains a lot here it helps that the bus has a roof for rainy days.

I had heard wonderful things about the City of Vancouver BC…and all that was made better by the wonderful tour guided by the lovely Lynn. So much info was shared by Lynn that we made absolutely sure that we hopped back on her bus heading home!!! Thanks Lynn!!!

Everything was great! The only failure that I´ve found is that strollers are not allowed and it´s very complicated with two babies around! We were notified about it previously, but It´s still hard to carry two babies when you have back problems.
