- Muctpw00OutstandingHad outstanding Vancouver to Whistler tour. Charles actually arrived early, and got us back by 6.10pm(told us 6pm). Vehicle clean had water on board and charles was a treasure trove of knowledge. He was also very courteous. He stopped to take picture for a group of tourists, and allowed other cars to pull in spots ahead of him.
- Ayayitstiffany00Best Tour Company in Vancouver!!On my recent visit to Vancouver I decided to take a tour to Whistler with this fantastic tour company! Steve was my tour guide he was truly the best! Steve was very knowledgeable, kind hearted, and so much fun! Steve have everyone in the group many opportunities to stop for photos and all of the places we visited were just gorgeous! The tour gets everything in that you would want to see in Whistler! If you want to go to Whistler while in Vancouver book with this tour company I can assure you will not be disappointed!
- rotherjoann00Lost in Vancouver Not So PrivateOur departure time was set for 8:30 am and thankfully our agent called to confirm the night before because they told us 7:30 am. We were greeted at hotel at 7:30, van was sufficient for 4 guest. Driver was upbeat and friendly. Driver explained the young man in the passenger seat had just gotten in from Toronto but was also a guest (on our private tour). The man helped with GPS, slept (head bobbing and all), and typed messages on phone and passed it back and forth with driver. This young man became a focus of our driver as we could not find him when we got off the ferry. We were told he fell asleep on the ferry. Driver had to go back and get him. Trust the GPS? We were picked up at 7:30 am. Spent 1 hr eating at a restaurant the driver took us to (we wanted to walk around and choose). The food was ok and the tea tasted like shrimp!🤮. After that, we got to spend 20 minutes taking pics in front of buildings. In the meantime, our driver is trying to find our extra guest that was going to take a cab from the ferry. No show and we told the driver we didn’t pay over $1500 to worry about him. He took us to the gardens and we had two hours before they closed. The driver went to get the guy while we were at the gardens. 1 1/2 hours. 1 hour eating. 30 minutes pics. 11/2 hours at gardens. Ferry rides are 45 minutes each way. We almost missed the ferry. 4 hrs and 30 minutes. I will give him 5 hours. So what were we doing from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm? Driving! We were lost! We crossed a bridge 3 times, went thru the tunnel just as many, and we had no idea where we were! At one point my husband asked the driver if he was taking us to one of the warehouses to murder us! Our agent called at this point. We tried to be forgiving, laugh and give the guy another chance but at one point, had to say “this isn’t funny anymore”. On the way back, I put our hotel in my phone and it said we were 30 minutes away and to take 99. His phone GPS said 59 minutes away. Our trip would have lasted even longer if we didn’t tell him! We were not getting a tour, we were lost! The driver told us it was only his second time to Victoria, but took us to his favorite restaurant there, and knew where to tell the lost guy where to meet. Someone paid for the extra guy. Was it us? The tour was supposed to be private. We could have taken a cab for what we got. This was a total waste of money and time. This is the extra guest sleeping.
- Bryan M00Up higher than the treesVery good viewing from the bridge with a cable car ride to the top On of the things everyone should do Even wheel chair friendly
- andrewcarpenter201900Great Tour, Fun Guide! My family and I were planning a little getaway for the weekend, something short but exciting. I was thinking of heading to Whistler for a quick trip and to spend some time in Vancouver. Went online and found several options with similar pricing but this company appears to offer more stops than others. Might as well just get the bang for the buck and go with Vantage. My guide, Jenny, picked us up on time with a smile. She’s very approachable, friendly, and most of all, a person with a great sense of humour. In addition, Jenny also brought on a lot of information from Vancouver to Whistler that I would not know otherwise. At the end of day, wife, kids, and I enjoyed the trip very much. Kids learned some history of B.C.; Wife and I enjoyed the beautiful scenic routes and Whistler. Money well spent!
- Elsa P00JACKMAN IS THE BEST !!I had an amazing time at Whistler!! Jackman was my guide, he has a great conversation and he gave me very interesting information and suggestions about Whistler, Vancouver and Canada in general. Can´t wait to go back !!
- jerry c00weekend get awayWe took the Sly to pike drive up to Whistler. The drive was breath taking. Along the way we stopped to see Shannon falls. There were maple leafs all over the ground some of them were three times the size of my hand. Well worth the trip takes about a hour but you get to see some beautiful country.
- Manjit S00FantasticBooked a trip to Whistler with Epic tours which travelled from Downtown Vancouver and tool 2 hours, good and cheap way to travel. Fantastic day with wonderful views of the mountains, you must do the cable car to the top and peak to peak, views are stunning, wera very good walking shoes
- lorilytlecoleman00It's August and we found SNOW!!Left Vancouver early in the morning and traveled to Whistler. Two stops on the way up to see the bay and the waterfall. Our guide gave us so much info. Once in Whistler we took the gondola straight to the top. WOW there was snow still. What a view from 6000k+ feet. Spent the day up there riding the peak to peak. Then down to the shop and a beer. Great trip!
- janiedee201400Peak to peak is an absolute must, fantastic viewsLove whistler in the winter but went for the first time this summer. We went up in the cable car to the peak to peak section and then walked to another chair lift to the very top which was amazing. Chair lift is very high and a bit scary but absolutely worth it. Breathtaking views at the top. It is a hilly and fairly long walk to the chair lift but so glad we did. They do offer hiking sticks if you need them. You don't actually have to do this chair lift part when you do peak to peak but I would highly recommend you do if you can. We then came back down the chair lift to do the peak to peak ( it's slightly down from the very top ). The peak to peak cable car is also fantastic the views are amazing and we even saw a bear below. This is definitely a must when you visit Canada.
- Sonam M00beautiful viewsthis place is just beautiful! was taken here whilst on our trip to vancouver, and ive not seen any views like this before! there was so much to do and see, wish i stayed longer!
- nsr1700Very beautiful sceneryThis is a very beautiful place . As I rode on the tour bus , I admired the beautiful mountains and vegetation. The whistler village was very attractive with lots of outdoor cafes, bars, restaurants and souvenir shops.
- GMB5400A great way to get from Vancouver to Whistler! On a recent trip to Vancouver, we decided to take a day trip to Whistler. Vantage Tours was our choice, due to convenience, price, and reviews. We’re very happy that we chose this tour, as our trip was awesome! I would highly recommend this tour as a way to take a day trip to Whistler from Vancouver. We booked this tour five months in advance, as we were travelling on Thanksgiving Day in October, and we wanted to make sure we had a plan. My dealings with Krista in the office were wonderful…great customer service, as she was prompt in replying to emails, and she was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Joe was our driver, and we were picked up at our hotel in downtown Vancouver at 8:15 AM. This was on Thanksgiving Monday, and we appreciated the fact that Joe gave up his Thanksgiving Day to drive the two of us to and from Whistler. We really lucked out, as we were the only two people in the van…another van was already filled, and we were the “leftovers” for this second van. We actually had a private tour with Joe! Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and a true professional. On the way to Whistler, we drove through Stanley Park, over Lion’s Gate Bridge, and along the Sea-to-Sky corridor. Stops at an overlook for Vancouver, at Cleveland Dam, and at Shannon Falls gave us lots of opportunities for photos. Joe gave an informative commentary all along the way. I was able to get photos of Black Tusk, Three Sisters, and Mount Garibaldi as we drove along the roadway. Joe was able to accommodate our pick-up time in Whistler, as we had arranged to take a 4x4 Jeep trip while in Whistler. Again, we appreciated the fact that Joe was so flexible on a holiday. Our driver/guide, Joe, made this trip very special. He is very well-read, and he was a great conversationalist. We learned a great deal about living in BC. Thanks so much, Joe, for a great day!!
- Carmenp00Excellent day trip to WhistlerWas picked up by Christina for a day trip to Whistler. What a credit to the company, a very personable ,friendly young lady who's very knowledgeable about every area we visited. I had time to myself in Whistler and hiked around the lake as well as did a little shopping and had lunch. From booking the trip to the end , everything was done really well, and I would recommend people take the trip for great views and photo opportunities, as well as great guides. Thanks again, Christina.
- Carly4300Breathtaking views of WHISTLERI drove from Vancouver to Whistler (Olympic Village)A truly amazing drive especially on way back down, miles of fabulous scenery with lots of scenic photo spots to stop at.The village itself is magical and everything from cable cars and skiing to lovely shops ,pubs and food ,I had an unforgettable time.Look out for Victoria falls stop on way up worth stopping off for.Can also stay there in one of beautiful hotels.

I did this tour myself last year. This time my sister went alone and felt so comfortable with the group and guide. Must do the lift in Whistler. Saw bobsledding. Guide Jennifer said to look for the Beckhams who were skiing there. Also, Very informative and many stops along the way. Highly recommend than other tours for the vehicle, stops, and personal friendly guide.

Absolutely mind blowing experience visiting some of the best that Vancouver has to offer! The tour guide was a super friendly and inviting driver. Very knowledge and super lovely to chat with. Felt warm and welcomed from the get go with every need accommodated.
If you want to see some of the prime of Vancouver regardless of the weather, this is the trip you need to book. I only stopped by Vancouver for a handful of days and was so glad I booked this amazing experience.
Can’t recommend enough.

Charles provided an excellent tour of the beautiful landscape north of Vancouver. We had frequent stops for photos and short walks. I was expecting a good tour, but this tour exceeded my expectations. Each of the stops was well planned to provide the best experience. Thank you, Charles!

Lovely day from pick up to drop off. Charles was a fabulous driver, guide and an all-around lovely guy. We went to lots of places that we just wouldn't have made it to in the limited time we have here in Vancouver, had we not taken this tour. Whistler was lovely. We did the Peak to Peak Gondola with a suspension bridge. The drive was very comfortable in a lovely large car. We were the only two that day. If you get Charles as your driver, you are in for a great day, where nothing is too much trouble for this chap. Communication was good before pick-up. Well worth doing this tour, and would 100% use this company again.

Awesome tour! My husband and I were the only ones on the trip which made it extra special. Our guide/driver Steve was very I formative, helpful with recommendations of where to eat in Whistler, and just an all around great guy. The waterfalls were gorgeous and we had plenty of time in Whistler!

Charles was a fantastic and fun tour guide! We only had 6 on the tour but all of us were so thankful we had taken the tour. Whistler is gorgeous and to learn about the areas and have multiple stops to enjoy some of the other natural wonders in Vancouver was great. I would highly recommend!

Very happy with our day trip to Whistler. Our driver, Steve, was excellent. He was very informative not only about our tour but Canadian life in general. Because it was only my wife and I we could tailor our day how we wanted and with Steve’s suggestions saw more than we thought we would. We had a lot of laughs and great conversations. Thank you Steve.

Our driver was a young lady, sorry we forgot her name, who was very friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable. We stopped a couple of times, Porteau Cove and Shannon Falls, for rest break and photos. We didn’t stop in Stanley Park, even though it was advertised on the website. The peak to peak gondola was the highlight of the day. Rained a little but we managed to get a few good photos. Only had roughly 45 minutes to stroll around the village before we had to head back to Vancouver.

Hello, my husband and I will be disembarking a cruise ship in sept. We are unsure what time it will by the time we get off the boat. Would we be able contact someone If we are slightly pass the 8-830 pick up time? Are you able to hold our luggage in the van or do we need to store it someplace else and are you able to drop off at airport after tour is ended? Thank you

I and three others will be arriving by cruise ship and will have to disembark and go through customs. Is it possible to be picked up from the cruise terminal in time to make the tour that shows a start time of 8:30 am?

You go with a group, so it can be 1 person. They will pick you up from your hotel the morning of the tour. I don’t remember the exact amount of time we spent at Stanley Park, maybe 30 - 45 minutes. We figured if there was anything on the tour that we wanted to spend longer at, we would go back on our own.
