    Fantastic tour
We had the best time on this tour. It was only my mom and myself so we had a tour very personalized to us. My mom didn’t know most of the shows and movies filmed in the area, but she still had a great time. Our guide included not only information about TV shows and movies, but information about actors that he had had the opportunity to work with and facts about Vancouver itself. I’m a big fan of CW shows and so many of them are/were filmed if not entirely at least in part in the area. Having the opportunity to see “Star Labs” and places where many DC heroes “fought” battles was so exciting. We saw where Gimbles was filmed in the movie Elf, The Tipton Hotel from Zac ans Cody, the viaduct that Deadpool sat on at the beginning of the first movie and many many other filming locations. I highly recommend taking this tour. 11/10, 5 stars and an A+. Totally worth the money and the sore legs from all the walking we did.

    Brings the show to life
We all loved the tour, Olga was a brilliant guide and brought scenes from the show to life really well, using video clips at each of the sites we visited, and shared plenty of interesting stories about the Vancouver locations. Highly recommend this for fans of the show.

    great tour for supernatural fans
this tour was fantastic. i guide was amazing. you could tell she really loved supernatural and had so many fun facts and trivia questions for us while we walked between locations. the spots were all so cool to see and it was great having the ipad with scenes so we could see how the locations were used in the show. it was also so amazing that they ran the tour for us on an off day because it was the only date we were in town. love it! a must for fans of the show.

Well worth the time! So cool to see
We had a fabulous time with Ryan on the Hollywood North tour. He was super informative, open to questions and knew a lot about a lot! The tour was tailored to us depending on our interests and what we like about the film and tv industry and we had a great time enjoying the locations and the clips demonstrating how they were used in different films and shows. The tour was interactive and we had good conversations with Ryan. Thanks so much! Will be back to do the superheroes one soon!

Absolute must do for Supernatural fans!
This tour was so much fun! Saw a bunch of supernatural filming locations and learnt interesting stuff about the filming process and the actors. I’m really glad Brandon was my tour guide, he was super engaging and knowledgeable about the show. Using the iPads to show off the relevant scenes from the show was also really neat. I had trouble placing some of the scenes until we watched them and it became so much clearer. It also sparked further conversation about the specific episodes, seasons and characters. I highly recommend this tour to any supernatural fan.

    Amazing!
It was really nice tour with Brandon and Alex. This being Brandon's first Supernatural tour, I must say he is off to a really good start and we wish him the very best. I work for Destination Vancouver where I help promote these kinds of tours. And I am a huge Supernatural fan. So it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of this tour which I had been waiting to go on. Thank you!

Experienced tour guide with great industry knowledge. Ryan also recommended a number of places to visit and eat!
Ryan was a fantastic tour guide. There were 5 on the tour and he adapted the tour according to the interests of the tour group. He has worked in the industry for a number of years and was very knowledgeable. Every so often (about 6 times over 3 hours), Ryan would show us film/tv clips made in the area we were standing!

Great walking tour for tv and movie fans
Really great tour of heaps of TV and Film shooting locations. Ryan was a terrific guide - he works in the industry so had lots of inside knowledge about actors and the ins and outs of making a show. I enjoyed the historical info he wove in as well as the restaurant tips. He was able to make the route accessible to one of the group who had a scooter, without any problem. We had started very slightly late as one of the attendees was late, but Ryan more than made up for it with extended commentary added on the end of the tour.

A Different Way to See the City
Had an absolute blast on this tour. As someone who watches way too much television, I knew I had seen a lot of Vancouver in the various shows I have watched over the years starting with The X-Files to most everything else. Our guide, an actor himself, was very amusing and knowledgeable.

Cecilia was a great guide. It was just our group with her. She was very nice and a good story teller. And she gave out candy for answering questions about what she had told us which was fun and also helps to remember the stories. We usually do just ghost tours in cities but we love movies so had to try this out. Mind blown by how much is filmed here. Highly recommend the tour.
Now what you really want to know-how much walking. She did a good job trying to get us stops with benches when she could. We did hit some stairs when we went into the Fairmont. Other than that it is a walking tour but we didn’t hit any huge hills or really any other stairs after that. We do walk around the art museum area and then over to gastown so distance in the description should be accurate but it is broken up by stops.

Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the tour with Cecilia—her storytelling and fun trivia games really add to the experience. It’s amazing how much is filmed here, isn’t it? Thanks for highlighting the walking details too—it’s great to hear the stops and benches helped. We hope to see you on another tour soon!

This is a great way to spend a few hours touring the city. You basically get three tours in one. The first tour is what the company is about Vancouver films, while we were on the tour we even saw a show being filmed. The next tour is a tour of Vancouver you get to see the various areas of the downtown core, and get to learn some of the history of the city. The last tour is the haunting tour which was my favourite part, the tour guide goes into all the creepy details about the various areas around Vancouver. Overall this tour was a great experience the tour guide was fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the city and films.

Our tour guide Ryan was charismatic, charming and informative. Not a single dull moment in sight. The tour was an immersive experience delving into the historical underbelly of Vancouver’s spooky past, all this while educating us on film locations around the city.

This was worth it!!

Ryan is a great tour guide, i have a blast with him and also Alex, the co-guide, who it was his first time doing the haunting tour, he was awesome as he was telling personal stories about ghosts. They kept you on the edge in every location you go.

I definitely recommend this tour!

Wow!

Ryan is amazing storyteller and also very funny guide. He make the whole tour unique and engaging. I wish it was more longer and to enter the actual buildings, but Ryan kept the tour really scary and spooky. Also, there‘s some activities that we do on Blood Alley that are nothing like the other ghost tours.

If you are a fan of scary, interesting and exciting stories, this tour is for you. I simply loved my experience. I was able to see Vancouver from a totally unique angle and what I liked most was the fact that in addition to the scary stories, we are also introduced to historical facts and beautiful journeys that surrounded the region. Ryan was a kind guide, extremely polite, with a wealth of knowledge and a willingness to help. I felt comfortable at all times. I loved it, I recommend it and I would love to do it again!

Ryan led a well organized tour. His knowledge about the history of film, crime and ghost stories of downtown Vancouver was incredible. He was friendly, personable and funny. My wife and I took this tour for our anniversary and the tour exceeded our expectations.

Verygy informative, really knows his stuff and super funny. Definitely recommend for a Halloween experience as well as a cool way to learn some fun places to check out later! This was a really fun tour! Not only did we get to check out some local filming locations but we visited and learned about some of downtown Vancouver’s haunted locations. Little did I know but there are lots of unsolved crimes, haunted locations, and famous ghosts in this city!

Our guide was awesome and entertaining. He showed us footage of film and TV shows that were filmed at the locations we visited. Then he would tell us about famous local ghosts and stories at those locations as well. He also had photos. footage and news articles about all the stories he told us. We even witnessed a live set of a movie that was being filmed in Gastown! To top it off, we were impressed to learn lots of non-scary facts about the city as well.

Overall - amazing experience BUT just be prepared to toss and turn when you go to bed that night… the ghost stories can get the best of ya.
