On the more challenging Eagle Tour, the zipline course is accessed via the Whistler Gondola, and culminates in a spectacular 2,400-foot (732-meter) zipline to Whistler Village. This activity is a little on the pricey side, but it’s a ton of fun and worth the money. Especially if you have kids who are old enough to go on it. We had 4 kids aged 10-14 on the tour and they absolutely loved it. If you’re a first timer this is also a great place to go. We did the Eagle Tour this year, we’ve done it before, but my nephew is older now so it’s a total different experience. Beautiful views, great weather, and a great group of other tourists made it a great experience.

Thanks to our great guides (Anders and Jen) for a great time! They were a lot of fun and we felt very safe with them. I’m not great with heights but everything felt 100% right the whole time.

I tried to go upside down but couldn’t do it. Maybe you just need to be a kid at heart to pull it off.

As first time zipliners we chose the Bear run. From start to finish it was an excellent experience and the team who guided us around were professional, helpful and encouraging. The whole set up was very reassuring and this no doubt helped with the apprehension we had prior to the start of the experience.
The Bear run was first class in terms of the zip lining and generally experiencing the Whistler environment. It was a great experience all round. I cannot recommend it highly enough particularly for those who may feel a little apprehensive. I have no hesitation in recommending Zipline Adventure.

We went on the Ziptech Eagle Tour on Thursday, Oct 6th, 2022. There are 5 zip lines. The first one is the longest and two people zip side by side on two separate lines. The other 4 are all single. It's fantastic! Very safe. The guides, Abbey and Cassaleigh were so nice and made sure each person was properly harnessed. The lines go back and forth between Whistler Mt. and Blackcomb Mt. We were driven to the top in a van and then had to walk on a trail to the platform. The platforms are somewhat far apart so there is a bit of a hike in-between the platforms. It'a all fairly flat and fairly easy. There are some steps involved, mainly the final platform that has 4 flights. During the walks in between the platforms the guides gave us some history and ecology information of the area. It's very interesting and impressive what the Whistler area is doing to keep the beautiful area sustainable. This tour might seem expensive but it's worth every penny. It's exhilarating! This wasn't our first time to zip but one of the best we've done anywhere. Just spectacular. They run the zips year-round. GO!

I would definitely give it 5 out 5!

We did the Eagle Tour and right from the start from checking in, to getting started everyone was amazing and friendly.

Our guides Abbey & Samuel were outstanding!

They willing to answer any questions you may have, yes even the silly ones.

They were very supportive and reassuring in the process, especially if you have any fears.
(I will admit I had a lot of fears & anxieties) but from the first line Abbey didn’t rush me and coached me through my fears & made me feel comfortable, Samuel was at the bottom to welcome me onto the platform with more encouragement, along with others in our tour group, thus making it easier to continue to the next line.

As you are walking from zip-line to zip-line they each give you a very informative understanding of the environment that surrounds you.

I would highly recommend you go check it out if you’re in Whistler.

We did the Eagle tour (family of 4 - 2 teenagers) and the experience was absolutely superb. The professionalism of the staff cannot be underestimated in making you feel safe, comfortable and confident before zipping and the information they provide about the rainforest on the journey you take through it. The tour itself was fantastic. We originally booked the Sasquatch, but changed the booking to the Eagle tour and was so pleased we did. The views are magnificent and to take in 5 ziplines rather than just the one was a more interesting experience in our opinion. Book it, you won't regret it!

Our family of 5 had an amazing time on the Eagle Tour with Ziptrek Ecotours. Our guides, Sarah and Eric, were so friendly and knowledgeable, we learnt a lot about the environment as well as having lots of fun!
We had a gondola ride up the mountain and did 5 ziplines back down - the first is the biggest, fastest and scariest, but also so much fun! By the end most of us were zipping upside down and we all had the best time!
Safety was clearly a top priority for the guides and each participant was thoroughly checked before each zipline. Our 8 year old daughter only just met the required weight for the tour, but they made sure she made it to the other side each time by giving her a "flaming cannon ball" with an extra push across to the other side.
Top tip - use bug spray before you go and if you have a zipped pocket bring a small camera.
We would dearly have loved some photos of our tour, but didn't think cameras were allowed. The guides are concentrating on safety and not able to take photos, but it would have made my 4 star review a 5 star review if photos had been part of the tour.

Would recommend this as a good way to spend a couple of hours site seeing from a different perspective in whistler.

I really enjoyed the eagle tour which is 5 zip lines of varying lengths through the mountains. It is not for those who are afraid of heights!

There is a bit of a wait between doing the zip lines as there were quite a few people on the tour but that is a usually passed by looking at the informative signs posted around the tour and generally looking at wild life! We saw two bears during the trip!

There was fantastic dedication to safety by each of our guides which is great considering we were launching ourselves off a fifty foot platform!

A bit pricy for what we were doing but a fantastic experience none the less!

We joined as a group of 4. First time ever for all of us. Therefore, we chose the Eagle Tour with 5 runs of different lengths. The insane 2km run was great and a kick start for the remaining ones. The tour guides Sarah and Darren were informative regarding the eco-friendly approach of Whistler and were particularly attentive regarding safety. The walk between the runs were equally good, especially those among the crown of the trees. The pace was a bit on the fast side, especially when 2 of us were around 60 years old...challenging but manageable. Could have been better if one could control the spin along the run as most of the time we were zipping backwards. Fun though.

We had a group of 8 ranging from 50's to 9 years old, unwilling to excited. The tour consisted of 4 ziplines, starting with the highest one. It was exhilarating for most of us and the fearful ones got over the fear pretty quickly. The gondola ride up was a bonus.
I wish someone would tell me before hand that I could bring my phone/camera if I had a zipper pocket. We could have had some spectacular pictures for memory sake.
I would do it over again and maybe the Suquamish line if I had more time in Whistler. No regrets, great fun.
