Our guides Seb & Sasha were awesome, they were happy, safety conscious and fun! We had a bit of confusion getting to the ziptrek office in the building in the village, resulting in my friends running across the village through the snow in only socks after leaving their ski rentals at the shop. The ziptrek attendant didn't seem to feel any remorse about it. If you're planning on going, locate the office in advance of your reservation because they get upset if you're not early. Other than us making it in the nick of time, our tour experience was fantastic. Kayla & Jack, our tour guides were funny and informative, and the course itself was well maintained and beautiful.

This is definitely a must-do in Whistler! We did the Eagle Tour which consists of 5 ziplines between the Blackcomb and Whistler mountains. We took our 10 year old daughter with us. She was able to zipline tandem with the instructor on the first run to become comfortable and did the remaining 4 ziplines herself. The instructors were fabulous as well!

it was fun to experience the winter après tour and the natural beauty of temperate rainforest at dark. Must thank the on-ground team and the professionalism of two guide Ms Katie and Kristy for making us feel comfortable and gave the encouragement to the diverse age group of 60 to 22.

Whether your are looking for a break from the slopes or just want to explore a different outdoor adventure during your visit, Ziptrek is a great choice! We had four teens participate and they all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guides provided some cool ecology lessons during the adventure. I wasn’t sure if my teens would be interested in that piece, but they raved about it, talking all during dinner about what they learned! The four ziplines were fast and connected by treetop walkways. Safety is a top priority and groups are kept small to ensure attention to detail. We definitely want to return in the summer to try out the Sasquatch zipline! Absolutely amazing experience. I booked for my boyfriends birthday we did the 4:10 pm start time it did get dark pretty fast which wasnt the best for photos or videos so make sure to plan accordingly depending on the time the sun sets ! However it was still so beautiful to see and experience in person. The guides sam were so professional and kind. They made us feel safe and comfortable. Be sure to dress comfortable as you do a bit of a hike between zips!:)

We decided to repeat the experience we had last year. We were few minutes late, and we called and we were in the check in room obviously before the gear was given to rest of the group but we were still rescheduled. The person in the phone didn’t make it clear we should first come to the office, not the downstairs, but apparently that was written in our documents. That is ok, rules are rules. The check out process was ridiculous as was the young girl on the check out, who kept reciting the company rules instead of trying to help the family with 3 kids who just came few minutes late. That is not ok. The company should hire someone with elementary human to human skill and preferably at least some human empathy. So, we filled in the electronic waiver form, for everybody, which means to type the address and contact information from scratch for ever 5 of us. Ok, lack of technology, it is not a technology company. We got weighted and answered a few more questions. We got rescheduled to the late afternoon tour, again, which we had last year. It’s ok. However, the tour was disappointing and quite different from last year. Our guides rushed like they were formula 1 team. We had just 4 zip lines, last year we had more and we ended on the very bottom, which was a lot of fun. Last year we walk in the forest and the guide talked to us about bear marks on trees and leaving angel tracks in the snow and stars and tree moss and other stuff. Now we were rushed up and down, turn, this shoulder please, buckle, unbuckle, turn, proceed, do you enjoy yourself, thank you very much. We understand companies grow. This company grew in a bad way. Pretty new office can’t replace human interactions and emphasis on every family experience. A little bit of human connection and empathy goes a long way.

We booked this as an after ski activity. It's a combination of 4 zip lines with some mild hiking and exploring of the old Whistler forest.
I am really not a fan of the waiver we are made to sign before the trip, would urge Ecotours to review this. Be prepared to spend more than 5 minutes per person filling these in, and promising to sign your life away.
We did enjoy the two tour guides (Brandon and Mike), they were enthusiastic and attentful.
The zipling itself was better than expected, even if you have reservations (like my wife did).
Certainly a recommended activity.

This place was amazing! They really care about their customers too. When I cried, almost in tears, to say that I forgot something in the hotel and had to turn around, the lady at the office with an Aussie accent (sorry, didn't get her name) was very understand about changing the booking. The tour was great and I could tell they care about taking care of the environment. So much fun, great views. You should go!

Been to whistler a few times and this trip I decided,at the end of our skiing day,to suprise the family with a zip line adventure.
From the very start the team were extremely professional. We are a large family with age ranges 23-11 years old. It was an experience the whole family could share and enjoy. So much fun and lots of laughs. Our guides Vicky from the UK and Crayon 🤣from Ireland were just awesome and related really well with all of us. We loved every minute of it. It was great to do half the lines at dusk and then a couple in the dark with lights. The scenery was stunning. I’m a little scared of heights but with the encouragement and understanding of the the team pushed through it and really pleased I did. Well done on employing such super people Ziptrek. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

I’ve been zip lining three times and this was most scenic of all. The guides were really great and made the experience even better by being so kind and fun. I love the course, walking through the woods, trees, and suspension bridges. The guides also told us history of the forest, animals, and more. Overall it was an amazing experience and probably my favorite experience in Whistler!
