Mike was a fantastic guide with a wealth of knowledge about the area. He is a local, retired teacher & history buff who brought us to the beautiful "out of the way" places that truly made this a Hidden Gems tour! Loved the "secret" places we went to for lunch & smoked Salmon. Architectural designs & local history is his forte'! We will be coming back!

The company lost our reservation. Luckily we had the email confirmation to show them. They hustled to get another vehicle and driver for our party of 6. Although we booked a private tour of 6, we ended up sharing a vehicle with 6 others. We wound up in a “party” van that could only be considered clean or comfortable if one were drunk. The bathroom was even out of order on it. The tour guide was one of the nicest, yet worst guides ever. He tried really hard, but didn’t give us history, or interesting information along the route. We don’t know if he was a regular guide for them, or just someone they could get to fill in. And I hope they don’t normally use the party van.

Would’ve rated the trip higher but we started late, then the tour was much larger of a group than we expected. Tour guide was very informative however he was not aware of our ships return time which caused us to request we skip lunch to get back on time. Overall had a good experience and saw some cool stuff

This tour was the highlight of our cruise. The guide was excellent and took us to places we would never know about on our own. The smoked salmon and blueberry shops were wonderful. We ate at a simple but excellent lunch spot where we ate delicious seafood. Beautiful scenery and even a stop at Tim Hortons, an iconic Canadian institution. The vehicle wasn't the best as my sister had to get out of an awkward back seat. Would suggest that the tour operator use an alternate vehicle.

This tour delivered exactly what is described in the writeup on Trip Advisor. Lorne (the guide) is a Saint John native who designed the itinerary to feature some less-visited spots along the southern coast of NB. Of course, we began (and ended) with the Reversing Falls, and Lorne picked times to view the falls when the overlook wasn't overly crowded with big tour buses so we had good views. The other locales were interesting and we stopped for lunch at a good local restaurant, however, the three stops along the coast were somewhat alike and maybe the tour would be more interesting if one of those stops were replaced with an "in town" stop at a shopping area. It would also be worth considering asking patrons to bring a picnic lunch and utilizing the picnic areas near the beach or waterfall stops for an outdoor lunch, which would have been ideal the day we toured as the weather was perfect.

We docked at 11:00 and were told to be outside the gate looking for their signs. We had to go to the right to where the van was waiting.

Our ship docked at 7 and we started our tour shortly after 8. The tour lasted about 5 hours. Went to some out-of-the way sights and had what most of us felt was our best meal at a local restaurant.
