This was truly the best! It was so much fun to learn the history of the city while trying the local flavours. I was with colleagues that are friends and had an absolute blast. Was super walkable as we started high and walked downhill. Highly recommend!

We did the Saint John: Uptown Food and Drink Tour today. Our tour guide Sara, she was fantastic, Went above and beyond what we were expecting, gave us a great recommendation for supper afterwards. All three stops were great. Would highly recommend this tour/

My son and I had an amazing time on this tour. It was worth every penny. Gillian was absolutely wonderful and she shared amazing stories about St.Johns history, along with her extensive knowledge and experience with craft beer, the tour was both really fun and educational. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a unique experience to book with Gillian.

Gilliane is a STAR! She not only served us up some unbelievably tasty wines, she engaged us in the best conversation we’ve had in ages! Guilliane is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, the tour was informative and good fun. The Lobster rolls were so fresh, the Oysters were even fresher, nice stop at the craft brewery. A great tour and throughly reccomrnded.

Brilliant experience. Started of with a great tour guide Guilliane, then seafood rolls, Best ever oysters, and local beer tasting. Guilliane was knowledgeable and a great laugh. Would recommend this tour.

Our tour started on time and because there were just 3 of us, it was a personal tour, although it was clear that Gilliane was very knowledgeable and personable, so I’m sure a larger group would have enjoyed the tour all the same. The venues we where taken too had great ambiance and a great variety of beer to sample. Highly recommend this tour to beer lovers or anybody interested in the beer making process!

We did the Bay of Fundy seafood tour. My GF and I were fortunate as we were the only two on the tour that day. It was a private tour with Gillian. The two hour tour started in the market and we got a good history of the place. Overall this 2 hour tour was fantastic as it blended the history of the city and had enough food on it. Just a nice sample of the wonderful seafood that can be found in New Brunswick. Gillian was very pleasant and very knowledgable.

Gilliane was SO much fun! We were treated like royalty everywhere we walked in. This was on our wedding anniversary and we felt so special. The food was amazing, the beer, cider and wine were delicious. We had a ton of fun and are already thinking of going back. Whether you are a local or a tourist, you gotta do this tour.

Toured with Uncorked as a part of a large group (66). Uncorked split us into two and we a fantastic time. Guides were relaxed and informative , giving us an opportunity to enjoy being together while still giving us great information About Stain John.

Booked a tour for myself and my husband as a Christmas gift. We live local but love the history, food and drinks from the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour including the salmon samples, local brewery, scotch taste test and local cuisine. I was a bit disappointed that the wine bar was closed (bad timing) but the scotch taste test was a great substitute. We learned lots of facts about Saint John and enjoyed Gillian's stories. I would highly recommend for locals!
