      A waste of time!
No one was present at the meeting point so we called the number given. We were informed that the boat “had just broken” and the boat operator “didn’t have a chance to call”. Afterwards I did find two other reviews, on another site, that said the same thing happened to them. Very irresponsible of the company!

      Not reliable at all.
Booked for Sept.9. jet boating reversed falls St. John NB. Arrived before the set time, was waiting for an hour, sent text to know if they are coming. No answer, no boat. It was paid for. No apology no money back. I booked a painting lesson for Sept 18 in Fredericton NB, arrived at designated time. It was postponed by five hours. I was not notified. Needless to say, I was not amused. My experience -negative with Viator.

      Hopewell Rocks
These rocks are certainly impressive in their shape, which could only have been created by nature. Definitely worth a visit.

      Terrible experience
Terrible experience, just a guy who picked me up from the hotel and drove me to the Hopewell Rocks Park. Not his fault, but he is just a driver, doesn't even wear a shirt with the company logo nor advertising on the car. Can't provide any explanation,it's not a guide, just puts the address in the GPS and dropped me there. My admission to the Park was paid, but no lunch like advertised,I paid myself the fee at Cape Enrage after finally find the Cape using the GPS again Long hours round trip all by myself trying to do small talk with the driver who doesn't know anything about where are we going.

Unteliable / No Accountability / Poor Service
They cancelled the tour last minute. The worst thing is they did not even contact me that the tour has been cancelled. I have to do the effort in contacting them to ask what is going on. The lame excused that I got from them was they can’t get a hold of the tour guide and just decided to cancel my tour. I wasted half of my day waiting. They just ruined my stay here in Moncton.

      No communication
This is a review of the company and its lack of organization and communication, not the actual tour. We were supposed to go on this tour yesterday. I got an email two days earlier saying the trip was confirmed. I spoke to a representative at See Sight Tours the night before the tour was to happen to confirm the tour and ensure we were at the right place to meet the tour guide the next day. I expressed concern because I was standing at the meeting place at that moment, and could not find any evidence of the tour company. The customer service representative said not to worry, they would be there by 3 pm the next day and would find us. Therefore, we arranged our whole day in St. John based on this 3 o’clock tour. We drove an hour and a quarter back to the city, even cutting short another activity so that we would be on time. Again, no sign of the tour company. I called See Sight Tours customer service at 2:40 PM to expressed my concern and make sure we were in the right spot. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. At 3 PM, the time of the tour, my call was returned and I was told that there would be no tour because they had not assigned a guide to lead our tour. Now I am angry at the cancellation rather than just disappointed. See Sight Tours had multiple opportunities to communicate what was happening and that there was no tour. Had they communicated their failure to assign a guide to our tour in a timely manner we could have arranged our day differently and enjoyed it. We are receiving a refund of monies paid but I would not book with this company again.

      Lots of city highlights
We booked this tour at the last minute to see more of the city before we left the next day & we're now wishing we'd done it sooner. It was a fantastic tour and Cher, our tour guide, was great. She showed us so many things that we didn't know about the city or even our country. She let us stop whenever we wanted to check things out. My sister & I were the only ones on the tour so that was great too. The only problem was, that the tour didn't start until 6:30 pm and by the time we got to the reversing falls, it was dark and we couldn't see much. That was also the case with the last few places she took us to. An earlier start in the fall when it gets dark sooner is probably a good idea. I highly recommend this tour...it's great!

      Not so great customer service
We had a reservation at 1:30 on 10/15/19 and planned the rest of our day around that. When we showed up on time for our tour we were told the mechanic didn’t show up that morning to check over the boat so our trip was cancelled and the charge would be refunded to our credit card. Could’ve called us earlier with that info. Still waiting for that refund (12/23/19)

Highlight on trip through New Brunswick.
We weren't sure just what to expect on this trip. The boat didn't look very impressive, but it turned out to be a blast! Captain Andre have us a wonderful ride all the way under the bridge and up to the power plant. Through the whirlpools and huge waves. I was just amazed at the power of the tides. He said the water goes up to 50 mph through the falls. Also interesting was seeing the location where the Continental tectonic plates are colliding right by the bridge. Well worth the trip.

      Great excursion and guide!
We had a wonderful time with Jon as our guide on this excursion around Saint John. He was very knowledgeable on the history of the town and area. We had a great time, beautiful cool Fall weather too! Highly recommend!

Worthwhile Except for Boat Speaker System
The boat ride was enjoyable and one got the feel of the rapids. However the sound system was inadequate. It was very hard to hear the captain speak. He had worthwhile things to say but it was a strain to hear him while trying to focus on the sights.

      The BEST Excursion!
On a previous cruise, I booked an expensive excursion through the ship. Big mistake, leaving me totally unimpressed with St.John, and especially the Bay of Fundy! Thankfully, I chose this option for my family of six. John met us promptly at the "Three Sisters Lamp-post" (within a block of the ship terminal and easily located). We were very pleased that it was a private tour in a comfortable van. Immediately it was clear that John was willing to personalize our day, while fulfilling the promised agenda. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very passionate about sharing his city with our group. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to visit the Bay of Fundy from 3 viewpoints, high atop on the Sky Walk, at the shoreline stop, and then from a jet boat! Although the boat captain took us near the swirling waters, he skillfully maneuvered in the bay for a thrilling ride (without anyone getting wet). As many tourists watched from the shoreline, I'm certain they were wishing they were "in our shoes", since ours was the only boat in the area, and we were obviously having more fun! Having a seal swim along the boat was an added joy. I would recommend sitting near the captain to hear his colorful commentary (avoid the loud motor). We enjoyed the stop at the busy city market and the drive through the park. John shared interesting history and factual information as we toured the city streets that were lined with beautiful Victorian styled homes. Unlike many tour guides who overload travelers, he balanced the commentary with humor, opportunities for Q&A, and breaks. Our last stop was a slight disappointment. Although the tower had historical significance and provided nice views over the city, entrance was not allowed (due to structural instability). There was a nice presentation in the small museum, but I would have preferred an alternate stop to conclude our awesome day. Still, I HIGHLY recommend this tour. Ask for John.
