Highly recommend this tour if you are not planning to rent a car at Halifax. In half a day you get to visit both Peggy's Cove and Lunenberg. We also passed by Mahone Bay. Paul is super knowledgeable on Halifax history, local tales, and the best route for taking photos! Each tour is also limited to 10 people max so you don't feel crowded.

Before jumping on a Holland America Cruise, I booked this tour directly through Trip Advisor because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed. Paul was a great communicator before, during and after the trip. The van is very comfortable and easy to get in and out. Paul is super knowledgeable about the area and also supplements with great video presentations. He was timely and gave us all the tips on where to eat and shop. Highly recommend this tour. I’ve been on plenty of these around the world and this is one of the best.

Great tour experience! Definitely felt like I visited more of Nova Scotia South Shore with Paul than if I had gone alone. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and had a lot of insights regarding Halifax history. Also managed to beat out the bigger tour buses on our trip to Peggy's Cove, so managed to visit whilst the area was still relatively empty. I enjoyed the trip a lot, thank you Paul!

The tour couldn`t have been better. Paul, the tour guide, was very knowledge about the local history of Halifax, and took us to some unplanned stops like this roadside lobster shop, which was definitely a treat. The tour allowed more than enough time to explore Peggy`s Cove and Lunenberg, with a good lunch break in Lunenberg for some lobster rolls. After the tour was done, Paul went out if his way to show me couple spots I wanted to go in Cole Harbour, just amazing!

Excellent tour! We were visiting from out of province -- family of 5 with 3 kids in their 20's-and this tour was a great way to see some spots away from Halifax. Paul is a proud ambassador of Nova Scotia and is an excellent tour guide: professional, fun and personable. We will definitely do another of his tours on return visits to NS! Enjoyed lunch at a great local restaurant The Knot Pub in Lunenburg that was recommended by our Haligonian friends.

Paul arrived hotel on time to pick me up. He is very talkative and experienced, knows everything about Halifax. The car was very comfortable and got enough time to walk around at Peggy Cove and Lunenburg. Very recommended!

When we travel we always like to take tours. This tour was hands down the best one we have ever taken, and that is because of our tour guide Paul. He was so informative, and passionate about what he was talking about. This was not the standard run of the mill tour, we are use to taking! He was a really neat guy to meet and went out of his way to make our tour meaningful and we really appreciated his hard work!

An informative small group tour with Paul as an expert guide. Paul will pick you up from your hotel, drive you the most scenic routes, and provide local insight and history. On our tour he beat the big bus tours to Peggy’s Cove so that our group of six were the only ones there (almost) and despite the fog, made it a great day out. If you only have one day travelling outside of Halifax, I’d really recommend this tour!

Super tour packing a lot in - history, nature, food and wine! Great communication and transit. Paul provides expert knowledge and knows how to flex the tour based on the weather, or to beat the queues, or to stop the minibus / van to let you look at bald eagles. Thanks Paul!

HALIFAX TITANIC HISTORICAL TOURS by Paul McNeil. This small group six hour tour conducted by Paul McNeil was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastatic in sharing the history of Halifax with us. Paul quickly responded to all questions when booking and continued to stay in communication with us right until he met us as we exited the cruise terminal. Paul is by far the most knowledgeable, experienced and professional tour guide to go with. I recommend any of the tours offered by Halifax Titanic Historical Tours and recommend his services for airport pick up and drop off. Be warned about See Sight Tours, they are a company run out of Ontario, their vans use Ontario plates and the guides are not as experienced.

After some intense days of walking 10-mile days in Montréal (got some fun blisters on my feet as proof), it was so lovely to be driven around. Paul was a wonderful guide who curated some thoughtful stops for us, including some photo ops, a lobster lunch stop, a gelato stop, and 3 wineries. I was apprehensive about being in a car for 6 hours but it didn't feel like that much time was spent in the car, as we had very relaxing stops where we got to stretch our feet and enjoy some tastings. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nova Scotia.

The way to see from Halifax to the Annapolis Valley, take a tour in a fancy van that seats eight comfortably. Paul, our guide was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. He knew the restaurants and sites to take us to and how to avoid the crowds. I would highly recommend this tour.
