This walk takes you through the waterfront are of Kinston with unique buildings and architecture. The story telling was really well done and enjoyable whether or not you believe in ghosts. I would highly recommend it.

The ghost tour at Fort Henry exceeded my expectations. Not only were there great and frightening ghost stories (especially toward the end) but also lots of interesting history. The best part was walking down the wet tunnels underneath the fort which made it all come alive. This is a superb tour!

Fantastic tour and our tour guide was knowledgeable and made the experience so much better. We learned a lot and had fun throughout the tour. Everyone should experience this tour!

Enjoyable and interesting. The only negative thing I have to say is to get to the Fort especially at night. It was extremely dark, poor lighting no signs to guide you where to go.

Savanna was a awesome tour guide. This is a perfect way to explore the Fort. Her stories were interesting and the ambiance was perfect. It was a rainy cold night.

I had gone to Fort Henry’s haunted walk when I was much younger and remember loving it so much my boyfriend and I went back. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, someone on our tour even brought an EMF detector. The tour lasts a little over an hour and a half. To get to Fort Henry is a little less than a two hour drive one way, well worth the drive.

I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with Viator/Trip Advisor. I highly recommend you always book directly with the tour guide and skip the middleman. Based on my family's experience, tour guides are almost always willing to help, not the case with Viator/Trip Advisor. Regarding this Ghost Tour of Fort Henry National, not only the instructions were not clear. It was impossible to get a hold of the tour guide by phone let alone get an agent from viator to assist with the problem promptly. When asked for a refund for the non service provided, Viator decided to get creative with instructions and policies that were neither sent to us nor accepted by us, and still are not shown in any of the emails forwarded to us. The agent seemed more interested in finding our fault as customers than to find a solution to our time and resources wasted. During the same week as this failed attempt to get a refund, a few days before I had called viator to reschedule another booked tour. After spending hours with their staff on the phone, ultimately they said they couldn't help us. It took just one visit to the actual tour guide, and they couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Not only did they rebooked my tour without any hassle, they also mentioned that viator never reached out to them for their assistance in this. Viator simply does not care for their clients. In my opinion, seems like another business that collects their fees and has no intention of creating a good experience.

Karma is an outstanding tour guide! Knowledgeable, articulate and patient! We had a blast!!! Her stories were entertaining and spooky and appealed to adults as well as the kids in the group! I would highly recommend taking the tour with her!! Two thumbs up for sure!!!!

From the second we seen our host until the second we left, it was nothing short of incredible. The way he told us the stories, to his own experiences it was something my family and I have never felt before, each one of us felt something different and unique that was still quite eerily similar. Our oldest son (11) who has always been quite in tune with the other side is already planning our next haunted walk.very well done and put together.

Really nice to hear all the spooky stories about the fort. Our guide was fantastic. Walking around the fort at night has its charms, and it felt like going back in time. Not very scary though.

Excellent presentation by Henry ( Ben). Very nice and entertaining evening activity when visiting Kingston; should be good for any season.

The guide created a nice ambiance, so we felt like in a ghost movie. It was a very nice experience for all the family.
