Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we had a great time on the tour. We saw behind the falls, the butterfly conservatory and Skylon tower.

Very smooth visits of all key attractions. Very friendly guide as well. We were a small group which was nice. We recommend!

The whole experience was great from start to finish! We had a big group so we had to be split up into two vans but the drivers/guides kept us together for everything else.

Highly recommend!! We were part of a group of 6. Our tour guide (Nicolai) shared a lot of interesting history and facts about the area, gave us a few recommendations of other places to visit, and was great at keeping the conversation going. The tour was very well organized— started on time, communication ahead of the tour was good, and the tour itself did not feel rushed at all. We saw a lot in about 4 hours- we definitely would not have seen as much on our own in that amount of time- and we got some amazing pictures! Well worth it- a great experience all around!

Heidi picked is up on time and was friendly and informative during the journeys between attractions. A great way to see the best of Niagra if you're limited on time.

This was a well organized and wonderful tour! My husband and I thought this was the perfect way to see the gorgeous falls from multiple view points and very much recommend it. Since it was a small tour (there's a max of 7 people but we only had a total of 5) we could do our own thing at each place and never waited around for a large group of people. We drove in from Buffalo for the 9am tour and had a very easy boarder crossing. Our guide, Vince, was great! Very knowledgable local who was easy going as well as punctual. (TripShepherd also had great communication when we booked the trip.) Vince started us at the Skylon tower. He gave us the tickets, got us into line and told us where and when to meet afterwards. We had just the right amount of time to explore but not wait around. Vince picked us up and drove to Journey Under the Falls giving us info along the way. Again, he gave us the tickets, told us where to go & what to do then picked us up. Very cool views from the bottom and behind the falls. Next was the Voyage to the Falls boat tour (same as the Maid of the Mist boat but from the Canadian side) which was amazing. I Our lower legs and feet get a bit wet but not too bad. We had a chance to grab a bite at the snack place and shop, then Vince took us on a short driving tour. He gave us some fun info about growing up in the area, showed us the power plants, and gave us the hint to take the Lewiston-Queenstown Bridge back to the US to avoid the super long lines on Rainbow Bridge.

Worth every penny. Pick up and dropped off at hotel. Great guide, and tour included everything you would want to experience.

Our tour guide, Ebad, was very friendly and knowledgeable! He gave us much insight to the highlights of Niagara Falls. He had some great stories and was able to answer our many questions. It was so nice to be able to be taken care of with the entrance tickets and lines to the Skylon Tower, The Maid of the Mist boat ride and the Behind the Falls experiences, too. We highly recommend this tour!

Great experience. We did everything we wanted to do. The excursion was very comprehensive with all the attractions we wanted included. A fantastic meal at the top of the tower overlooking the falls. Dimetri out guide was very helpful and friendly, making the trip fun and easy. Would strongly recommend the excursion if you want to have a fun day around the falls.

Nikola picked us up from our hotel & took 5 of us to: ...Helicopter ride BRILLIANT! ...Walk behind the Falls AMAZING ...Boat ride into Horseshoe Falls (Hornblower) CRAZILY GOOD. ...3 course lunch with coffee at the revolving restaurant at the top of The Skylon Tower. PERFECT WAY TO FINISH THE MORNING. Nikola endured everyone had time to complete each visit without rush, and was happy to talk, advise or just chat, throughout the visit. You really need to do this trip!

We had a great tour with Precious. We toured the Skylon tower, Journey Behind the Falls, and the boat tour under the falls, plus a visit to the whirlpool area of the Falls. Precious was informative and had all the great tips. He was funny and easy to spend a half day with. Would highly recommend to see a lot of sites with no stress.
