We loved our zipline. However, this is not cheap & you can wait a long time as only 4 riders go down at a time. We had bought our tickets on-line & also filled out our waivers on-line. We went when they opened @ 10 a.m. DON'T Forget the waiver. Otherwise, you have to go to a different kiosk to fill it out. You then climb stairs & wait at the top for them to set you up @ 4 different spots. We lucked out as there were only 2 of us & got moved up. The ride is short, paralleling the falls, fast, & at the bottom you will get a shuttle to bring you back up. Would be hard to say it's worth it if you had a long wait.

Our first ever Zipline experience and it won’t be the last. This is a well organised activity and allows a great ride down the wire towards the falls alongside the river. We took the full package, which included photos and video emailed to us and although it was expensive, we have no regrets in paying that little bit extra.
The Zipline ride takes less than a minute but the build up, the harnessing in and the anticipation while waiting in the queue added to the experience.
Loved it, including the sedate drive back up to the start after landing at the bottom.

The 70 second ride is amazing but the 2hrs and 45min line removes the amazingness. This attraction takes tourists away from all the other Niagara Falls fun by keeping them in line for so long. The “front of the line” strategy allows those who pay $30 more per ticket to jump to the front of the enormous line. They do not pay enough to allow them to walk to the front of the hundred+ people waiting patiently! Also - hitting is up for another $40 at the bottom for photos and a video just seems offside. Throw something in to counter the wait time!! Outside this, the waiting areas were mostly shaded and staff were pleasant.

What a ripoff !
Booked the zipline for a certain timing, a very rude young lady asked us to keep on waiting for whatever reason. In the end, this activity is just like 2 min of basic fun, not worth the money and would certainly NOT recommend it. The staff is very young and not so professional, they simply don’t care / we’re just numbers or tourists.

Zip wire experience has been on my bucket list for years as has visiting Niagara Falls so what better way to achieve both on the same trip.
Safety was priority and they really make sure you’re strapped in before you go.
It was superb and well worth getting wet for.
Yes it’s a bit pricey and yes it doesn’t last long (surely the reviewers complaining of this watched others taking part so knew before booking how long it would last? I know I did) but all that doesn’t matter once you take off. The view is spectacular and the fact you are passing the Falls and not on a boat make this an experience to remember. I loved it and now have to think of something else to add to my bucket list.

Fun - 7 out of 10
Value - 1 out of 10
Although they advertise 4 lines for $80 the price actually includes one single zipline with 4 separate lines so that 4 people can go at the same time.
Would not recommend or go again only due to high price.
Fun, but not overly thrilling or fast, kinda wow, ho hum...
To be totally fair this company does offer modern and a ultra safe equipment which is by far much more technically advance and more complicated than any other zipline I have been on elsewhere. This system does require a staff intensive supervisory format to operate safely so the cost to operate does warrant a higher usage fee. However if they had a few more different ziplines they would've have received a 5/5 from me.

This was a great experience. We did the skip the line tickets which was great because the line was long when we got there. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made safety their top priority. The only regret is that it was not longer. There is an option at the end to do it a second time for only $12 more

Booked online as told this would speed up the experience…. no it didn’t! Stood in line for more than two two hours in the sun, awning didn’t really cover the riders or the team operating the attraction. Fans or a larger awning would have helped.
Harnesses put on far too soon as stood for more than an hour before riding so got hotter and surprising heavy after that length of time. No facilities like restrooms or water available.
Would suggest timed slots to ride or at least length until ride time, Disney style!
Far too long a queue for length of ride.
Sadly queue time outweighs experience. If the timing better would be very enjoyable. When asks by operators if you enjoyed it and you mention queue time they reply with “it’s August! “

It is a BUMMER for me to give this a 3 star rating. I love to zip line and I thought Niagara Falls was beautiful. A lot of the staff members were pleasant. However, I spent 3 hours and 57 minutes in line for a 3 minute ride and that ratio completely sucks the joy out of the whole deal. Everyone's feet were tired and everyone was cranky by the time it was finally our turn to do the ride. If the wait had been an hour or even 1.5 hours, I would have given this five stars. And the way to do that- is pay for "skip the line". I loved the photos we got, that was totally worth the $38. We had a shuttle ride up afterwards and I felt safe, the view from the second platform was great and shaded and breezy. But NOWHERE to sit, no bathroom, and the top platform about 1/3 was not even shaded so it was hot, after standing in line for literally hours before even getting up there... it was a real bummer. All of that said- the zip line and the photos were good. But ONLY if you are going to pay extra to skip the line - if not, then skip the whole experience.

It was really a great fun! One of the precious memory which will never be forgotten. Very welcoming, alert, energetic and positive staff, who always spread positivity and motivate to people doing it for first time. Moreover, I also loved the media package which will help me to keep those memories preserved forever. I think without those 14 cameras it would be nearly impossible to get those wonderful live moments captured, unless you have your personal hollywood setup. Lastly, it is just awesome.

Yes they do weigh you
What are the individual weight limits?
Thanks. I should have read the questions answered first. 275 I believe is the current limit?
I'll be coming from the US side. Do I need to be vaccinated to get to the Canada side and to get back into the US?
