      Not for me
We pre-purchased the general admission which allowed us to go immediately to the check-in booth below the entry stairs. This line was not overly long, I should have counted the number of people ...I'll guess just under 100 people in line. With the zipline taking 4 at a time it still took 2hrs to take the short quick-zip down. Not worth the wait for that cost. Even those that bought the quick-pass time tickets seemed to wait 30-40 minutes. On the positive side, all the staff members were professional, safe and friendly.

      You just HAVE to...
I'm afraid of height. But this was not scary at all..once you launch. The excitement and anticipation are nerve wracking and scary, but once you start going on the line...it's wonderful. It's a beautiful view and something you'll be so glad you did.

Great way to see the falls
Excellent. Superb way to see niagara. Not cheap for all the family, but worth it to see my wife and son’s faces before, during and after doing it.

      Exhilarating
The experience itself was exhilarating and quite safe despite my initial apprehensions. I quite enjoyed the ride across. What was a bit upsetting was the insane cost of the video/photos. There were three of us so we were told if all of us booked the package, we would get a discount. However, all we got was the same time. The link was emailed to one person and we were asked to share. The photos were the same. It would have made more sense for just one person to take it. Book your tour the night before and get in early so you don’t have to wait too long. Don’t worry if you have bags, shades etc. it all gets stowed in the bag behind.

Great fun for all ages! Don’t be afraid of this!
Love, love, love this! We are senior citizens who have never ziplined before and this was AMAZING! They are extremely safety conscious and we felt very safe! What a rush! So much fun! Go early in the day (between 9 - 10) and save $10 a person and avoid the long wait later.

      Wait is ridiculous
The experience is amazing but the rest is almost NOT worth it. It took a 1/2 hour to pay.. WHY? There weren't that many people in line. Then another 1/2 hour to get a helmet. Waiting in the hot sun was horrible. We had to send people to get water for fear of dehydration. I think this could be amazing with the right management.

      Yes!
Great experience for our group. Easily purchased our tickets online and signed in when we arrived. Lots of stations set up for quick check in. All of the employees were great! Super friendly and engaging. We loved the zip line view and entire experience. We rode a dune buggy type vehicle back to the top and our driver stopped several times so we could take pictures. Excellent staff and definitely recommend. Not scary at all! I was more nervous just thinking about doing it. It was a relaxed zip line.

      Ok, Not Super Impressive
This was built up as a great zip line, as a former adrenaline junky, I said let’s do it. Well you wait in a very long line, then they put this harness on you and you wait a few more minutes before you get your turn. Then the gates open and you start to pick up speed then wham you stop, it’s over, 30 seconds, hmm. The staff was very polite, throughout the experience, and it was fun, it just is not a thrill seekers paradise.

Short ride but what a buzz
If you enjoy zip lining this is a kinda cool bucket list experience. Yes, you can enjoy the same view for free but this does add a new dimension the Niagara experience. The inevitable video / photo package on offer at the end of the ride is good quality, well put together and not nearly as expensive as that offered by some other nearby attractions (... ahem, Cave of the Winds) Not for everyone but we loved it.

So much fun, even for the faint of heart
A must do when visiting Niagara. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We originally had reservations for the next day but because of impending weather we decided to change the date. I called the contact number and they were able to switch our reservations with no problem. The wait is a bit long, we did the 8:20 pm flight, about 35 minutes but you get to enjoy the views while waiting. The zip itself is about a minute or so but so much fun!

      Night drop
Took the zip line at night after the fireworks display. Drawback was having to wait for the fireworks than the next group came up and we had to wait till they got rigged before we could go down😡

Fun but customer service needs improvement
The ride itself is very fun and I think the value is OK for what you get. We did an evening ride which was a cool experience. The issue is the way the book. It feels like you are reserving a time slot but you are not. You will be in line with about 40 other people and 4 go at a time. They can be major delays between riders. Our total time was about 90 minutes. The young staff working were very nice but everything was a bit unorganized. So I’d still recommend it but be prepared for a long line and a lot of standing.

      Awesome experience!
I have seen some reviewers complain about the process here, but it is just whiners. Here is what we went through. We did not pre-book as we were unsure of the weather, so we did it on the spot. I assume pre-booking is a little faster, but not by much, as you only skip the payment and waiver line, so no worries if you do not pre-book. My wife and I decided to do this, so we went to the little booking booth at about 1:45 pm. The next scheduled zip that we could get was 2:20 pm, so we paid and then had to fill out a waiver form and then arrive back at the check-in kiosk to go to our zip. Other reviewers said populating the waiver is difficult...nothing could be further from the truth. Anyone familiar with an iPad, it takes maybe 2 to 4 minutes per person. You enter full name, postal code(to populate address) and a few other details, as well as checking boxes to waive liability(standard stuff)........easy peezy. So, we proceed to the check-in kiosk at 2:15 pm for our 2:20 pm zip. The lady weighs us and gives us a helmet where we line up until about 16 people accrue in line. A guide administering the line wrote on our wristbands which group we are in as four riders zip at a time, so they want to utilize all lines, putting the line in several groups of four. My wife and I were paired with another couple, which was more than fine. After 15 minutes of waiting, we are then brought to the zipline launch area and we line up there. We wait another 30 minutes or so, while putting our zipline gear on. The workers are more than happy to take pictures of you and/or your group here. Everyone is super nice! Once it is our turn, each member of our group is hooked up to our individual lines(four rides go on four lines, per zip). Then, they do a countdown and off we all go, the same time. They instruct you to put your arms and legs out for stability. The zip takes somewhere around 1.5 minutes and at the bottom, you get the opportunity to buy a video and pictures of your zipline. This is more inclusive than we expected as they have multiple cameras along the zip. You get 10 pictures and 2 videos(one long video and one short video) of your zip. The total price is $33.89(taxes in), which is low compared to other experiences that we have had. Once you finish zipping, you have to wait for a team member to drive you back up to the start....no drop offs or walking back....this is the process. Then, once you arrive at the start about 3 minutes later, off you go to do your own thing. This was a fantastic experience with an awesome view, and the staff were awesome. We cannot complain at all. All in all, our time spent was as follows: paid/checked in at 1:45 pm Filled out our waiver shortly after in 5 minutes. zipline scheduled time was 2:20 pm we arrived at the check-in kiosk at 2:15 pm waited in line for about 55 minutes total(lower + upper lineups) Waited to be drove back to the start for 5 minutes. (Ignoring the payment/waiver time as that was super fast to do), total time spent from check-in at 2:15 pm to finish at 3:15 pm was approximately one hour. We did this mid-afternoon on a super nice and crowded day too! I would strongly recommend this.....a fun time and not much time lost(I prefer for things to be a little longer and safe than be speedy). Don't believe the negative reviews as nothing could be farther from the truth. Well worth it!

      A great time
This was dope, the staff are friendly and are willing to take pictures with your phone. The view was awesome. If you want to use your camera it has to be a go pro and it can only be attached to your chest or helmet. That kinda suck but no biggie. I definitely would encourage everyone to do this. Also go in the morning to avoid a longer wait time. i was done in under a hour.

    Fun - 7 out of 10
    Value - 1 out of 10

Although they advertise 4 lines for $80 the price actually includes one single zipline with 4 separate lines so that 4 people can go at the same time.

Would not recommend or go again only due to high price.

Fun, but not overly thrilling or fast, kinda wow, ho hum...

To be totally fair this company does offer modern and a ultra safe equipment which is by far much more technically advance and more complicated than any other zipline I have been on elsewhere. This system does require a staff intensive supervisory format to operate safely so the cost to operate does warrant a higher usage fee. However if they had a few more different ziplines they would've have received a 5/5 from me.

Not only was the wait SUPER LONG, very unorganized, but all the pictures make it look like you are ziplining over the falls or over water. YOU ARE NOT. You are going along side the river with the falls in the far distance. You go over some trees whoop de doo.... its lasts about 45 seconds. It was a big rip off and not at all worth the money.

    What a ripoff !
Booked the zipline for a certain timing, a very rude young lady asked us to keep on waiting for whatever reason. In the end, this activity is just like 2 min of basic fun, not worth the money and would certainly NOT recommend it. The staff is very young and not so professional, they simply don’t care / we’re just numbers or tourists.

This was not my first time ziplining, nor was it my first time seeing Niagara Falls, but the experience was excellent. The cost was decent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the process was straight forward and well organized. You are given a large backpack to store any purse, sweater, hat, etc. in during the ride, but I suggest not to bring anything breakable due to the nature of the safety harness. The line was a surprisingly good distance to enjoy the beautiful view, and when it was over we were given the option to do it all again for only $10, a fantastic deal! There is also the option to buy photos or a video of your experience, and a gift shop to wander before a golf cart takes you back up the hill to the entrance. I was also impressed by their commitment to safety and social distancing between customers.

The 70 second ride is amazing but the 2hrs and 45min line removes the amazingness. This attraction takes tourists away from all the other Niagara Falls fun by keeping them in line for so long. The “front of the line” strategy allows those who pay $30 more per ticket to jump to the front of the enormous line. They do not pay enough to allow them to walk to the front of the hundred+ people waiting patiently! Also - hitting is up for another $40 at the bottom for photos and a video just seems offside. Throw something in to counter the wait time!! Outside this, the waiting areas were mostly shaded and staff were pleasant.

Our first ever Zipline experience and it won’t be the last. This is a well organised activity and allows a great ride down the wire towards the falls alongside the river. We took the full package, which included photos and video emailed to us and although it was expensive, we have no regrets in paying that little bit extra.
The Zipline ride takes less than a minute but the build up, the harnessing in and the anticipation while waiting in the queue added to the experience.
Loved it, including the sedate drive back up to the start after landing at the bottom.

This is a fun “one and done” experience. It’s pricey considering how quick the actual ride is, but I’d still say it was worth it. It is not scary at all. I don’t like heights (or crazy thrill rides) and this was very low key. Young and old will enjoy it. You don’t actually travel over water, but the sidewalk and brush area next to the falls and river. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Views are great. There was 4 people in my group and we all traveled at different speeds- it seemed like the lighter you are, the slower you travel. Took off one star because they don’t advertise pricing info (you have to straight up ask at the register) & told us before we paid that the wait was only 30 minutes when it was nearly two hours (you can’t see the line at the registration kiosk). We likely would not have done it had we known the true wait time but I guess I’m glad we did!

It was really a great fun! One of the precious memory which will never be forgotten. Very welcoming, alert, energetic and positive staff, who always spread positivity and motivate to people doing it for first time. Moreover, I also loved the media package which will help me to keep those memories preserved forever. I think without those 14 cameras it would be nearly impossible to get those wonderful live moments captured, unless you have your personal hollywood setup. Lastly, it is just awesome.

Zip wire experience has been on my bucket list for years as has visiting Niagara Falls so what better way to achieve both on the same trip.
Safety was priority and they really make sure you’re strapped in before you go.
It was superb and well worth getting wet for.
Yes it’s a bit pricey and yes it doesn’t last long (surely the reviewers complaining of this watched others taking part so knew before booking how long it would last? I know I did) but all that doesn’t matter once you take off. The view is spectacular and the fact you are passing the Falls and not on a boat make this an experience to remember. I loved it and now have to think of something else to add to my bucket list.

Amazing experience! I am a mom of 3 and a large woman (I just made the weight max) and usually the process of being weighed, putting on a harness, etc can be humiliating but I found the everyone to be professional and encouraging. Especially Amanpreet (spelling might be wrong) at the wristband/helmet booth, she was busy but made time to weigh me before we bought tickets and was very nice and helpful. This helped our family to have an amazing experience together as they can zipline upto 4 people at 1 time, so you can truly have a shared experience 😀 take photos while you wait because the view is amazing and then your stuff goes into the harness which has a backpack ( no lockers needed), at the bottom they take pics with the horseshoe falls in the backdrop, then there is a video and photos to purchase at a reasonable price ! Do it! You'll love it!
