- KenK50570 contributionsGreat Tour with an Awesome GuideThis tour was awesome! Just like the title of the tour suggests, it had something for everyone. Our tour guide and driver, Mark, did a great job and kept it fun and informational. We stopped at a winery for a tour and a tasting/Charcuterie board. Then a micro-brewery for a tasting of 4 of their brews and some good food in the cute little downtown area of Niagara on the Lake and had some free time to shop in the shops. Check out the Christmas Shop & the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Shop. You won't be disappointed. Then we went to a Apple Cider Brewery and tried 5 different cider flavors that were delish. Lastly, we ended the tour at Limited Distillery and were treated to 5 different signature specialty cocktails they made for us to taste. They have gin, vodka and flavored moonshine. Our favorite was the apple pie moonshine!! We definetly recommend this tour to anyone looking for something different and more than just the usual wine tour.Written October 15, 2024

Donna, our driver and local tour guide, was exceptional (we even went back into town to check out some of her suggestions the next day and they were all on point). Each of the four stops was unique, with varying flavours on offer and location vibes that suited each brand, but consistently excellent service as well generous samples. And there was plenty of time to enjoy a hearty lunch in NOTL, I recommend just staying at The Exchange for the pizza and bruschetta. An entertaining, lowkey day, which was exactly what we'd hoped for. It was a long day from start to finish, and we were glad to get back to our NOTL accommodation and order in some supper, but we all agreed it was a fantastic voyage.Written June 30, 2024

The combination of a winery, cidery, brewery, and distillery along with free time in the historic district made for a great day. My favorite was visiting the distillery because the mini cocktails were delicious. I also liked the ice wine at Konzelmann. If you are flying, they have small bottles of ice wine that you can purchase in the gift shop to take home as souvenirs.Written June 12, 2024

Our driver was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our first stop was Konzelmann and we had Donna as our tour guide for our visit. She was amazing! Very informative, friendly, fun and super enthusiastic! We were her first tour group since Covid and she was so happy! Our second stop was Wayne Gretzky and it was very impressive! Our 3rd stop was the Cider House and it was ok. Cider is just not our thing. We had time in Old Town Niagara for something to eat and browsing the shops. Trains, traffic, etc caused a slight delay in pickup. Karen got us back on time and got us to our first destination on time while explaining everything we were seeing and doing that day. Our driver, Dave, was wonderful. He kept things on schedule without being pushy, was considerate and had a good relationship with the people at each of the places we visited. He called them all by name, which for me says a lot about him. He went the extra mile for us on this tour whenever he could.
Because it was the off season and a Thursday, it was a much quieter tour than it normally would’ve been (which I prefer).
Don’t plan on skating at Gretsky’s because there isn’t enough time. We tried wines they don’t have in LCBO, it was very nice. You may feel pressure to sign up for their monthly wine club.
The Cidery was playful, I wish I had tried one of their red wines when I was there though.
Oust Brewery had the best atmosphere. Good beer and you could sample more inexpensively.
The tour ends in down town Niagara-on-the-Lake which was perfect. After beer and a snack at the Exchange Brewery, we ended up having a whiskey downtown at the Irish Pub with our new friends we met on the tour.

I was visiting family and friends in Niagara and on a whim my best friend and I decided to do a tour with Brewery Distillery Tours Niagara. It was a great experience to visit a range of venues and everything Niagara has to offer.
The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable, not only about the venues but the Niagara region in general. The day was well organized and relaxing, we never felt rushed or hurried.
I would highly recommend for anyone local or visiting the Niagara Region to do a tour with this group. I will book another tour on my next visit!

The brewery stop was ok. It was just a place to try four beers. I am not a beer fan so would have loved to maybe be able to switch that or custom change to another stop. Pellar had the icewine room. Omg that was amazing to check out. Our host had great info with wine tasting. An experience I will remember. The last was the best Wayne Gretzky 99 winery. Was the best. Natalie who gave us the tour went over and beyond with the taste testing and letting each person to pick there choice of wine such as red or white. Was able to tell us a lot. Definitely more to try there then the other places. Dave our driver took very good care of us. Kept us informed, made sure we were having a great time. Shared stories. Over all it seemed short and quick but a great experience. They say time flies when your having a good time.

This was such an amazing experience and the highlight of our trip. The ice room at Peller Estates is something to see.
We had to change our date and the folks at Brewery and Distillery Tours we so accommodating. Karen, our tour guide, was made to do this! She went above and beyond and was so knowledgeable about the wineries and the history of the area. Absolutely amazing! We would do this again!

This was our very first wine tour and we were not disappointed. We chose this one because it was the only tour that guaranteed a visit to Wayne Gretzky Estates. Gretzky Estates was the first stop. We had fun tasting wine, beer, and whiskey then enjoyed lunch on the patio. We went to Pellar Estates next and were introduced to their ice wine and ice room. The tour guide did not explain much about “how” to taste the wine but she provided information on the cultivation process. Spent time in the ice room as well. Our final stop was the Exchange Distillery. We were given samples of 4 types of beer. Overall, completely worth the trip and we will be making another trip with the company, I’m sure. The driver was wonderful and provided historical facts about Niagara on the Lake and Old Niagara. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Amazing first experience.

This was a great way to see some of Niagara on the Lake and visit wineries. Dave was the best! He shared knowledge of the area and wineries, checked us in at each winery and even got us a tour at Peller since it was a slower day. The tastings were nice and there were options to purchase cheese and crackers and other snacks with tastings. All were good, would love to return for a meal at Peller. Try the cream whiskies at Gretzky Definitely recommend the tour.

Don’t let the name Distillery fool you!!! These guys know wine tours!! First off were able to get us in last minute… Driver was very knowledgeable about the wineries and the area the wineries were in. We went to three very well known wineries and they were great had plenty of time at each winery. Would highly recommend.

Karen is the best! Picked us up right on time in a nice clean van. Knows the area and told us the history of landmarks that we passed on the way to Niagara on the lake. The tastings and tours were enjoyable and Karen promptly picked us up at each stop at the scheduled time. Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon and would book again with this company!

Our driver, Dave, made the tour a memorable one for sure. From awesome recommendations, to great conversation while traveling. The four places we went to were: Gretzky Estates, Small Talk Vineyards, Oast House Brewers, and The Exchange Brewery. We had a great time at each location! Would highly recommend.

The other day I went on this tour with my best friend and we had an ABSOLUTE BLAST!
We were picked up in this black, sleek and subtle 12 Passenger Mercedes Van!
It was incredibly spacious and comfortable inside.
We then went for a beautiful drive down the Niagara Falls Parkway! Mark was our driver and he was so informative about the Niagara Region and Everything it had to offer even during Covid.
We then made four different stops. Limited Distillery had Amazing Jalepeno Moonshine Caesar's but I was also impressed with their vodka and Private Tasting out front!
Side note: All Jalapeno's and Lavender used for infusing their products are grown on site!
We then continued on to Konzelman's, Ironwood and Exchange Brewery! Each place provided us with knowledgeable staff and tasty products! At Konzelman we were able to sit outside and enjoy a beautiful tasting around the fire pit in Comfortable /relaxing Muskoka Chairs. We were given a Pretzel/Cheese board! Make sure you try the Cabernet Sauvignon Rose!! We bought a bottle!
We then went to Ironwood Cider house! This place is really gonna be amazing when the patio is set up.....They have a cider for any palette which impressed me.
I am not really a fan of anything too sweet but they had an extra dry cider which was perfect! The labels on these can's are stunning as well and I like that they are featuring local artists.
I know I said I don't like Sweet but you must also try the Strawberry Cider! It's like drinking a Strawberry/lime margarita! We loved it! Grabbed a Growler Drank it in the hot tub the following night!
Last but not least was Exchange Brewery in Downtown Niagara on the lake!
Mark was so nice to offer us some extra time here and the ability to soak it all in! He even knew the back way in and the best drop off/pick up spots!
At Exchange we had a meat/cheese platter and a private tasting on the upstairs patio. It's Shaded up there and quite the trendy little spot! Our server's were very down to earth and got a feel for what beer's we prefer before selecting 4 different one's off the menu for us which we appreciated because sometimes you can be overwhelmed with hops in various IPA's! It was interesting that each beer has a different number or Symbol on it to represent an old school telephone Dial!
Ask your Server about it!
Overall these tours are 100 percent worth the price of admission! The driver's make you feel comfortable and are incredibly accommodating to anything you need! We are going to do the other tours available before the end of the Summer!
The price is better than most other companies as well and your bound to have fun! So many laughs and Great interactions with Staff!
By the end of the tour the drivers are your best friends and we never once felt rushed ! Sometimes tours will hurry you along but there is the proper amount of time delegated to each location!
Cant wait to do this again!
