      Great views at affordable prices
This is a great tour to see the falls up close without getting wet. Its a quick tour with great photo opportunities. You get to see up close how powerful the falls are. In the late spring, the lower deck opens which gives you an even closer view. Otherwise, in off season you can only access the falls through the underground tunnels. It was easy for children to do as well as adults.

      OK but disorganized
There was no one to meet us at the 1st stop scheduled for 9:30. The operator assumes you get a link and print out your own tickets which no one on in my group was able to do. The operator met us at 10:30 and was able to get all the tickets eventually

      Nostalgic Niagara
Fantastic tour featuring 3 of the most soft after experiences wrapped into one. Our guide was well spoken, clever and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who may be visiting the area.

      Very stressful
I was so excited for this experience because it was for my 30th birthday and I was literally stressed out the whole day. Firstly, I will say I came prepared, I printed out what I thought was "the vouchers". The email I got stated you were to turn them in to receive your tickets. Easy enough, right? WRONG! my husband and i specifically showed up early to make sure we got everything and knew where we were going. We are enjoying the falls and eventually go inside the welcome center to ask the ticket desk if they knew where this group was meeting, they let us know upstairs. I told them I did not receive any tickets for my attractions and if they knew what I should do. Luckily one of the attendants said she would print our journey behind the falls tickets and bill Vox for them because they have had the issue all summer. She said skylon tower would probably have to do the same. We are getting closer to the time of the walking tour and I'm started to freak out because we can't seem to find where to meet. We literally walked around and asked several people. We ask one last attendant working the welcome center attractions and she said don't worry they normally arrive late so as we are going back to the meeting point we finally see our tour guide. I believe her name was Kathy? I can't remember her name but sweet, lovely lady. I'd give her 10 stars. I let her know the issue with our tickets. I finally found them because I had to go to trip advisor then to the conversation I had with someone from vox and the downloads were there. Well when I hit the link it kept saying this page can't load. Ironically, the other group in our tour was having the same exact issue. Our guide contacted her boss and she was trying to sort it out. Once she found the bookings she would email us. Our guide even said there system was horrible, she didnt understand why they send the vouchers because those arent tickets, and when you are on trip advisor and hit get tickets it takes you to the voucher page. We went ahead with our walking tour. Again, our guide was awesome. We end at Skylon tower our guide asks us if our tickets got emailed. Myself and the other group said no, we still haven't recieved them. She calls her boss, I speak with her and let her know what was going on. She asks what names it could be under and she still can't find them. I give her my number so she could text the tickets to me and try to look it up that way. She keeps telling me she can't find my bookings and if i possibly booked under the lady in the other group. I told her no, i just met them and we both just so happen to live not far from each other. At this point we are racing to get in line at journey behind the falls. While we are in line, she accused me of not booking anything else but the walking tour. I kept telling her no, your guide saw I had booked the walking tour, journey behind the falls, and skylon tour. It wasn't until we were walking behind the falls that she says she found our skylon tickets. All in all it was very stressful. I was glad I was able to do everything I paid for but to go through all of that, I could've just booked the attractions when I got there and it would've saved me the hassle. If you do book with them I'd suggest making sure you have everything printed before you go and triple check that you actually have tickets.

      Frustrating Experience
The walking tour was fine but not all that interesting. For each of the attractions, our tickets did not download. Fortunately, the people working at the Skylon Tower and Journey Behind the Falls were very accommodating and able to get us into the attractions. It caused delay at both locations. Hopefully Trip Advisor has fixed the glitch in their system.

Great walking tour but make sure you know what you’ve signed up for
Hands up - we booked this one in error without realising we were buying a three hour long walking tour of the Niagara area then the power station and tunnels. Had we known what this tour was we would have considered the timing as it’s unlikely to be anyone’s idea of a great tour in the middle of the day at the height of summer. But we did and this is the review of that tour… Meeting place for the tour was the NF police station and we arrived almost bang on time, as did our guide for the trip, Gordon or Gord. The tour starts to head back upriver the the falls and power station with lots of information and facts delivered at the appropriate times and with the aid of a ring binder some pictures too! Gord was knowledgeable and engaging and he did his best to make use of the shade where he could but at midday on a 32c day it was asking a lot. As a former teacher he did a fine job of keeping track of his charges (19 of us in all I think) so no one was left behind even in the busier sections of the tour. Finally we reached the power station with the tickets being purchased on our behalf by Gord. The queue for the lift was short and moved quickly as people piled into the elevators as they arrived. The tunnel walk was sweet relief as it was about 15c down there - until it wasn’t when we got to the tunnel when the sudden humidity turned spectacles misty! The tunnel platform for this tour was the lower of the two you can see from the barriers on Niagara Parkway so you’re at water level but a little further away from the actual falls. You do still get a light spritzing and there are free ponchos available as you reach the end of the tunnel. The return in the lifts was a little longer as we had obviously left at around the same time as some other large groups. It was at this point we lost the rest of our group and everyone kind of drifted off back to their own thing so we were unable to tip Gord which is a shame as he deserved a good one for his hard work, particularly since some of us were along for the ride thinking we had signed up for something else entirely! In total this tour worked out to be about 10000 steps from start to finish.

Don’t buy a package from this third party
Horrible experience. Tickets were never emailed. I showed up at the desk and the attendant couldn’t help us. He even looked at the email and said the tickets were not ever emailed. I had to buy MORE tickets to see the falls.

      Good
CD was our walking tour guide. He was informative, kind, professional and funny. My favorite part was the small Rose Garden & it didn’t feel like we walked for 1 hour and 20min. Wear comfortable shoes and proper clothing for the weather. I think it was worth the price.

      Terrible !!!
Terrible! We never got to go. You never sent us our tickets. People at the tour and journey behind the falls could not figure it out either! I want my money back. No one could figure out how to download the tickets. You never sent them. Please give me my money back!

      Not at all impressed.
Just don’t. The tour guide was unenthusiastic. She spoke so low you couldn’t here. You can get all your tickets there at the table top center, much easier I’ll say. Once you have you tickets, you still have to stand in line to exchange the Viator ticket for real ticket. Doesn’t save anytime at all. And!! Once the walking your is over, you have to head right back to the center for other attractions. Just not organized very well at all.

      Educational experience!
Great experience! Katherine did an amazing job explaining the history of the area. I highly recommend it! However, be prepared for quite a walk. Even though the tour has a good pace and breaks, you must be in good condition to keep up with the walking.

The instructions on how to access the aero car were very unclear. Unable to obtain tickets that we could use for aero car after walking tour went long, as there are reserved times. Had to pay for other aero car tickets on another day. Most disappointed that our guide was unable to help us u derstand the process.
