    Family flight over Niagara Falls
    Our family was visiting Niagara Falls for the first time this past May. We took the private helicopter tour with Ryan as our pilot. The views of the Falls from the air were amazing! Ryan was wonderful to work with. He made scheduling very easy and took us on the best course to let us have the best sights along the way from both sides of the helicopter. You should not miss this opportunity.

    The highlight of our trip. Went 12 years ago and lost none of the magic. Only 20 minutes but what a trip. All staff were brilliant and made us all feel safe and able to confidently enjoy the trip, again. The views are amazing and the best way to see the falls. Care re the weather but for us clear day

    Very cool thing to do. The view was fabulous. Only complaint was that we couldn't hear the tutorial in the headset. Volume was too low. People were very nice too.

    Memorable Family experience
    What an awesome experience. Best view of Niagara Falls is from above. We also get to see the view of wineries, the Skylon tower, the casino etc. The National Helicopters crew is very professional and friendly. Many thanks to our pilot Donald, the ground crew Alex and Jenelle who helped make this a memorable experience. 👍👏

    Exciting experience
    Planned this tour for 12pm and confirmed in the morning if they were flying. The company has atleast 2 helicopters and was running a little behind the schedule by 20 minutes when we reached. Once boarded, 4 people were seated in each helicopter and the pilot made us visit the wineries in the region and see an entire view of the Niagara falls from US and Canadian sides. The trip was 20-22 minutes long and enjoyable. Recommended atleast once!

    I did this in november of 2018 when I was doing an overnight stay at the Fall, it was something I have always wanted to do now I can take it off my list. You never know I might do it again.

    We had an amazing tour over the falls and the powerful Niagara River. The on boarding process was fast, they were ahead of of schedule and when we were in the air Captain Jamie answered all the questions we had. The tour was 20 min long and we would highly recommend this tour company. Thank you Captain Jamie for making our tour so enjoyable.

    Fantastic trip
    Booked this flight whilst visiting from England. On arrival at the airport we were told there wasn’t any flights because of bad weather. The ground crew kept in touch with us throughout the day and we eventually managed to get a flight. The ground crew couldn’t have been more helpful to us. The actual flight was excellent, the views of the falls and surrounding countryside were spectacular. Unfortunately pre recorded commentary was barely audible and some personal chat from the pilot would have been welcome. A wonderful experience.

Hotel was clean and good location. Most days you will wait 20 minutes for the elevator. Parking on site is $70.00 per day and buffet breakfast underwhelming. Veiw from our room on the 39th floor was absolutely beautiful. Food in Niagara falls was ridiculously over priced at 22.00 for a burger and fries.

Wow wow wow!! Do not miss this fabulous experience!
I would give this 10 stars if I could! What a fabulous experience from start to finish. Booking a time and date online was easy and much better than waiting in line for a hop on hop off tour operated by others.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the base is large, air conditioned with toilet facilities and you can leave your bag/s at the desk.

Take off and landing was smooth and the flight itself, exhilarating, a memory we will never forget, what amazing views!! There was audio commentary through the headset and we could also talk to each other through the headsets. The helicopter circled so that everyone got a good view. My husband got to sit in the front where the views were even better as you could see under you as well.

My advice would be to visit the falls area first so that you can easily identify landmarks and get your bearings.

This is one experience we will never forget and I can't recommend this company enough.

Wow, what a great experience! Fantastic helicopter tour of the Falls and surrounding area. 20 minutes long. Front desk fellow was super friendly. Pilot was also friendly and funny. We turned off the taped tour and let him explain what we were seeing. We also got lucky and no one else was booked for our time slot so my husband and I were in the copter alone (not sure how many they would put in normally). They will also take a bunch of pictures with your own phone/camera at the end with you standing in front of the copter. (We've done tours like this in the past and they take their own pics, then charge you for them.) Worth every single penny!

Niagara Falls flight
The airport is further out than others nearby hence the longer flight time but the actual air time was amazing! The airport check in was easy and painless and the staff very friendly and helpful. The view of the falls from the air is worth every penny. Would definitely recommend this trip.

The tour was beautiful, it was worth every penny! Also the staff here are amazing! They are so friendly and helpful. My mom had accidently purchased a tour for the wrong date with less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour, we called them first thing in the morning and explained the mixup and they were happy to help us change to the correct date. I would absolutely recommend coming here! We will definitely come here again!

Great Staff and Fantastic Views

Amazing experience. Despite all Covid-19 restrictions and changes, the staff was always friendly and kept us updated and informed. Booking was easy and everythign happened as expected. It's a great flight experience, with fantastic views of the falls and the region. I definitely recommend National Helicopters!

Excellent experience even for someone with some mobility issues.
The experience was excellent. There seemed to be a little lack of communication between the booking side and the ones at the site but otherwise it was great. We did have to wait our turn but even being the last flight of the day the desk clerk and the pilot were very kind and helpful. Despite my husband's need for a mobility scooter this was so fun. There were a couple of steps to get him into the helicopter but we were able to get him in. Great views.

Breathtaking!! Everything about this operation is top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful, the waiting area is updated and clean, the helicopter was obviously well maintained and the pilot was superb. Of course the view of the river and the two falls was spectacular! The trip was worth every penny and we highly recommend it.

The best view in town. Highly recommend flying above the falls. Worth every penny. Would do it again. Ryan was our pilot and was awesome. Everyone was friendly, took pictures of us and was very accommodating and calming. Thank you for a wonderful ride!

A must do in Niagara

This was the highlight of the visit. Although appears a bit pricey for a short trip its definitely worth while. The weather condition was excellent and the flight itself was great. It took us over all the sites we had visited. The view of the falls was breathtaking. I would have liked a bit of commentary whilst the flight was on. Definitely one I would recommend.
