        Girls Trip with Chris!
We had a wonderful day traveling around Niagara on the Lake wineries with Chris at the helm. He was nice, knowledgeable, and got us around quickly. We also enjoyed a great lunch. Would definitely recommend!

        Great balanced tour
Tour company was well organized. Our driver / tour organizer was knowledgeable of the history of the area. We went to smaller and/or family owned wineries, which we really appreciated. The guide had a good balance of giving us a few tips but also letting the experts at each winery guide us through their process and wines.

        Amazing day bicycle tour
This was a unique experience, I have never taken a tour on bicycles! Our tour guide Joe picked us up from our hotel in Niagara, ON and drove us to our bikes by the vineyards. He was very transparent, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous! The weather in October was cooling and refreshing, but I would go again in the summer. All of the local wineries had amazing wine and friendly staff. There were so many wineries you could spend all day trying samples , me and my friend had such an awesome time. Thank you !

        Unique Tour
Was a beautiful sunny day for the bike and wine tour. Lots of fun with the other people in our group; got off to a rather slow start some people in group were very slow, so it took longer than expected. Our guide "Angel" was great, and fun to be around. She was very professional and took our safety seriously, and helped out those that were struggling. Lunch was good, but timing was late, around 2:00 in the afternoon. As a suggestion - maybe ask in the questionnaire if people have any reservations about riding 15km or so, or if they might have any health concerns before heading out on this tour. All in all good experience.

Niagra on the Lake wine tour
Chris was a fantastic, knowledgeable tour guide. Lunch location should have been more reflective of the tour we were on and in the city surrounded by parking lots.

A great day in the vineyards!
We had a lovely day with Tom visiting wineries in Niagara on the Lake in a black cab. We visited 4 wineries and enjoyed tasting the different wines made in the region. Tom was a delightful host for the day, also showing us various hidden treasures in the area.

        Amazing Niagara Wine Tour
What a fantastic day we had with Chris, complete VIP experience, local knowledge of the wineries, the area and insight into the history of wineries in the Niagara region. We had the price large of being the only people on his tour and he made us feel very special. We have some wine tours in Italy, Sonoma and now Niagara, this was a surprisingly refreshing experience and could not recommend Chris and this wine tour to anyone visiting the Niagara region. Don’t hesitate, just book it.

Majestic day and worth the money
We took this tour in July 2023. I can say that everything was exactly as expected, and maybe more. The public reviews are not very helpful so I want to leave a current one. First, the driver Mark picked us up at our bed & breakfast on time, and with the very same Rolls Royce pictured in this ad. The car is definitely a big part of this tour, we had a blast driving around this gem. Mark was knowledgeable and guided us through Niagara-on-the-Lake all day. Our winery stops were Reif Estate Winery, Between the lines, Monastery Cellars, and my favorite Perridiso Estate Winery. At all stops the car was a huge hit, and made us feel special! The tastings were well organized and the driver took care of setting us up before waiting for us outside. The tastings were generous and delicious, we obviously bought too much wine! Lunch was at Eighty Eight Wine Bar & Grill in Niagara Falls. The restaurant has a wood fire oven, so the pizzas were delicious. The menu available for the tour has more options but we both chose Pizza and were very satisfied. I highly recommend this tour. It's a bit pricey compared to other tours, but Mark and the fancy car make it majestic. Thank you!

I have been on multiple wine tours in the Niagara region and this was by far the most disappointing experience. The staff and product at the wineries were pleasant however the entire day was overshadowed by a driver who overstepped his role time and time again.

Upon pickup, where we were asked to walk to the backside of our hotel instead of getting picked up at the front door, we were greeted by Chris who, once learning our party was from a certain area of the country, then continued to put on a disrespectful fake accent.

But that wasn't unique to us - everyone on the tour was reduced to their place of residence or origin time and time again, which went with the theme of belittling that wove throughout the day.

One member of our group asked "Which wineries are we going to?" To which Chris responded - "I'm the tour guide," And then flashed his itinerary and asked if the girl would like to drive. He never did respond to her question. Another customer called to ask his ETA for pickup and he responded with "I'm coming soon" even though he was using Google Maps and could have given her an exact time." Just plain rude, arrogant, and condescending.

Upon arrival at EACH winery, he talked over the staff and at times directed them on how to do their job (he actually told the staff at Riverview to "Pour while you talk." when the young man was giving us some background)

We were flabbergasted and embarrassed for the wineries and their staffs that were welcoming us. The only reprieve was when he left in the bus to go pick up a snack for himself, only to come back and continue trying to dominate our tasting experiences.

Chris also made multiple references to "hard working Jamaicans" when alluding to the migrant workers who come to the region and "Asians who love ice wine" who he blamed for the falling prices of the product because of Covid travel and shipping issues.

Lastly, speed limits on back roads throughout the region and in the winery parking lots were routinely ignored.

This wine tour was to celebrate our 30th anniversary with our family, The Wine tour posted to be half day wine and cheese experience to start at 11am. Received two texts changing pick up time at hotel in Niagara on the lake final pick up was 1210pm. When picked up we then went to Niagara Falls for a pick up and then towards Beamsville for first wine tasting. Finally arrived at wine tasting at 130pm. Stopped at a convenience store for chips as no one on the bus ate lunch as tour was advertised at 11 am.

None of the wine tastings were the ones posted on the website all smaller remote places. Cheese and crackers were only at final stop at 430.

Adrienne the guide was fantastic! The tour itself and time driving around was disappointing. Better communication on start time allowing passengers to eat lunch first would have helped a lot. I have done several wine tours in Niagara would choose an alternate company next time for sure!!

Let me start off by saying some of the positive points to this trip: pickup from our hotel was timely and in a wonderful vehicle (Lincoln SUV). My girlfriend and I went on a Friday which happened to be a snow storm in Niagara, so we were the only participants on the tour. Since it was for my birthday and I enjoy drinking wine I was excited.

All three wineries had fantastic wines and fantastic persons serving you. Amy at Riverview and Andrew and Lakeview were great, respectful and served us great wines. This allowed for a great experience in respect to the wineries themselves. Wines were best at these first two (not to mention the cheese at Riverview).

With respect to our tour guide Chris, I encounter very few people with such controlling and disrespectful behaviour as him. Maybe because we were alone (only my girlfriend, him and I), he decided it was funny or okay to continuously bother me throughout the tour. This all began before entering the first winery (Riverview).

He began explaining how I was holding my wine glass incorrectly, and explained how to hold and drink the wine “correctly”. Fair, he is inclined to share his expertise. But as soon as he got out of the car, he started making jabs saying why was I not helping my girlfriend out of the car, holding her hand to the door, opening the door for her, etc. Mind you, he was not giving me opportunity to do so as he made my girlfriend take his arm instead to “show me” how to “properly” be a man, making hints that why my father did not teach me.

At first, this angered me, but I didn’t want to let my day be effected by a inconsiderate person who is just the driver. Nonetheless, Chris continued to criticize the way I hold my glass the whole trip, and saying how it’s a bad habit, and continually criticizing how I didn’t rush to put my girlfriends jacket on. Let me tell you, if I wanted advice, I would ask my father and not this inconsiderate man. Besides, do you think my girlfriend would book this tour if she didn’t think I was a great person to her? She even felt uncomfortable telling him how she’s a big girl and doesn’t need to be treated like a baby. Only towards the end of the trip he got the hint and started to remain quiet, thank goodness.

Not to mention, he also showed us a video of a big machine cultivating grapes automatically. In the video you can hear him saying “You don’t see no little Mexicans here”. Chris also asked us if we noticed that we don’t hear any Indian music as “he’s no Uber driver”. I’m not a guy who gets offended easily, but this just seemed like a far cry from the sophisticated driver he pretended to be. Atleast an Uber driver wouldn’t be such a poor quality person.

At the end of the day, the tour guide should let the person just relax and enjoy their wine! He can even join us if he likes, but just don’t be disrespectful. Just my two cents. I was even more upset to find out how much my girlfriend paid to be treated like that by this man.

Anyways, if you go, go in a group and avoid Chris the guide if you want not to be picked on and enjoy the great stops along the way!

Bobby was our guide. There were 4 people on our mini bus so felt comfortable with social distancing. Bobby picked us up at our hotel, at the time planned. There were 4 wine stops for tastings, no tours due to covid. Three of the 4 stops were worth visiting. The last stop had a cheese sampling that was paired with the 3 wine samples served. Our tour covered a 4.5 hour timeline. Bobby highlighted interesting information about sites along our route.

The tour was amazing and our tour guy Chris was phenomenal! He was very interactive with the group and made a lot of us laugh which made the experience better! All the stops were alot of fun other then the last stop! The last stop was not mine or my groups favourite. The last stop we found was less interactive and felt as if it was more rushed and we weren’t a fan that is was in a gift shop with not alot of room for us to stand. Our favourite stop was the Perridiso, very welcoming, beautiful and the wine was delicious. I highly recommend visiting that winery, Over all great experience! I highly recommend and would do it again! Thank you. :)

Spent the afternoon with Chris as our guide on this tour. It was a fast paced tour and Chris was great at keeping everyone moving and things flowing without lags or wasted time. A very knowledgeable guide, personable and he made for a fun afternoon. A great tour of some of the smaller wineries in the area. Highly recommended.

Our driver, Angela, was wonderful. She was friendly and knowledgeable. 4 wineries was a bit much for us. Pack snacks. One winery gave us 2 crackers and 4 slices of cheese. That was it for wine tasting food for the day. At the end, we had to drive to Niagara Falls to drop people at 4 hotels before heading all the way back to Niagara on the Lake. It made for a very long day. I would’ve rather researched and gone to 2 better experience wineries rather than the long day of 4 that we went to. We had fun though!! It was a great day for 2 Moms and 2 daughters in their 20s.

My wife and I were the only guests on the wine tour from the United States (near Princeton, New Jersey), having entered Canada via Amtrak from New York City. We expected a wine tour similar to those we had experienced in various parts of our country and a few in the eastern part of Canada; however, this one was quite different. Not only was Chris punctual, friendly, and an excellent driver, he also spent time explaining the best way to taste wine and facilitating the comradeship of everyone on our full van. His choice of four wineries to visit proved an excellent variety of tastes and settings.

This wine tour was amazing. We got picked up around 10:45am and got dropped back off at the hotel around 5. We got picked up by Chris from our hotel and then went to pick up some others before our first stop at a winery. We visited 4 winerys; Between the Lines, River View Winery, EastDell Winery and Josephs Estate Wines. Our Favorite winery was Between the Lines, (best place out of these 4 to take photos at). River View provided a cheese and cracker board which we loved. We tasted about 3-4 wines per stop. We purchased 3 bottles of wine. The driver Chris put our names on the bottles and put them away on the bottom of the truck for us. Unfortunately there was a mix up with our wine and it was given to a different group on the bus. Chris was apologetic and replaced the bottles of wine and brought them back to us later that evening. Thank you Chris! Chris was very knowledgeable about wine and the vineyards. Provided bottles of water and fun music!

Outstanding! It was a beautiful day to taste some wine. Our tour guide, Chris, went above and beyond. He not only guided us to amazing wineries, but also made us experts in wine tasting by the end of our tour. If you can choose, definitely ask for Chris. Highly recommend!
