What a Fun Day we had! The owner, Guillaume set us up on our eBikes, easy to understand and ride, the power assist was just fun on top of fun. Our guide for the day was John, there were 5 of us biking and he had an answer for every question, very pleasant chap, knowledgeable and calm. While we were in the wineries for our tastings he was very intuitive, guiding the presentations along when needed, in the background when not. I give this experience 5 Big Stars - I will definitely repeat this! My bike was brand new, we were on the tour for 5 hours, which flew by and my battery still had a full 4 to 5 bars charge at the end. I hadn't been to 3 of the wineries, so that was a treat. Elaine at "Between the Lines" was fun and entertaining with her tasting presentation!

This tour made our vacation a memorable experience. Everything about it was top grade including booking, equipment, guide, wineries and host interactions. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for something a little out of the ordinary. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful time on our e-bike wine tour with Niagara Segway. Our host Guillaume met us with great bikes that made the trip a breeze and left us in the very capable hands of Dr. John McTavish, a local wine expert from Niagara College. John was the perfect host for our tour, guiding our group through beautiful wine country to visit four different wineries, each with their own unique stories and excellent wines. Although we live in Niagara and visit wineries relatively frequently this tour opened our eyes to the diverse mix of wineries in our area, from small batch off the beaten track, to the grandest of the grand. This tour was so much better than any previous attempt we had made in the past to do wine tasting in the region. We thought we knew Niagara (lived here for over 30 years!) but felt as if we had been transported to an exotic new location as we discovered wineries we didn’t even know existed. John gave us the back stories of all of the wineries and made recommendations for us based on our likes and dislikes and his extensive knowledge. We had the opportunity to taste a wide range of many excellent wines and now have new favorites! The other amazing aspect of this tour was the e-bikes. Niagara is gorgeous country for cycling, but unless you are used to doing it, or are in pretty good shape it could be daunting. They high quality e-bikes supplied by Niagara Segway allowed all of us to share this experience regardless of our experience or fitness level. The bikes are easy to ride, easy to control, have different levels of “assist” that you can choose while riding. So there is no challenge to the ride, unless you want there to be. The bikes are a great equalizer that allow everyone in your group to have a positive cycling experience.

This was a fantastic tour! Paul was awesome with getting us ready to use the eBikes and giving us little tidbits about the area and its history. The winery selection was great and timing wise was well spaced out. Thanks so much for a great day Paul 👌🏻 Would absolutely recommend!

We were so impressed with this wonderful tour. Our guide John was so kind and knowledgeable, he was amazing, we were grateful to have him. The electric bikes were awesome. My family had a great time with Paul! We stopped at four lovely vineyards, and had lots of fun riding the electric bikes to each destination on the tour. A beautiful way to spend the day in the region, I would highly recommend to anyone interested in wine and history of the area! Thank you Paul!

This was a great way to celebrate our anniversary! Our tour guide, Paul, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding wineries and the wine-making process. He took some great pictures of our adventure and even gave us a great recommendation for where to have dinner in the area. The wineries on the tour were beautiful and the views of the fall colours were exquisite. The e-bikes were so easy to ride and so much fun! The tour was exceptionally safe during COVID-19. I highly recommend this tour - worth every penny!
